It was ok for $60. It wasn't as advertised, it was a regular room with king bed, non smoking, with cigarette burns holes in the bed clothes. The tub had no plug, the hair dryer crumbled off the wall when touched, the tv screen was jacked up. If I knew they were going to charge me over $70 for a second night I would have left.

We checked in the air conditioner didn't work good at all, we had no cold water we couldn't take a shower the water was so hot the refrigerator didn't work good we put food in there and it spoiled our dri ks didn't get cold,we called and the owner brought us a small fan it was so horrible its like the worse place i have ever stayed and there was 2 roaches i killed.i will never stay here again it was so hot in our room i had to end up taking my husband to the hospital he thought he was having another stroke bad place STAY AWAY FROM HERE

They ask for a $50 deposit say you will fet back after checking out .Iforgot to ask about it when checking out. We called about it and won't refund on credit card.We complain about no hot water staffed did nothing. 5 hours later we complained again got it "fixed " .Don't come here

The people upstairs forward toilet water came pouring into our bathroom. Room next to ours was pad locked shut. The moved use to another room ceiling in bathroom covered in mold. Room next to us.... Window busted out and covered with plywood. ... Neither room would any of the plug ins charge a cell phone. Tried 3 different chargers and devices.

Place was dirty and had horrible smell about it. Hallway smelled of urine. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. A/C didn't work, knob was broken. I opted to not stay there. I returned the keys back to the front desk and requested a refund. Lady said management was out and she couldn't authorize a refund until they returned after the Memorial holiday. Pictures online very different than what was provided. Too poor condition for me. Tamiko

Staff was friendly. First room the heater didn't work and the bathroom was filthy. Second room the key card door handle was out of batteries. The third room I don't think the key was even programmed. The fourth/fifth room they said we was in on room but they programmed the key for a different one then they told us.

When we checked in. It took 4 hrs to get a room due to room keys not opening up doors. Toilet was broken. TV not working in one of the 5 rooms that we were assigned to. 4 hrs later we finally got a room that almost everything worked. I would not recommend to stay here.

The first room we got didn’t have a smoke detector. But it did have a roach crawling on the bathroom counter. The front desk lady was so friendly and nice. She put us in a new room, that didn’t have hot water, towels, or a tv control. All in all, we didn’t die and it was cheap. But if any of those things are deal breakers I guess dig into your pockets

Room appeared to be clean but there were roaches on end table in bathroom and floor. Reported it to front desk and they promptly sprayed the room only saw 1 after they sprayed. Never have dealt with this here before and unsatisfied this trip

The room was very nice and clean. There was everything you need for a nice stay. There was a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, there is also hand soap and lotion hanging on the wall and in the shower, there was bodywash & conditioning shampoo. The only thing I didn’t like was having to put up $50 deposit till they check the room. But other then that it was nice and I plan to return.

The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were old and didn’t support your head, both my wife and I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast had very little variety and there wasn’t any soaps in the room.

We checked in at 11:30 pm and processed was easy, I explained that there were 4(husband and 2 children). She handed me the keys and went to the room. Let's just say that from the parking lot of this property you can see the hilton and quality inn and you should go there. Upon entering our room we noticed that the safety lock on the back of the door broke so we put our suitcases in front of the door while we sleep. The outlets don't hold a plug, and I spent about 10 minutes trying to find a place to plug in my CPAP matching to sleep with. They do not provide a bar of soap to wash your hands with, however, if they filled up the liquid soap dispensers on the wall in the sink area, at least you could get your hands clean. Let's not mention that there was no smoke detector just lots of wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detector should be. By the time we woke up the next morning we ran out of toilet paper, I called the office and they told me that they couldn't give me any because they did not have keys to the closet where the toilet paper was kept. I also asked for towels, and since there were only 2 in the room and they said that they couldn't help me at 7am either. So 4 of us had to take showers with 2 towles, and our bath tub would not drain, so we had to take quick showers and allow lots of time for the water to drain. I could go on but I have no more room. Don't STAY HERE!

I asked at check in if there was a breakfast as advertised, since some previous stays booked through HOTELS.COM had not complied with such advertising, and I was assured there would be breakfast. I do not think fruit and a piece of toast or a small fruity oatmeal bar is a breakfast.

The hotel was clean. Several hoes in the walls under repair. Busted doorframe unrepaired. The room had no operational wall plugs except the bathroom. The plugs existed but had no power. Quiet, good neighborhood.

Everything from parking to the check out without breakfast at 9am. They said breakfast was over at 9am and there was no vending so absolutely no way to even get a drink on site. Horrible and dirty and the customer service is trash. I couldn't be paid to stay there again.

Furniture run down. The Chair was nasty and wore out. Dust on all cabinetry. No hand or bath soap. Tv didn’t work correctly. Only good thing I can say, the bed was fresh made. And the rate I paid wasn’t bad
