The staff was absolutely amazing. It wasn't a lot of them, but they made sure that my family and I had the best experience. The food and drinks were great. But I can't quit raving about that staff. From the time we walked in the door, they were on point. Now, the building definitely needs some upgrades, but I have been in newer hotels with horrible staff. I would choose this one with that team any day.

The property was really nice, clean, felt safe, and had a free parking garage with plenty of spots. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. We could not ask for a more pleasant stay.

The hotel room was dirty. There were toilet paper, utensils on the floor. Room was right in front of ice vending, so we got disturbed all night. The room servicing person took my girlfriend’s short along with other towels and bedsheet. We kept looking for it. We called the reception several times and they finally found it. Instead of bringing it back to my room, they kept it in the reception and I had to go get it. AC didn’t work. It was at 66 the whole time. We tried changing it to 70 but it still kept running.

Check in was fast and easy. Even with everyone coming in at one time to check in, she didn’t make it feel rushed and had a smile on her face the entire time. Located in great area too.

Second time I’ve stayed and the A/C doesn’t cool. For the price it’s worth the stay, great location and easy to come and go. Free parking and staff nice. The rooms could use a little update and a mini fridge.

The room was dusty and not clean, Door sign fell off as I opened the door, Sockets INOP, No refrigerator, Musty smell. Food at the Hotel restaurant was horrible, only had pancakes and bacon. Food uncook. Would not recommend to anyone

First room they gave us didn’t have a tv remote and the bedsheets had gnats in them. Second room the AC didn’t work properly. The room never cooler below 78 degrees even though we had it set on 72. Didn’t sleep well due to heat. The next morning we also found bugs in the bed. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

When we got to the room the beds were not made the room was a mess and it was dusty and dirty. We went to speak to a manager and the best they could do is give us free breakfast vouchers. I thought the place included breakfast. If this is such a high end hotel then it should have a hair dryer,shampoo and conditioner and women items in the store. They didn’t even sell feminine pads. This has been the worst experience ever and I cannot believe I paid lampar 300 dollars. Oh and the av is not working properly and the rr door doesn’t have a doorknob from the inside !

This was my 2nd time to stay here an it was perfect with lots of places to eat an shop near! Safe area an easy Uber ride to French quarters! Easy ride to airport also

Carpet in room was stained and disgusting, "leather" on headboard was in terrible condition, splashes of mystery white substance on the walls, rusted mirror on the bathroom wall. Will never stay again.

The room keys wasn’t working. The property looks atrocious. I could not believe how the headboard in room 719 looked. It was peeling terribly. I’ve never stayed in a room like that before. I’m never ever going back to that hotel. It’s time to remodel it.

Came in for 1 night. Half the hotel was completely refurbished. Floor we were on was not, and everything was old and broken except bed. No working phone, no refrigerator (they were all piled up outside in parking garage and could not get one in room), no microwave. Could get a much nicer room for the price other places.

Friendly staff , rooms clean but it needs to be upgraded , bathroom door had chipped paint and counter needed to be painted it looked old ,bed headboard looked awful all scratched up

We had a plumbing issue in our room. One of my guest called the front desk before 8am but maintenance wasn't in. When the same guest went to the front desk to complain because we were unable to use the toilet at the time, a housekeeper who would never turn her name tag around, came to the room talking loud and saying how she wasn't going to be disrespected! And then we were given a plunger to fix the problem ourself! The front desk clerk seem to be fairly new and was trying to be helpful, as to what she knew. However, the housekeeper's attitude to come to our room and began talking loudly shouldn't even be allowed to continue to work! We took pictures of the toilet and how we left our room so that we would not be seen as liars! Corporate office will be contacted!
