I went there for my honeymoon, the resort was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to my taxi transfer in Phuket they were on top of everything.

The property is outstanding. The food is superb. The service is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. 5 star in everything

fantastic hotel/resort. awesome pool at railway beach. my only complaint is the amount of trash floating in the oceans and washing up. this is a Thailand problem and not just the resort to be clear. Imagine you're swimming in the most gorgeous beach on the planet and a plastic bag or rope tangles around your body. Have Chang sponsor an event, free beer in exchange for trash clean up. It will be gone in 2 days. The trash isn't from beach goers littering, seems to be from all the commerce and stuff falling overboard from the long boats. Please clean this up, it would make the experience flawless.

This is just a lovely place. From the rooms, the beaches, the service, the food, the landscaping: just about everything is perfect. The two of us stayed in Deluxe Pavilion 309; this had a nice view of the greenery around us from the 2nd floor large window. We preferred not to sit in the patio area on the 1st floor because of a lack of privacy. The two main beaches (Phranang and Railay) are both lovely, we preferred swimming in Phranang and walked on both of them, Phranang was about a 10 minute walk for us and Railay about a 5 minute walk. The walks through the property are just lovely, they have done a fantastic job of landscaping with all kind of tropical plants, but we also took advantage of the golf cart rides when it was raining. The breakfast (which is included) is served till 11 am and has a lot of nice a la carte and buffet style options. We didn't go the Grotto (did not look so special to us and seemed overpriced), but ate at the other two hotel restaurants: Krua Phranang and Raitalay Terrace; both were excellent (and had lovely views of the beach) and we also enjoyed the cocktails at the 4-6 pm happy hour at Raitalay Terrace. The swimming pool is lovely and also has a great veiw of Railay beach. The service at Rayavadee was just exceptional; we want to give a shout out to Joy, who was our server during breakfast, she was just fantastic. We were here during the off-season, the prices are a little lower, and it was still wonderful despite some rain.

This resort was excellent! Very unique property with individual bungalows in the forest/jungle. Much better than traditional style hotel. Many places to eat in the resort & at other resorts next to Rayavadee. All within walking distance. Everything was very clean & the staff was awesome. Extremely friendly & helpful!

Restaurant food is delicious

This resort is absolutely beautiful. It is a resort in a jungle so you have access to the monkey life all around you. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They were helpful and answered all of our questions. The pool over looks the beach so the sunset/sunrise there is phenomenal. I want to say thank you to rayavadee for making our honeymoon amazing. Only thing I would suggest is to update your facilities, I felt like the rooms/bathrooms could be a little updated.

A luxurious villa in paradise. The “pavilions” are spacious, thoughtfully designed, well decorated and beautifully maintained. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. And be sure to read the guide to the gardens - a delight for any armchair botanist.

This is extraordinary amazing place in the middle of nowhere, magnificent cabanas with air conditioning in the center of pure natural environment, many monkeys, exotic bird and animals, freely and fancy interactions with the tourist, Lek was very supportive staff during the process, transportation by ground and boat are proved. It became my one of favorite resort hotel there are.

This was an amazing property. Everyone was kind and all the small details were tasteful. It definitely felt like a true five star hotel. We were sad we didn’t have more time here.

What an amazing stay at Rayavadee. The hotel is wonderful. The service outstanding. The food is so delicious. 3 beaches to enjoy. What impressed me the most was the detail they put on everything, like food presentation, small treats they give you, room decorations and so on. 11 points out if 10.

Fabulous, peaceful, calm, refreshing, cooling, and heavenly place—a great combination of nature, mountains, forest, beach, and lovely people.

This is somewhere I will be coming again. The perfect get away to simply unplug from the rest of the world and just relax. The beaches are beautiful, the staff extremely attentive and helpful. The food as well is top notch!

Too expensive for the customer service. the infamous Thailand "land of smiles" is missing The property itself and pool is nice but the rest leaves much to be desired Much better hotels to go to, we checked out early to change hotels which I have never done in 20 years We had several issues with the customer service a few are 1. Incorrect delivery or breakfast American breakfast was half delivered and then 20 min later comes the other half 2. Buggy took 15-20 min to arrive so we had to walk 3. Staff at reception not well trained and impolite. Where are the smiles gone? 4. Customer service at Grotto was average even during lunch time. 5. No proper signs for rooms so difficult to walk around. The signs can be much more prominent. Very expensive for the customer service. Average food. The Thai food is much better just walking a few min from the hotel and at 1/4th the cost!

This place is magical and a true experience! Too many great things can be said about my experience. Just wow!!! Places like this should set the standard for how properties should operate. Every detail was beautiful. Just wow!!!

Simply incredible. We did not want to leave- hands down best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it extra special ! We can’t wait to go back !! All the staff is so kind !

Second stay, still a great location but service and food standard has slipped a bit. Breakfast was no where near as good as before and very crowded, it was a bit of a zoo. Stayed at 10 hotels over 7 weeks. This was he most expensive but we rated our stay 8th, it should have been 1st going on price. Room and hotel facilities are excellent. location is magical but was not value for money compared to many of the other 5 and 4 star hotels we stayed at this trip. 2 bags wheels damaged on departure and buggy not giving us a lift on the long pier at Krabi topped off the disappointment.
