Stayed for 2 nights in Luxor, the room was fine and comfortable but the bathroom is so old and had mold on the door. Shower area had no door so bathroom floor is wet. Food was not good, breakfast and Italian restaurant below average. Had to wait a while to check in cos reception couldn’t find our booking. Would not stay here again. Definitely not 5 star

They’ve renovated the property and now it’s very modern and prettier.

The hotel is very nice, the staff very professional and friendly. The location of the property in front of the Nile is outstanding.
I would suggest performing some maintenance o replacing some old equipments at the Gym. Also, to keep the access to the tennis court closed or indicainting that it is an area under renovation, the thing is that I decided to visit the tennis court with my wife just to show her the multiple facilities and views that the hotel has, unfortunately when we entered the tennis court, we were shocked with the condition of that area of the hotel.
The breakfast was amazing.

Great hotel on the Nile Bank.
Very impressive hotel, with very helpful staff.
No airport shuttle, listing is not correct.
Patio doors and windows facing the dining and entertainment area of the hotel do not seal so don't do a great job of sound proofing.
Breakfast was very good, wide selection.

Family of 4. The property is really pretty. Its a smaller hotel but that was a good think. The service and hospitality made it seem like a boutique property. The hotel is right on the nile and offers help with temple tours and excursions so you can turn your brain off and dont have to prebpom anything.
Its a short walk to Luxor temple but we warned that once you leave the sanctuary of the hotel youre going to get bombarded with hagglers.
Food and really delicious and reasonable so you can dine on the property and have lots of reat options.
Con: outdated bathrooms. Rooms are really nice but bathrooms need to be upgraded.

Poor wifi. Amazing breakfast buffet but expensive. There is no Ala carte option for breakfast not any near by restaurants

A very well equipped hotel with nice restaurants and bar, and also a swimming pool. Somehow it’s quite difficult to find some nice restaurants in Luxor though it’s a touristique spot, so I’m happy that I can find some good food here. There’s live music every night in the courtyard, surprisingly. The staff are friendly too.

I really enjoyed my stay here- great location and staff really excellent. The front desk, room service and pool staff were really friendly and efficient. The entertainment in the courtyard was nice wi the two Egyptian women, one on violin; one on sax which was interesting and tasteful. Great place all around!

The trip was a last minute thing and included several places in Egypt in a very short time so we didn’t have time for a cruise . The hotel looks like it was super about 20 years ago but had fallen into disrepair and is not very clean .

Excellent hotel sited right next to river opposite vally of kings and Queen Hatshepsut temple therefor you can sit outside at breakfast and watch the hot air balloons float over the west bank of the Nile

The entire experience was very pleasant but the restaurant (breakfast buffet), staff made our whole trip delightful. We have a picture to prove their cheerful happy faces; Mohamed Ramadan, Mahmoud Ali Taha, Ahmed Mahmoud and Shimaa Hagar. The food was also amazing and plentiful. Thank you all for a lovely experience.

Best place to stay in Luxor! Beautiful property and wonderful staff! The AC was amazing!!! (Be ware so many hotels say they have AC but it will not get cooler than 24 C!)
We booked the Airport transfer for $35 to the hotel. Driver was waiting for us with sign and everything went smoothly!
I accidentally booked the room for 1 person in King bed and I was so embarrassed at check in! I had booked for the price I could afford and then arrived and was told I would have to pay $30 more for 2nd person due to breakfast and occupancy fee, I agreed even though I was not expected the charge. Then the guy says he is sorry he only charged $30 and he meant it was $30 per night! I explained how we were going on a hot air balloon and then tour and was not even going to there for breakfast or anything tomorrow..He acted like he had to charge it but luckily another guy stepped in and said the one extra fee was enough since it was a mistake and we weren’t eating, anyway, VERY thankful for their kindness for my mistake! They even still offered to make us a little bfast box to take in the morning (cheese, bread, boiled egg, yogurt, piece of fruit).
The hotel is beautiful. The pool is fabulous! The Thai restaurant is a must! Overall everything was amazing!

Very fancy place and staff are super friendly. Great views on the Nile definitely a major attraction.

I really like the guest room it was very clean and refurbished if needed.
But, sad part was water did not go away smoothly, so I guess my room was having some kind of plumbing problem.
And, the window to the balcony did not have a lock(or at least it wasn't working),,,, this was the most scaring part my stay there.

Outstanding hospitality, cleanliness and the sense of peaceful atmosphere in general. Would differently return for a longer stay and recommend to anyone specifically with family staying in Luxor.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and really looked after us during our stay. The view of the Nile is delightful and the pool is a real treat in the August heat. If we return to Luxor, we would definitely stay here again.

The service of the hotel as great. Laundry service was quick. Tours can be booked on the hotel just one day before the tour. Prices would not be different so much compared to booking online. Ms. Marina, who was in charge of tour booking, was very supportive. Overall, the experience in this hotel was great.

The view is excellent. And the staff are so helpful and considerate. And the food from the restaurants are the best. The hotel get the ship could ship you to the west side I cost 200 LE (One of the staff told me that is free but I ask the shipman and he told me it's not. So there may be some misunderstanding)
