We booked with the intention of using the pool because my 3 older kids love swimming. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. At our last stay we had a not so pleasant experience from the pool and didn’t even get reached out to by management. It was late and we weren’t about to cancel and find a be hotel. I booked here again hoping to give it another shot. 1 disappointed the pool was closed and online didn’t mention anything of it. Once we got to our room, it was freezing. The thermostat was set on 50! I had a baby with us as well and had to keep him bundled up until it warmed up. In the long run it wasn’t a huge deal, but would have expected it to be a comfortable 68-70 on heat considering it’s January. The tv remote after using and looking at to find the correct button to use was quite frankly disgusting! I understand cleaning crews maybe don’t think to properly clean these, but this one had grime and cross in between the buttons. I am not OCD or a clean freak, but with 4 children I tend to look at that stuff more. HIGHLY suggest the cleaning crews add this and the phones to their deep cleaning lists. Lastly, 2 of my kiddos shared the pull out couch bed. There were no sheets or extra pillows anywhere in the room. Some might say a simple resolution would be to go down to the front desk to get some. But that’s not the point. If a room has a bed it should have linens in the room. I was also alone with 4 kiddos and didn’t want to leave them alone in the room.

Great except for the continuously barking little dog

My husband had surgery and we needed 2 queens for the stay. We’ve stayed here with the family once for Christmas. I love the place and staff.

We booked this hotel for the pool and upon arrival we were told that the pool was under construction and closed. The hotel said they would cancel our reservation but Expedia would not refund us. The closure of the pool should be relayed through third party booking apps. Also, our closet door was jammed and would not open. We had a lot of luggage and nowhere to store it. It wasn’t ideal. The charging ports on the lamps did not work either.

Very clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I was sad that the hot tub was not usable but understand the renovation. The breakfast was less than I expected. I dont like to complain but you should know that the muffins were hard, the coffee was cold and the eggs weren't very good. Maybe it was just a bad day. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Hotel is dated a could use some updates. Bathroom had a mildew smell. Booked a double room and one mattress needs to be replaced as it sagged a lot. Elevator had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was roomy enough. Television had a hard time getting many channels. HVAC worked well. Linens appeared clean.

Our stay was excellent! Our room was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and this was tge first time since the pandemic, tgat we've stayed in a hotel for multiple nights that the room was completely cleaned daily. We will definitely stay at this property again!

The girl at the reception desk was extremely rude. Never going to sray at that hotel again!!!

Facility was clean, friendly and convenient to freeway access. Recommend any of the local restaurants over the “free breakfast”

Great value and facility met expectations.

Everything was good, except the mattress in the pull out couch sleeper was awful. We Had to put extra bedding on top of it to prevent the springs from hurting our back.

We stay here everytime we come to the Treasure Valley. Hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff is always friendly

We had a great stay overnight.

Every thing was great except we had to ask for more pillows and blankets for the hide a bed. Some other guest kicked or door so hard the door flew open and scared my kids. Need cameras in the hall ways

I can't say enough good about this place. It was a fast check in, the front desk clerk was nicer than any ice come into contact with, and the room is amazing. It was clean and loaded with what you'd want from anywhere you stay. Breakfast was delicious. Of course you eat more than you want. Overall this is the best place we've stayed in. Also as we were coming back to our room after breakfast, the cleaning staff said good morning and she had a smile on her face. Thank you for our night here.

Good access to everything I needed to do .

This is a comfortable hotel. Good location. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Dog friendly.

Staff was super friendly, front desk check in was fast and seem less. Breakfast was great and pool was open till 11! Loved it!

Suite had a full kitchen but no supplies. Really wasn't beneficial at all.

The pool was excellent, especially by hotel standards, but the service was severely lacking, and the shower in our room barely worked.

this is our second stay and we really like the hotel.

This was an awesome experience!!! We got in late, they unexpectedly upgraded our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to select from (we love the waffles!). The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless! We would stay here again!

Needs better quality toilet paper & tissue. More variety at breakfast bar.

The room was great size, plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 little children. Huge shout out to Jordan who was amazing and changed the way we felt being there. He was extremely helpful with getting us plenty of towels, shampoo and soap.

The jetted tub was amazing. It's asking about the properties around the area. Off Eagle Rd is great, but the immediate vicinity isnt great. La Quintas are always great though

We, a family with 3 children, really enjoyed the stay. The room was big with plenty of sleeping space for 5. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will sure use it again!

Totally great! Everything was clean, the staff was amazing! Breakfast not too shabby for being included!
