The hotel was run down but the beds were super comfortable!!! No bed bugs in sight. The hallways smelled of urine and smoke which was pretty gross. The location was actually perfect. In the centre of everything. There are rumours of undesirable people hanging around but we never saw anyone.

Rooms were nice enough a little out dated and need some repairs. Staff was great and the property is in a great spot! They do need another ice machine I found it was in an odd spot.

The hotel was in a good location and their was lots of parking in a bright, well-lit parking lot right beside the hotel. The lobby was nice and inviting. The rooms however, leave much to be desired. Overall they were dingy and dated. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. I opened the fridge and it wasn't working and smelled terrible. The patio door to the outside did not lock well and felt unsecure. There was a door to the adjoining room which I wasn't even sure if it was locked. There was a microwave cart in front of it keeping it from opening. The heater in the room was LOUD! The only benefit was it drowned out the barking dog that seemed to be in the room down the hall. The noise from the snowclearing at 2am and general traffic was also loud. I would not recommend staying here.

Dirty towels all through halls staff was extremely noisy tv remote did not work burn holes in comforter they did not tidy our room breakfast was yougurt and banana with cereal that had no milk needs a lot of maintenance shower head coroted hair in bathroom sink would not ever recommend

The rooms and hotel were so stinky. We couldn't stay even for a few hours. We left and had to arrange a place at a friend's house for the night. Won't recommend it at all.

I booked a king with jacuzzi and got a king suit with no jacuzzi. I was told there was nothing they could do. I did received a credit but would have booked a room with a queen for the lesser amount if i knew ahead of time

Our first room had unclean sheets, the second room was clean. Had to haul a stroller up the stairs as no elevator and was only assigned rooms on 2nd floor. Halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Lots of noise in hallways. Bed was too firm (not meaning to sound like goldilocks, but it was hard as a board).

Absolute dump. Not even close to the current star rating. Mould in the room, bed collapsed and unable to be fixed until next day, stale cigarette smell throughout building mixed with animal and human urine smells. I do not recommend this property. Staff at counter was friendly, but I think he knows the majority of his clientele are sketchy at best and that the property is a cesspool.

I believe we got booked into a smoking room. Cigarette burns in the top bed sheet, cigarette smoke constant smell in our room (and the hallways). Bathroom vent and hair dryer vent had caked on filth. Patches covering previous holes in the wall were not sanded down and painted over. Heard noise in hallway at 2am.

Staff and breakfast were great. Halls and room had a smoke odour. Many small details in room need upgrading, eg wallpaper coming off wall in bathroom under sink, chipped paint on bathroom door, main door squeaked, the extra lock was bent out of shape and the interior door jamb of room entry was dirty and needed painting. A chair for the desk would be good and the desk front was rough. Awkward to get in and out of due to centre barrier separating North and South traffic. Dog friendly...we met 5 dogs there. Not my first choice, but was ok for the 2 days we were there.

Property is very dated. Hard to believe it’s a Wyndham hotel. Maintenance is poor towels are rough. Breakfast was very good but all plastic staff was watching over me and on his phone the whole time.

I checked in but it was so much stinking and smelling with smoke so I had just left in one minute and I have two kids with me and I don’t want him to breathing all that garbage so please refund my money ASAP. Thank you to my credit card.

Location is fine, the price is very good. The staff is fabulous. But it could use some freshening up. There were splatters on the walls in the bathroom. Triple marks on the wall by the headboard and lamp. The grout around the sink could use with a refresh. I would definitely stay here again. Just don’t expect something really shiny and updated.

Staff was friendly. Walls are thin, room was nice just needed maintenance - Get what you pay for. Wasn’t expecting a 5 star so wasn’t disappointed. My vehicle and I both survived the stay.

Booked 2 Double Beds for 4 people. Received smoking room, 1 Queen. Keys didn’t work. Back to the lobby. They changed us to non-smoking. Open door, 1 Queen. Back to the lobby. Staff said their system shows I booked 1 Queen. Show them my reservation which clearly identifies 2 double beds. They put us in a suite with 2 double beds. Open door, bed not made, towels on floor. Back to the lobby. They put us in another suite with 2 double beds. Go to bed, awake at 4 am to someone unlocking our door, and coming in. Luckily we’d used the secondary lock, so the door wouldn’t open. We let them know there are people in the room. They apologize, their room flooded, and staff assigned them to our room. Next call 8 am from front desk, asking who we were, because the room was marked vacant. Knock on door at 10 am, housecleaning … checkout was 11 am. No shortage of new experiences during this stay.
