It’s my third stay at this hotel, excellent location close to MRT. The hotel has excellent breakfast inclusive, clean, and comfortable.

Really love this place, room is not big but has everything I need! The staff is friendly very helpful ! Plus is so close their MRT system! I would recommend to all my friends.

Happy hour buffet for free from 5pm to 7pm everyday regardless which room type you stayed in. It's really a surprising experience in this boutique hotel.

Beautiful room and lots of wonderful amenities like the comb and shower, cap, etc. Only problem is the person that sleeps next to the wall has a hard time getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. We also weren’t able to keep the air at a lower setting. Maybe directions would’ve been nice.

Great check in experience. Rooms are very clean. Bed is super comfortable. They even gifted us with a beautiful, tasty cake to celebrate our honeymoon!! Highly recommend.

Location of the hotel is great. Near many restaurants, shops and next to Nanjing- Fuxing subway station.
Room is clean, bathroom is plenty bug for two people. Only complaint is that the bed sits on a platform and if you are party of two, one of you sleeps facubg the wall and of you need to use the bathroom in the middle of night, you must climb over the other person. Also, the person facing the wall doesnt get much air so very stuffy. Wasn't that bad in March but probably worse in the summer.
We appreciated the breakfast, all day voffee and happy hour. Great selection of western and Asian foodm. Very nice.
Great stay.

Hotel rate was a bit expensive, about $1200 per night on Thursday and Friday.
Hotel was nice and comfortable but small.

This hotel can easily qualify as a 5-star hotel. It's better than some 5-star hotels I've stayed at before.

My wife and I stayed at Les Suites for three nights in January 2024. We loved this place! Large, modern, comfortable room with all the amenities you could need; friendly and helpful staff; great breakfast with many choices; free evening snacks and drinks; quiet; and very close to a subway station. We will always stay here when we visit Taipei!

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly. It is located right next to the MRT station and bus stations. The bonus is the free breakfast included. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks very much for the excellent service provided!

Breakfast and happy hours are of great value. Property shows aging but reasonable maintained.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and flexible. Breakfast is good. Their evening free drink session has even extended to provide simple dinner!

The location of this hotel is excellent, quiet, very close to public transport. The breakfast is excellent. It also has an afternoon 5-7pm simple meal with free drinks. It is very convenient if you are tired to go outside for dinner. It is located in a quiet street with lots dining and lunch shops around. Its staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, which we stayed for a week while visiting Taipei.

Great location right by metro station & numerous restaurants & convenience stores. Excellent, friendly staff. Large, clean room with separate bathtub & waterfall shower. Nice gym with free weights & cardio equipment.

The hotel is located besides a metro
Subway station, quite convenient to take buses or metro to many parts of Taipei. Hotel staff are friendly. The hotel offered breakfast and happy hour drinks every evening between 5 to 7pm. It was a very nice touch to relax at the hotel have a wine or beer to unwind before dinner. There are some restaurant choices around the hotel within walking distance, however, the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby liaoling night market was a disappointment, it was not your typical Taiwan night market, but nonetheless they do offer various seafood dishes in the restaurant.

We got electrocuted in the restroom by an outlet that popped out while using the dryer, when I told management they seemed not concerned at all, and said they would fix it . But they showed no concern for mine or my gf well being

The room was specious and clean. Staff were great.

Right next to MRT station, breakfast buffet with egg service, happy hour and snacks, close to Starbucks (if that's your thing) and convenience stores and a 20 minute walk to a Din Tai Fung! What more could you ask for. Halfway between the east end (towards Elephant mountain) and the west (towards Taipei main station).

Excellent location right beside the MRT, shops and eateries. Staff were always helpful. This area seems a bit more upscale hence the price. Wld stay again.

I stayed on the 2nd floor and I can hear noises from the street. The room is spacious but quite dark. The lighting used not suitable to work on your laptop.

I arrived early and left the luggage at the concierge before I headed out to shop. When I went back , my luggage and a box of pre order items were already nicely placed in my room. Breakfast (&coffee) was good yet they start rather late 7am and wish it could be earlier.

Stuff is well trained, everyone speaks English. Breakfast and seating area is nice. Location is fantastic, quiet but easy to access to metro or bus. But the stuff working in the the front desk was not helpful or a bit cold. I arrived late with 2 heavy suitcases and had difficulty to open the heavy door by myself. Two stuff who stood in the frout desk was staer at me without coming to help until I was failed to open the door twice. Either the hotel change the door to auto version or trained the front desk stuff better.

Outstanding -- one of the best service hotels I've ever stayed in. Probably the best breakfasts and superior happy hour (which served as a full dinner). Top, top service. Outstanding complimentary food and drinks!! Big kudos to Les Suites Taipei.

First time experience of water drop from ceiling in a hotel room.
Besides, front desk staff were not helpful.

The service was great and the location convenient. The problem is that the building and room overall was a bit run down. Peeling paint, some shabbiness in the corners. But it was a comfortable stay and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I've had.
To be sure, the service was always great.

The check-in process was easy and quick. The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the metro station, and only 2 stops from the Song Shan airport and the rest of the cities. The room was clean and very comfortable. The sink is positioned a little awkwardly in the bathroom, but that is the only minor issue I noticed. Overall it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip

No replenishment of shower gel for 1 or 2 days, until I notified the front desk.

What I like:
Safe & quiet little boutique hotel with main entrance facing a wall instead of road, room with good soundproof, jap style toilet seat, ceiling heater in the bathroom, Crabtree & Evelyn Jojoba Oil Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel/Body Lotion, very near Nanjing Fuxing metro station exit 7 with 2 lines, direct line to Ximenting, convenient to take bus to Shilin night market & many places (can use same transport card for metro & bus), abt 10min walk to Taipei Arena to watch concert, right next to Daiso (can grab compression bags for clothings if bought too much & zipper carrier bag to better organize & handcarry pastries home), 7eleven & Family Mart right outside hotel (can order things online from PChome 24h & pickup from this 7eleven branch with small admin fee to 7eleven, need a local mobile number which hotel can provide, takes abt 2 days to arrive).
Room for improvement:
More selection/menu rotation for breakfast, provide bath salts & disposable scrubbing pad/towel, space to keep luggage opened throughout the stay (suggest give guest a choice to have the rocking chair & foot stool or clear them away to make space to open luggage), too few electrical point for charging devices & the one available at writing table is too close to the wall hard to use universal travel charger (I use my own universal travel charger & can only charge either phones or laptop, cannot do both at same time because of the crammed space & only 1 electrical point available).
