While I know it's beyond the hotel's control, bad weather came in and I spent the night from 11:15 pm until my departure the next morning at 8:00 am with no electricity, A/C or wi-fi. Looks like there could at least be a discount on the room. The hotel didn't have a generator either.

A little dated, especially the bathroom, but clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. Great spot for a one night stay on a long trip.

Everything looked clean. The staff was very helpful and inviting. A very nice stay.

Hotel was nice, staff very friendly & room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was nice. It was convenient to the highway & not loud. I would stay there again.

The check in hostess could not have been any better. She was very kind and helpful. We had handicap needs and they were met. Handicap roll in shower. This is the first hotel that gave us exactly as described.

Check in was smooth and amazing. When we got to our room it smelt clean and looked clean. The only thing was toothpicks were laying around the dresser. Beds were comfortable. The noise from outside was not noticeable. Great place if your traveling through or not needing much time in your room.

We love staying here on our way to and from Florida. It’s works well with our small dogs. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. That’s the good. The bad is the breakfast gravy cold and water like. Cold biscuits not fresh. Cold eggs. Looks like complete lazy behavior.

It was quiet, check in was quick and easy, and did not have any problems. The only thing I did not like was the hotel did not have a great scenery.

Too much noise from traffic on roads around hotel. If I had ear plugs it would have probably been fine. Room was nice, man at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The night check in clerk, I believe his name was Tyrone was excellent and helpful.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility was clean and orderly, and the grounds were the nicest of the four hotels we stayed at in Alabama. The breakfast was ample with a wide variety of choices. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We were well-pleased with our stay.

While the exterior of this hotel has a newish facade, the interior is obviously painted over "old". The top layer of the vinyl on the desk chair in our room was worn away in large areas. The bed was lumpy. The ceiling had been patched up several times (seemingly from water leaks.) Everything just looked very worn underneath new pictures, a paint job, etc. The bathroom arrangement was very old-style.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

I have stayed in La Quinta in the past and they have always been good. Sadly, this one was very dirty, smelt like mildew and mold had a baby and was not comfortable but we were too tired after traveling many miles to leave. The bathroom walls were dirty the lamp had food or something on it, and there were other parts of the room that seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The only positive was the staff that greeted us and the price. Also the pillows were terrible!! They were small hard squares that made it hard to sleep comfortably on. So that good night of sleep we were desperately needing didn't. I hate to leave a bad review but sadly I don't have much good to say and feel like corporate needs to know.

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed at. Bedding was stained. Beds hastily made. Moldy bathroom. Towels looked dirty. Tub had standing water and a pubic hair in it.

The only thing that was a downer was not the fault of the hotel. We had our dog with us and the people in the room above us had a child that was running from one end of the room to the other until about 3 AM. Our dog would hear this and bark. We would shush her and she would quiet down. This went on almost all night. The last thing we wanted was for our dog to keep anyone awake. Great hotel though!! Will stay again.

It was a great stay! We were headed to Dallas and it was a great place to stay for a break. Quick check-in, rooms are much better than expected compared to other La Quinta’s.

Enjoyed my stay! Hotel was everything you'd want it to be plus the location was extremely convenient and as a woman traveling alone I felt safe.

There was long hair on the sheets in both beds and one pillow had makeup and a small amount of dried blood on it. A pillow on the other bed was stained yellow which smelled like urine.

Room not clean. Mildew smell came from the AC unit. I left the hotel minutes after checking into my room. Facility needs major improvements.

It's right off the freeway for easy access

During our stay, after returning from dinner all the disabled parking was taken. The next morning when we were leaving early in the morning, I noticed one of the disabled spots was filled by a hotel's marked van. When i went to the front desk to mention it and ask if it could be moved so i could get everything into our van, the person told me they didn't know it was there and they couldn't move it for an hour because they were the only one working. As I moved my van to another newly emptied disabled spot 5 minutes later, that same worker was moving the van out of the spot. This was the second time that particular worker lied to me. Earlier she had told me she wasnt going to make anymore eggs for the rest of the morning, despite putting some out 2 minutes later (I was going to ask to get some before it went into the container that was directly adjacent to pork, an allergen for my husband). Their public bathroom was also closed. The night we arrived a different front desk worker was helpful in that regard and got my husband into the room ASAP so he could use a disabled bathroom while I continued to park and finish the check in.

The room was dirty, trash under the bed. Coffee maker didn't work and they didn't offer any coffee until after 5am. Roaches saw around elevator and dead ones in the room. would not recommend this hotel or use them again
