My 17th floor room had a lovely view of Lome. The bed trim was quite obviously not up to par. Some staff did not appear totally knowledgeable.

One of the best hotel I have been in the whole world…the staffs are amazing and very polite. One of the best hotel ever and I can’t wait to visit again…you are the best✌️

This hotel is one of the best 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed at in West Africa and I’ve stayed in many in Lagos Abuja Abidjan and Dakar. What I find really nice here is the fact that the staff are very fast in helping guest requests out no matter how tedious it might be. In West Africa, what can take 5 minutes to do, will usually end up taking 45 minutes but not in this hotel.
The pool side restaurant has excellent thin crust pizza, smoke salmon sandwiches albeit with a slick California type ambiance.
The rooms were very clean, modern and felt refreshing entering into one.
Price wise I paid Euros 110 per night and stayed 4. A similar quality hotel in Abuja or Lagos would cost at least 3 times more per night.
In Lomé I would only recommend this 5* property to foreigners visiting for business or pleasure.

The hotel is one of its kind .I have stayed in over 50 hotels . It reflects the epitome of luxury ,comfort and cleanlines . However the only drawback is that the attitude of the local staff and overzealous security .

The hotel was not as nice as I remembered. The reservation was subject to possible room upgrade and spa offer, none of which were offered upon check-in. Lowlight is that the hot water was lukewarm at best. Highlight was dinning at the Ashanti sky restaurant. But for the price you pay they just about got this right.

This time observed lot of changes in breakfast (they are placing fruits and all. But the stay not worth for the money.

There was no hot water in my room and they did not offer me to move to another doom for 3 days

Hotel shuttle to airport is not free of charge and we have not been inform about the same.Hotel charged me by force one way to airport @10000XOF.By force because while reserving shuttle at front desk nobody told me it was chargeable and I got trapped early morning on my departure day without any other choice!!
