Stay was excellent. Front desk service was awesome. Very accommodating and professional. Will definitely book again.

Terrible housekeeping! Booked 3 days and she didn't touch the room after day 1. On day 2 we requested a room clean. All she did was change the two trash cans and leave some towels on the bathroom counter. Didn't replace the dirty cups, the TP, the coffee/sugar, or make the beds. The pull-down curtain covering the window did a mediocre job and it felt like daylight all night because of the lit up parking lot. (Other side of hotel was nice and dark) The cable TV was a nightmare. If you could get it to work it only had a handful of channels, and nothing for kids. Front desk offered no physical help. The breakfast was mid since the eggs were too watery. Coffee is some of the best hotel coffee I've had, but I had to warm it in the microwave if I didn't catch them make it fresh. Which means all the way back to the room on the 2nd floor. Pool and hot tub worked and had no complaints there. We had constant problems with the room keys not working. Wouldn't recommend for more than a night.

You don’t find customer service like this anymore. Every single staff member we came in contact with were amazing. The morning desk employee & manager on duty were exceptional!!! Pool was clean, rooms were clean, breakfast area was kept clean.

Great staff. Very limited breakfast offerings. No decaf cafe or teas except green tea. creamer was curdled, and the only fruit was three apples, two of which were totally bruised.

Hot tub in room was in need of panel replacement where you go on to work on the tub. The paint or enamel was worn off all sides. Exhaust fan didn't work over tub so they give a humidifier. Was okay except the room got extremely humid even with the ac and ceiling fan on. Also the ac was really loud and sounded like an airplane taking off. The breakfast was very little to eat due to a front counter staff members family bringing in about 12 children. They were running around the room and was extremely loud. Went and bought food to eat and stayed in my room instead both breakfasts i was there for. People in room above was running in the room non stop till 5am all the nights i was there. Not restful. I don't plan to come back due to the cost of the room not worth what i got compared to other hotels in the area with hot tubs in them. Management needs to revitalize the breakfast and replace many of the staff members. Also, a deposit was required and in all my past stays was not required. Would of been good to know in advance.

Nice, clean, well lit, with a lot of food and shopping nearby. A bit of road noise, but nothing from the airport. Staff took care of a minor issue without hesitation. Pool/hot tub was nice and clean.

This hotel advertised airport shuttle, it does not. Ended up being brought to another la Quinta and had to pay for a taxi. The shower was full of hair from the past guest.

The stay was good. The staff were friendly once I got helped. I waited to check in for longer than seemed necessary, with 2 staff working & no one in front of me. One staff buzzed around doing multiple things & the other searched on the computer for a form & answered the phone. Finally, the manager or someone at a higher level asked if I had been helped & when I answered no, he got the other 2 staff to help get me checked in. The actual check in process was fine.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. However, she did not tell me or give me anything that stated I had to ASK for my room to be cleaned or clean towels given. I had to go downstairs the 2nd day for clean towels. (they don't dry well in Houston) my room was never cleaned. On Christmas day I asked if it would be possible to have the trash emptied and get clean towels. The girl shoved a piece of paper at me that said I would have had to arrange it prior to the 25th. I understood it was Christmas, but again I was never informed of this. The times I went through the lobby to ask there was no one there. One night I was out of toilet paper so I called the front desk. He told me he would bring it "in a few minutes". FORTY minutes later I went downstairs where 2 employees were talking. I asked for my toilet paper. One employee giggled and said "OH! I knew someone needed it, but I couldn't remember the room!" extremely poor customer service.

Have stayed here several times before. Has gone downhill. Terrible breakfast. No bacon/sausage, biscuits or gravy. no sweet rolls or muffins. Minimal fruit. Coffee empty. in both spots. Had to ask. Two day stay. Was told on checkout that had to ask for room service for towels, to have beds made. Will say front desk staff was friendly and helpful when asked, but as long time LaQuinta stayer, probably will try another chain. Also used to belong to the rewards program. Not getting anything from Wyndham so might as well go somewhere else.

Make sure you ask for a renovated room. Mine was not renovated yet and there was rust and mold on a lot of surfaces and the tub was very stained. Luckily they had a room that had been renovated available and they moved me.

Good: It is in a quiet location literally in the middle of a neighborhood, but still off the main highway. Very nice outside. The staff was super friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Bad: They are doing a lot of remodel, but they are very courteous and try to stay out of the way and only appeared to be working during day. Air conditioner was slow to keep up in room even though it was a super chilly night (in the 50s). When we took showers the next morning, the shower door would not stay closed on its own. Had to hold closed or get water all over the floor.
Overall, really nice hotel, will be interested to see what it looks like once remodel is finished.

This property is old and outdated. Although the baths have been redecorated and modernized, the rest of the hotel was old and well worn. There was even a bottle opener in the bathroom. Something that is no longer needed by soft drink drinkers as well as beer drinkers. Thanks but no thanks, next time.

Fountain is broken in the side where the parking lot it. During our stay so far the lights have gone off and the tv satellite no longer works

Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was in a nice quiet area right off the highway. The hotel itself was quiet and the staff there are excellent and very helpful and friendly.

Super clean and super quiet. The woman who checked me in was fabulous and i slept great, i even dropped my debit card on the floor when i left and the manager called me within 30 minutes to let me know. Easy to access hwy 59

They need more towels more frequently and housekeeping could use some training. If you stay longer than overnight, they don't just come clean like they used to. They are under new management and everything has changed. Very courteous still and are trying given the changes in management.

The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed when I turned. It was very annoying and I didn’t get very much sleep.

Dead roach in the hallway second floor that waa never picked up. The breakfast area was never attended. Fountain at the entrance filthy. Air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Dogs barking. The area ia nice and quiet.

Breakfast was picked over and resupply inadequate to meet demand.
$100 incidental fee is rediculous and won't be refunded for 3-5 days. What incidentals can even be charged. No long distance calls, no room service, so why a pending fee. At most it should be more like $25.
