The adjacent building was literally being razed. Neighboring building can't be controlled but perhaps shut down facing side of motel till finished. Watching and hearing demolition was disconcerting.

Staff was very unprofessional. After requesting that the noise level be turned down regarding the occupant next-door to me I found out that the front desk did absolutely nothing to correct the situation.

Called prior to stay about pet fee, upon arrival I was charged $60 more than I was quoted. Property is absolutely filthy on the exterior, no parking close to rooms as construction equipment filled the parking lot. Had wheelchair accessible room but had to park on opposite side of building due to construction equipment. Room was nice on inside but thin walls and lots of noise outside.

The staff are very unfriendly. One gentleman was always looking into my room when he walked by. When I spoke to him I got no response. And elder woman inspected my dirty towels right in front of me and made rude faces at me but would not speak to me. If you’re family can’t be polite to your customers then you should keep them away from us. Housekeeping was a lovely woman but she was the only one who was.

$20.00 PER PET is excessive. I will not stay here again. Hotel was comfortable.

It was ok except I have low mobility and it was hard coming out of the room and getting back in without having to call front desk to assist me after I fell on coming out.

wife had to clean the tub to take a bath was disgusting like would sleep in the park on a bench before i would stay there again

Room was stinky and the AC didn’t work very well. Room was really over priced for the stay.

Room was not made up or cleaned in 4 days, no coffee in room, had to go ask for it.
The concrete balcony on the building is falling apart, free breakfast was a joke.

The room itself wasn’t bad but the building is in very bad shape the catwalk on the second floor is crumbling and the coffee pot was missing the tray for the coffee filter so couldn’t make coffee, the receptionist at front desk barely spoke English.. would not recommend anyone to stay there!

I feel like I need to be refunded. Found out that a truck stop is going in where the motel is and there were lots of big containers lined up and it didn’t feel safe. The stairs where you walk up was dark.

Showed up an hour after Check in began, was given my key to my room. Go to my room and open the door and the room was an absolute mess. If I could zero stars I would. Construction going on while I was there and with my night owl schedule therefore couldn't get any rest. The property manager and a construction worker literally barged into my room the next day to look at problems the room had, they were lucky I was awake and dressed. Never book here if you read this.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. They were pricier that the other ones so I expected it to be decent. They were not.
The floors are filthy. Walking turned my feet black. The shower and bedding had hair. The Wi-Fi sucked. The volume on the tv would only go up so much. The coffee maker is beat up and wobbly. Questionable folks around like those crack has motels in town. There was also construction going on by the room they put me in.
When you pay more you expect decent. This place is no different than those motels on the interstate that charge only $60 or less. Do not choose super 8 in Shawnee Ok.

No breakfast despite being advertised. We were on the north side of the hotel and neither the sidewalk nor the driveway in front of our room had been treated despite ice and frigid temps. It was very dangerous

We notified the property we would be arriving late due to the weather. She wasn't happy when we arrived. Then they hit us with a $20 that hadn't been posted for the 2lb yorkie that stays in her kennel. Place was nasty. Wouldn't have let my puppy out to even look around. The heater were all of in the worse snow storm this year. It took forever to warm up. Two of the tiniest Sandpaper towels ever. Didn't even bother to look for any kind of breakfast in the little food prep area without tables. Won't go back there

For one the key didn’t work then the tv didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work either chair had hole in it had non smoke room but it smelled like smoke

I didn’t like much of anything. We were placed next to a room that had previously caught fire and just a tarp placed in front of it. Bedding was stained as well as scum in the tub. The room smelled awful and the bedside lights did not work. Breakfast included? We’re talking an option of two cereals and a juice dispenser that didn’t work. Horrible experience. And all this for $100/night. Never again. I could go on but I’ll leave it here.

Did not stay. The hotel had a fire and our rooms close to where the fire was and smelled horribly of smoke. Will be contacting to get money back.

The bed was comfortable. The property was not well maintained and needs updating. Because it was billed as a Wyndham property, I expected it to be much nicer.

Gross. Very dirty. The hotel needs to be torn down. In addition to the room being dirty and gross, 2 doors down there was a tarp covering an entire room, meth lab? Possibly... Multiple vagrants in the parking lot, highly Unsafe. I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying here
