First of all the front desk were amazing when I checked in. Loved these ladies…
Went into room and it was nice looking (bed hard as rock) I was exhausted and while laying in bed I heard a noise and was thinking I was imagining it. (First time alone in hotel in years) the next morning my chip bag that was on the bed unopened was gone and under the air conditioner. A mouse or mice had a late night snack. I took my shower and packed up. Went to front desk and told them about the experience (oh and ac never really cooled room). I was told by 3 employees standing there that when it’s hot and dry outside this happens and they were on top of it. That was it just we will take care of it. There was a mouse in my bed!!!! We’re not at the motel we’re at the hotel..

Location was easy to access, easy to park, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. What I did not like was the morning breakfast. No issue with paying for it, but the food (eggs, sausage and french toast sticks) did not taste fresh. Especially the french toast sticks, these tasted stale. Also, there were a few pieces of trash in the stairwells during the days I stayed. Seems like the cleaning crew doesn't clean or check this area regularly.

I don't know what star of this hotel but compared to 2 or 3 star hotel not even close. Almost $200 /night but not provide any things. You have to pay internet even i ask for hot water they tell me have to pay for it .no breakfast no internet. No hot water, the hotel smell horrible. I go there every month but this first time i stay in that Hotel will be never again

The air conditioning unit made weird noises that kept me up all night. This is typical of most hotels, but that doesn't make it acceptable.

The hotel and room were well appointed and pristine. We had a room at the end of the hall and it was very quiet. Great location for us in southern College Station.

Checkin was easy and the clerk was really nice. The room was comfortable and stylish.
The side stairway looked run down, in need of new carpet and it was dark because the light seemed to be burnt out.

Starbucks, great food, great boutique and great nail salon next door. Worked great for family, especially the wife!

Not the companies fault, likely the culture of the area but no one was wearing masks. Considering the current surge it felt inconsiderate and uncomfortable. Carpet in room was a little dingy.

I did not like the fact that the oven was broken at the bistro and was unable to get food there. Also the hotel was out of alot of food products for breakfast. However the bistro staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate guest with other food options.

Not maintained up to usual Marriot standards. There were broken door handles on entry doors...peeling seam tape between ceilings and walls..bathroom cleanliness could be improved....in room coffee maker was DISGUSTINGLY dirty!! (Dried solid fungus inside water resevoir) I stay in hotels approximately 280 days a year as i travel for work and this hotel just DID NOT live up to the the expectations of a Marriot property...expecially not at the standard rate of $169/night. The Sleep Inn across the highway (stayed there for work just a couple months prior) is much nicer by comparison and truthfully.. just as comfortable. I would not refer someone to this location until their maintainance and cleanliness standards are improved and brought up to "Higher-End" hotel status
Location to food and shopping is nice and the attractions (Santas Wonderland) is close by with ease of access to all of the above mentioned. Does have an outdoor pool/hot tub area. Some rooms have balconys for fresh air and quiet sitting. Rooms are fairly large with mini fridge and microwave.

I liked the lounge area and the lady who worked at the bar last Sunday night. We had a family reunion and the lounge area made it so much fun.
I did not like the selection of breakfast foods. The lady who worked at the breakfast behind the bar in the lobby was not very helpful.
