Friendly staff at check in and free bottled water. Property is under renovation so some areas closed. Neither tv in the room worked but I wasn’t too interested in investigating so it might be nothing. Beds seem a little firm.

Hotel was under construction Hotels.com did not alert us to that first room we received was not cleaned. Remedied quickly with a new room after that stay was fine.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub it also had free breakfast,when we arrived the hotel is under construction and there is no pool or hot tub and there is no dining room or breakfast. I do not understand how you can charge me 205.00 for a room with all these things wrong and when I asked for some discount because of this the clerk refused

This was a bate and switch overpriced for what you got. The lobby was under construction with dust and debris everywhere even in the elevator. None of the amenities were available including breakfast. I chose this over other hotels and paid the premium for the amenities and a decent breakfast and they did not tell you upfront with no refund available. Very dishonest. Go somewhere else

I was not informed that hotel was under construction until I got there. So pool down and kitchen down. That should have cut down on cost of room when I didn’t get all amenities! Last time I will stay at that hotel!

When reserving a room, they did not say they were under construction. No pool or breakfast area. I choose Holiday inn express for the breakfast and they gave us a paper bag breakfast.

This was not a Holiday Inn hotel, and I paid extra to stay in what I thought was going to be a nicer hotel in Kearney. While Holiday Inn is shown on the building, the hotel is subpar, beds, linens, and cleanliness was not to IHG standards. This hotel clearly was upgraded from an older hotel, but not well done.

Very clean; comfortable beds and especially good pillows made for a good sleep. Also appreciated the pleasant, active breakfast lady who kept items up to date.

The place is very clean. The staff are super friendly. All around a great place. The reasons for a lower review - the beds are not comfortable. The mattresses are poor quality. You can feel the springs. One of the main needs in a hotel is a great night sleep. This was missing in our stay. Improve the mattresses and we would stay again. For now, we will stay elsewhere in the future.

We had been traveling and camping for 8 days and were looking forward to a relaxing night in a hotel. This was the worst night of our trip. The hotel was SO LOUD!!! You could hear every footstep from the floor above...all night!!

Nice place with very pleasant staff. Lovely view in back over pond & grassy areas. Nice Mexican restaurant down the road. Breakfast area has outdoor seating which is very pleasant in cool summer morning.

It was very frustrating getting into the parking lot, they had both entrance blocked off with someone sitting in a chair that we couldn't see so we ended up at the convention center stuck in all kinds of traffic, had to wait in a long line of cars to get turned around because we were hauling it car trailer, finally got turned around and got back to motel and got to the other entrance which was blocked, didn't see the girl sitting under a tree to move the cones, ended up going in the restaurant parking lot, I got out to walk across the lot to the hotel and the girl finally got up and asked if we were trying to get to the hotel, duh! we were hauling a trailer so it was obvious we weren't there for fireworks, I feel they should of been out of their chairs with signs, we were on the road for 11 hours and tired, that added a half hour to our time, the fireworks wasn't worth the time when your tired, then we had a room facing the parking lot with brite security lights coming through our window and the drapes don't close so we couldn't sleep because of the light shining through our window, and breakfast wasn't ready until 630, we like to be on the road by six, so we missed that, they could of least had something to grab and take with us, other than that it was good

We were given a double queen room with two tvs and a nice couch. This was wonderful! My twin girls and I were able to relax together on the couch while talking and watching a TV show. It was one of the best stays I've had, and I normally choose HI Express in Sioux City IA and Des Moines IA as well as my travel preference. It was nice to get a great room to enjoy family. 5 Stars to them.

Nice newer place situated closer to the bird sighting hot spots than most other hotels. The best thing I can say about the breakfast is they have a pancake-making machine that makes pretty good pancakes.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome! The only downside was how uncomfortable the beds were.

Only downside, no pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It has very easy access to the interstate. My only problem was watch the site switched me over to Kearney, NE not Kearney, Mo. When we got there the staff helped clear up the mistake. I was not the first one that this had happened to.
