Looks Good on the fiesta sight. The hotel needs global refresh. Carpet in the room was old with scratches and blots AC is not working at all The door conected to the balcony does not close properly. No security and noisy

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to Yamina Jemai (Gouvernante Generale) for her amazing service.

Breakfast was ok. Cleaning staff was nice. The room was very noisy. I could hear neighbours talking late at night. The receptionist does not seem to care much about clients: providing with the bare minimum information and replying with the least words possible.

We stayed there for a week. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit old and run down. I particularly disliked the high and slippery bath tub. The whole room is crying loud for a refurbishment. The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the lake and witnessing gorgeous and divine sunrises and sunsets. Food was tasty and the service impeccable. The chef made us feel at home , asking for our input every day at breakfast. I'll stay there again without hesitation.

I used to like this hotel a lot, then during 2021-2022, I was disappointed with the facility. But my latest visit reminded me a little bit of what it used to be. Reception staff were great, more focus on room services perhaps.

A hotel with some how old design furniture but very clean. It has a nice view and sitting area on LAC. if you looking to restart your system 🙂 this is the right place. Breakfast was with very good taste. One thing i did not satisfied with is the room service. They are really bad in .response.

I like everything in the hotel except room services team. Theyvare very very slow to non responsive some time. The break fast is absolutely fantastic. Food taste is perfect looks like they own good sheif. Thanks

Staff are nice enough. Welcoming and all that. But I paid more to stay here than I paid to stay in the four seasons the night before. Only stayed here due to location. Should have stayed at the four seasons. Feels like a run down hotel. Tiny rooms and absolutely terrible pillows. Noisy outside so can’t leave the window open. Ac didn’t seem to turn on. Room was hot. I won’t be staying here again.

Very nice place with extremely good level of service. Location is pleasant and very calm. To be noted that no alcohol (beer, wine...) is available anywhere in the hotel due to local regulation for this particular location in town (lake area). I strongly recommend this place for a short stay in Tunis.

Dear Sir. Arriving on time to tunis ,1/ I don’t find privet care I come by chalet car and will buy 70 Denars ??? 2/ My reservations for 2 person they give me small single room all the material in the room for one person . I will not be again in this hotel I am very sorry to say that I like the hotel and I used seance 10 years befor but this is my last time I send during my stay a lot of emails with photos for that room given to me no 328 it’s single room all the material in the room for one perso , the toilet very small and bathroom door dose Arriving on time to tunis ,1/ I don’t find privet care I come by chalet car and will buy 70 Denars ??? 2/ My reservations for 2 person they give me small single room all the material in the room for one person .
