Terrible customer service and management. Rude and inconsiderate of customers needs. Poor wifi and satellite cable connection. No remote or toiletries in the room. No breakfast included and dingy towels. Would never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Will put you on the do not rent list without making any contact with you nor will they will tell you why! when I asked the reason the lady at the front desk said they aren’t allowed to disclose the reason without a manger lol they made me feel like I did something wrong when I started questioning why they lady just told me she can’t help me and asked me to leave. They left me with nowhere to go after I paid for 9 days! I couldn’t even find hotel elsewhere because I spent all my money here thinking I had a safe place to go! If your frequent traveler save yourself embarrassment and just skip this place ..

I rather stay here than any other motel 6 it’s pretty clean in town they are super friendly and helpful! they don’t constantly knock on your door for housekeeping or bother you in general and they are the cheapest in town! it’s really quite most of them time they allow pets which is the best part! there is some questionable characters around but it’s a motel 6 not a 5 star hotel just lock your doors and your don’t talk to strangers! you should be okay if you need some sleep or just a bed a shower and some free Wi-Fi and tv highly or just a place to stay for a few days this is a gem I recommend!

Well I never write reviews. So let's just say check-in was great! The lady was very sweet, friendly & efficient in her job, otherwise this place SUCKS!! 1st of all, the room was basic & clean however it WREAKED of the smell of bleach, so strong that my head was spinning & my nose started to run. Kicked off my sinuses! Apparently this is a drug spot, they were coming & going, looking at us, 3 were literally standing outside my door as if they were going to walk in. We felt very UNCOMFORTABLE to the point that WE CHECKED OUT!! I'd say, DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Especially if you have kids!

I’ve been staying at this Motel 6 at this location at least 2 weekends a month since September for school. It’s walking distance from a Starbucks, Habit and other restaurants!! It’s clean and very reasonably priced. I’ve stayed a different chain that was closer to my school. It was more costly, but had roaches!! I must say Jess has exceptional customer service!! It’s always nice to know that she knows I’m a regular!!

I like this location. It’s great price, decent location, and pretty clean. Obviously, it’s a little beat up inside the rooms but it’s not the worse one I’ve stayed in.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Homeless drug addicts fighting in front of our door, almost called 911. Security was called and got them out. Then we got locked out of our rooms!!! The door keys were NOT working for either room. We went 4 different times to reception and the woman (red hair) was not really helping. Finally sent maintenance and even he couldn't open the door. He finally did after several attempts. Then, no hot water!!! Couldn't take a shower, had to move to a different room at 4:30 am to shower. Unsafe, dirty, bad service, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car if you can't go elsewhere. This place is cursed.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The room condition was a little rough, though. While it WAS clean, it could use some TLC. The bed and pillows were lumpy. We were on the 2nd floor and you could FEEL the floor shake when people walked bye (even children). It made me question the integrity of the balcony walkway. It’s in a rough neighborhood (homelessness) but, close to food and freeway access. All and all it was OK.

Great location 😃, asides a few homeless people, enjoyed the stay! Doors have triple locks, felt very safe. Front desk/staff awesome 👍, super fast check in, put me right up front. Amazing Aircon, was surprised it (like the light) was already on!! Thanks, the best 2 star ⭐⭐⭐ motel around, will most likely be back in 3 weeks!!

This property was horrible, the room was dirty. It looks like they didn’t even was the shirts and cover they were filled with big chunks of hair. &’ housekeeping hasn’t came by to clean the room since I been here. It was a horrible stay terrible service and a terrible experience I don’t wanna come back to this hotel, I should not have to clean a hotel room I haven’t been too the first night I’m there and the rest of the nights I stay

The morning service was so rude and had a scowel on her face. Instead of asking me to put my service dog on a leash she put me on the no rent list and said I was rude. The place never slept so loud couldn't sleep and cops were in the parking lot 2 out of 3 nights I was there.

Room smelled, probably pot. Pulled out chair and found it had sticky residue on it. Some kind of stain on the mattress. Smokers around, and in middle of night smoke came in and kept me up all night.
