Hotel is centrally located to all major sites, they even arranged for someone to take us to Graceland. Breakfast was decent IPersonnel was friendly, service was good. However the room was not cleaned properly, dirt from the day before was still visible even after the room was vacuumed. The bed was not made every day and the bathroom appeared to only be wiped out superficially.

Over all it was fine. Pool was pretty much in the parking lot. Included breakfast was def bare minimum, was close to beale st but not too close which was nice

We had a Nintendo Switch stolen from our room. It was left on a desk and went missing the day before we checked out. The property claims they are not responsible. I would not stay here with valuables.

I was very happy with our stay. The hotel is clean, convenient, and comfortable. I chose this hotel for its location relative to our plans. There is a trolly stop just outside of the door to the hotel which makes getting around convenient. There is only valet parking available, which is expected when staying downtown. The valet service was friendly, helpful, and polite. The check in was easy and simple even with the hotel being full. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast had a good selection, friendly staff, and tasted good. I would have given 4.5 star rating if that were an option. I would stay here again if visiting Memphis because I believe this hotel is a great value compared to other hotels in the area. I would also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing stay, amazing time!! I would stay again.

The hotel was very nice, I had to move rooms due to flooding but that wasn't a problem. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel was a good location, I'm a solo traveller & had no problems. I stayed to the main street at night.
I do have to say there were hairs in the bathroom, dirty mark on one of the net curtains in my first room, safes didn't work in either room & one wasn't even bolted down so I didn't use it, other than that it was a nice hotel.

Old and dated, but clean and excellent service.

Showed up at 4pm (check in time). Was told room was not ready. When asked how long the wait would be, no range of time was provided. I asked for a courtesy call when ready. After an hour of waiting I had to use hotels.com chat and be connected to an agent who could not get hold of the hotel. After another hour, the agent finally reached the hotel and the room was ready. Never got a courtesy call. So check in was not as convenient as advertised.

We were in town for the NCAA tournament, and the hospitality and cleanliness was off the charts! Had a great stay!

The room itself was a little small but ok. The fitness room had busted equipment and the small outdoor pool was not heated. The hot tub was cool as well and we saw rats in the pool area. Would not stay here again.

Hot tub was under construction so that was disappointing. Parking was valet mandatory but they were very quick and friendly. Seating for breakfast was small compared to the amount of guest so people had to stand and wait for tables to come available. Two elevators were slow especially when we stayed in 6th floor.

Very nice employees, very clean, decent price and close to everything we needed.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean, although it could definitely use more lighting. The breakfast was a great feature, with lots of options.
The front desk staff seemed good atbtheor job, if not particularly friendly.
We were there during a bad weather time, so the trolley was not working, but we were able to walk to Beale st in 10 minutes.

We visited during one of the biggest cold spells in Memphis in years and still had an amazing visit!
There was a boil water alert and we were advised upon check-in and given bottled water.
Our room was clean and spacious, perfect for just us two. The breakfast provided was adequate. We were abke to walk everywhere we wanted to go, except Graceland.
My only problem was that the Expedia App said check- out was at noon and at 11 housekeeping and front desk said we needed to check out.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good and since it was so cold out the fresh coffee in the lobby was always a plus.

Very rude people when we checked into the hotel. Valet parking is a complete joke. Just so everyone knows. They park your car in the same parking lot that you could have parked it in. I actually parked my own car 4 times because there wasn’t anyone there to take my keys. The attendants all smelled of weed and my car was NEVER ready when I requested it. We were in Memphis during the snowstorm so please tell me why you would bring my car to the door where I was waiting and lock it to go get in another vehicle to stay warm without giving me the keys??? Had to ask 3 different times for them to actually clean our room and give us fresh towels. Other than the rude staff, horrible room service attendants and the druggie valet attendants the hotel was definitely close enough to walk to a few restaurants. Definitely recommend The Flying Saucer Restaurant.

Noisy at night, but part of being in the city.

The place was clean. Staff very friendly. The hotel is just awesome. I really enjoy staying there. Even the breakfast was awesome.

It was a nice location, the facility was very nice, the breakfast was good. The front desk and vale staff were very nice. The breakfast staff were a little too focused on checking and refilling the food, and were a little rude. The staff would budge in front of guests in the process of getting food without waiting for the guests to finish or say excuse me. They were mean or disrespectful, but they just didn't see to exude customer service.

Overall a great stay but hotel in some disrepair. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was cold but we enjoyed the hot tub and fitness room. Location was great for exploring the city.

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, decent free breakfast. Even with paying for valet parking, it is a good value.

I chose this property for a short stay before a flight from Memphis airport. The parking situation was poor as the valet was asleep when i requested my car for th early checkout of 5am. I notified the valet that i would be leaving early and was advised to just request my car and it would be ready. I came downstairs 10 min after requesting the car and the valet had to be called on the radio and came out dishelved looking as if he was just woken up. I asked for my keys and walked to get my car myself so as not cause any further delay. Accommodations were satisfactory otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, bed was so comfortable and that shower was invigorating with abundant hot water and shower head that massaged all the travel soreness out of me. Dinner was within walking distance. Will stay here again each time we travel through.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Our room was along the trolley track, so there was a bit of noise, otherwise I'd rate this hotel a 5 star.

The property is very quiet and clean. We didn’t have a car, but if you are there for the food and entertainment you didn’t need one. I can’t find anything negative to say about this property. The staff was outstanding.
