horribly dirty and run down

The good: hotel is super close to Disneyland, which is the whole reason we were there, so 5 stars for that. The room was very clean and very comfortable, despite being a bit outdated. It was also surprisingly very quiet. We slept very soundly despite the hotel being very busy.
The bad: Not super impressed by the neighboring area in terms of safety and the parking lot was a constant battle for spots. Also it was so busy at breakfast and things were just a mess. Spills everywhere, but I blame that on the guests more than the service people who were really trying to keep up. Our biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. We spent so much time at Disneyland we probably wouldn't have used it anyway, but some family members were disappointed

Suitable hotel for visiting Disney for a day/night. Pool empty and out of use when we stayed, this wasn’t mentioned when booking. Breakfast is dismal, plastic cutlery and paper plates, nothing fresh.

I called previously for electric charger for tesla and swimming pool since i love that.
No seimming pool day of arrival and the chargers werent working supposedly attendent

Great room, spacious and will definitely come back to this property, 2nd time booking here. I would keep going on but time for some coffee and breakfast!

Our reservation was for a two room suite with one king and two queen beds. When we arrived we had been downgraded to a two room children’s suite with one king bed and two twin beds. When I went back to the front desk to inquire I was informed that the larger suite was unavailable yet a price adjustment for the smaller beds was not made. My 77 year old father had to sleep in a children’s suite and our daughter slept on the sofa. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi were both under construction during our entire stay. One would think that a price adjustment would be made for all the hotels guests if the amenities advertised are not available.

Pool was out. Room was very cold at night and I had to get up multiple times to adjust temp as it kept reverting back to a temp of 64 degrees in the room. Moderately clean. Family friendly.

Very nice room, actually two rooms. Kitchen. Fridge. Microwave. Table and chairs. More than I expected. But the best part was the provided and included breakfast! Excellent food! Lots of it.

Everything was great. Amenities offered in the room were very nice for a young family on vacation. Breakfast had great options. Parking was simple.

The pictures online are not the same as real life. The sofa bed was old and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and stained. We won’t be staying here again.

Check-in was quick and easy. We got a room with a nice view. It was near Disneyland. Breakfast was good, we went early to beat the crowds. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay.

On Christmas Eve, whilst we were at the park, we had our room & suitcases broken into & were robbed of cash, passports, powers cords/banks, go pro, Disney merch. Another room that we know of also got robbed on our floor.
Yes, there was an in room safe, which wasn't working, hence we locked everything in our suitcases.
Police came & completed a report at 5am Christmas morning....not how we planned to spend our holiday or Christmas with our 6yr old son.
The hotels "Director of Rooms" Roy, was useless & couldn't care less. They have no security onsite, anyone can get in the lifts, emergency exits are not locked or alarmed, so the scum hide in there. The hotel sent it to "loss prevention" which is corporate & apprently we will hear from them....it's not the 21st Jan 2024 & we are still yet to hear from anyone.
As I talked to people in the breakfast room, whilst we were checking out, a man advised he had 2 men knock on his door & when he opened they said "sorry wrong room", one man was standing in the stairwell (they were the last room before the stairwell).
Hotel didn't care we had no cash & we checked out Christmas morning, with no where to go. They left us out the front to find transport & a new hotel, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The bathroom and kitchen sink had a black water back up. A geyser of sewage 2 feet tall sprayed out onto the counter and the walls ruining everything that was on the bathroom
counter. The staff was really nice and switched our room quickly and gave free parking for the weekend.

Used to love staying here when we are in town for Disney. Staff is great. The hotel did get a remodel but poorly. We had doorknob that doesn’t fit the door hole. One of the door looks like there was a hole in the middle of the door and they tried to patch it. The seams was coming apart on the catpet. The bed was comfy. Shower was ok. Full kitchen is nice. Had everything we needed. It could be a great hotel,

Stayed for a family trip to Disneyland. Oldest son got sick the day we were supposed to go to the park and threw up all day. Half the family went while I stayed at the room with my son. Staff was awesome bringing extra towels and pillows and trash bags. We even went down to hotel store to look for a snack because my son wanted some fruit. Store did not have fruit but front deal staff went into kitchen and got us a small box of various fruit I think from their free breakfast but they did not have to do that and they did. Glad I paid for the two bedroom suite sense we needed up spending so much time in it. Great stay even with sick kid. Thank you!

Our stay was great! We were able to reserve a family suite, which worked great for my family and my parents to stay together. My kids really enjoyed having their grandparents in the same room. The free breakfast was also a bonus. The only downfall was that I did not see any type of security on the premises and my sister’s car was broken into. The tea and coffee station in the lobby was great until we noticed stuff floating in our hot water. The location is close enough to Disneyland and can’t get any better with Target just across the street. We were able to have instacart delivery to stock the refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again.

I love that the property has a family unit so our large family could stay together in one unit. There were multiple families that had their four-legged family member along for the trip, though we did not, I love this as an option for the future. The kids loved the pool area and the outside entertainment with basketball hoop and giant connect 4. It totally met our expectations without breaking out budget. Will likely stay again at this location.

Rooms are dated but large and awesome staff upgraded us which was great. Nice pool area, outdoor games for kids. Bar for adults. Little market for anything you forgot. Bus out front takes you to Disneyland if needed.
