The property is dirty, the signs does not clearly indicate the office which is managed by another company name and locted off-site and was very confusing, no one was available to answer the telephone number listed on the property after 1030pm, resulting in me purchasing another hotel after many attempts and making contact with expedia and having them say that they were unable to reach the hotel too, a very disappointing purchase. I still was charged nonetheless.

Check in was very fast. Room is extra clean,everything is new. There is a coffee maker,microvawe and refrigerator. Service is great.

No Office at location of hotel, you have to go to another location to check in and then return to hotel. Direction posted on building are incorrect.

Called the day before to ask that I pay in cash. They said no problem , when I arrived they had already charged my credit card. Noisy neighbors upstairs lots of running around . (Get a 2nd floor toom) People in the Courtyard right by my bedroom window, loud talking late at night. I asked them to please be quiet , they ignored me.

The hotel has a good location close to the beach and tourist shops . The check in was painful because there is only one person at the counter checking you in . That person is also responsible for selling items in the store , answering phones , returning towels etc, taking complaints , and making reservations . They are doing the best they can but are under staffed . The beds where comfortable and we only saw one small cockroach.

Ohhh very poor hotel; but okay, it's a two-star, so you get what you pay for :P And just not feeling safe when walking around the hotel at night, as a female. Customer service was atrocious - it was late at night and I was walking alone and having trouble locating the hotel's main office (because all the units are sprawled out and there's not clear signs), and the customer service person was so cold and rude, he just hung up on me. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and generally things were clean and well-arranged in the room itself.

The communication is horrible but the place is located pretty awesome. The rooms them selves are average for the property.

Roaches Roaches Roaches. DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOUR OK WITH COCKROACHES. We arrived fine, then read sign that says go to main office 2 blocks down the street. When I checked in they gave me keys to a room I didn’t book at a different hotel. When I didn’t accept room they placed me in another room at a different hotel again. Fine, spent the night. Following day saw roaches all over my snacks. There is a roach breeding ground in big crack under bed. Had to seal it with wet toilet paper to be able to sleep there another night… GROSS

Great location nice and clean. Just didn't like the fact there wasn't a pool on the premises.

No maid services......3 days with out changing towels no bed services no changing sheets

i was told to come in the morning and i would be able to pay a fee to check in earlier, i arrived at the time specified and was not able to check in till 4 (the original check in time ) at 4 i stood in the check in office for 30 minutes almost an hour before getting service. very slow and inconsiderate.

Poor front desk workers

They need someone that can give accurate directions for the front desk, waste unnecessary time searching for it, but in a overall it was an excellent place to take a scape

Three times people used an electronic key to come into my room while I was in the room. If i was not there, they would have moved right in. The doors do not have inside safety latches. I slept with the sofa against the door. Very disapponting. The staff was oblivious and just passed the buck.

Horrible customer service

This hotel is one of the HBH group by Hollywood Beach. Except that there only one office for all of them and check-in can take some time. Prepare enough to pay for parking as well; they’ll charge you just as much as the city, if not more. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay there. So they get a 4⭐️ from me

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at the Silver Spray Motel.

Didnt stay left next day it was soooo not what i expected. The pictures for the place is not at all what it is when you get there. A very run down looking place! STAY AWAY!

I will not be staying here again. I will also be writing a Google review on this experience as it was not in line with what I paid and expected: - the office was located blocks from the property and most of the area was flooded due to the rain - there were around 8 people in the small cramped office that were not there to check in but loitering around and the office staff needed to be prompted to remove them in which an argument ensued - sketchy, vagrant type people were just walking around the property that made it feel not safe - consistent and loud honking of cars around the building of partying people throughout the night made it impossible to rest (from 11pm to 4am) - people right outside my door smoking drugs - internet not working - television not working (after the staff came out to assist) - internet and TV impossible to enjoy due to slow and interrupted displays (speed 5 mbps) - Parking Fees - additional monies levied also when I checked in - when checking out staff asked me for a receipt and then presented a negative disposition when I asked about the pricing that was listed (asked for an explanation of the charges) Along with the deposit, this stay totaled well over a regular listing for a 3.5 star hotel in that area for the night (deposit not included). Next time I will just spend that amount to stay in a better hotel. This was definitely NOT WORTH the monies paid. Worse stay that I have had in that area.

I love the room and the fact it was quiet, had a mini kitchen and we were able to park right outside our room. The check in process was super easy and Anyi the woman who checked me in was super awesome, sweet and really made sure I was taken care of. My partner and I were super happy.

This property is PERFECT for a cheap location near the beach. This location is 300 feet from the water, so you can't beat it. The rooms are basic, but clean, you just need to be aware of the following. - There is a $20 fee due at hotel (on top of Expedia rate) - You should check in right at 4p, as we saw 20-30 people waiting for check-in around 10pm. - Don't expect 5-star accomocations/service...but a great value for the cost. Get there early for check-in, because

We came onto the property after midnight and could not check- in until we found a small sign on the side of the building that advised us to walk two blocks to the24 hour office. The sign should be posted clearly so people from out of town could immediately know what to do.

Too many hidden costs

No pots,pans, forks spoons working stove, paper towels.
