I have stayed at this location multiple times now and it is my go to when staying in Oregon. Convenient location right off the highway, reasonable rates, clean, friendly and efficient check in process. I will definitely be staying again when I visit my daughter in college.

I was moving out of my house in Albany, OR after 6 years, & I needed a bedroom for a couple nights in the process. My stay @ Phoenix was a solid 8/10. Quiet, a lot of space, nice service in the lobby, honestly no complaints. I had a nice 3 nights. & I’ll certainly miss Albany, OR.

Asked for the East side in the middle. Good ole Cassie gave us the end with highway noise. So in considerate.

Nice hotel, but lots of noise from the highway. Also, a non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Excellent staff!

Everything was great except the bed was too firm for my liking. Wonderful breakfast options.

It was just what you see in the photos. Outdated decor but clean. We were on the second floor and were surrounded by toddlers lots of noise running, jumping and carrying on.

It was ok except that the pool was closed the second day of our stay for maintenance. We were there for a weekend of Basketball so a hotel full of young boys wanting to swim after full days of basketball was rough on those with families with multiple children.

Every person we encountered from the breakfast gals to front desk to housekeeping, always had a smile on their face & were a pleasure to deal with. You were very conveniently located to the home where our family member resides. Lots of shopping nearby, we could get anything we needed very easily. The cost was one of the best around. The only thing I wish you had were USB ports. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We've stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints. Staff goes above and beyond. The hot tub needs a little tlc. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice with several options

Everyone was soooo nice at the front desk! And they had a complimentary shuttle to take me to the rodeo which was a great surprise! Thank you!

Beds are comfortable, large rooms, great breakfast. Our grandkids had a great time using the pool and hot tub. This is our go to place to stay when ever we’re in this area.

I had a great stay with my Golden retreiver. The room was nice and comfortable. Very quiet. Staff extremely friendly. Fabulous park nearby for dog walking.

Best hotel I have stayed in a long time!! Staff super friendly. Extremely comfortable beds. The cleanliness was over the top. We booked one night originally and decided to stay an additional 2 days. Their hot breakfast is delicious and changes daily. They have done a beautiful remodel. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it!! Easy freeway on and off.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Both nights we had the pleasure of having a great experience with front desk. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We got biscuits for our dogs, which we thought it was a nice gesture. The hotel is outdated. The layout and decoration is very late 80s at Grandma's, so if you are expecting modern, this is not it. However, it is super clean and quiet. Is pet friendly with a dog area at the back and has a big parking lot. For neighbors there is a home depot and an adult store next to the sheriff station. Overall it felt like a safe area. The breakfast is good, regular hotel food. This was a good experience and we plan to go back and enjoy Albany a bit more.
