Great customer service. The only thing that I noticed was rust in the shower curtain rings and then it rubbed off on the shower curtain. Overall very clean and comfortable. Great for the price and location.

The cleanliness was lacking. Mildew on shower curtain liner, dust on furniture and baseboards, long hair (numerous strands) in one of the beds. Spider webs/dust on the popcorn ceiling. Questioned if the toilet had actually been cleaned or if it was just stained that way. Had it not been so late at night when we checked in and our concern for finding an available hotel nearby, we definitely would not have stayed.

Check in was easy and the room was very clean. However, this was one of the noisiest places I have stayed in a very long time. People stomped around in the room over us all day and night. We were told it was a pet-friendly room, so I don't know if it was people or a large dog. However, the worst was that our room was next to the cleaning supply room and the housekeepers like to hang out and loudly chat at a table with chairs. I think it must serve as a break room for them as well. I was quite hungover and just wanted to sleep, but it was impossible after maybe 8:30-9:00. I could hear every word the housekeepers had to say. However, the location was perfect as we could walk to quite a few shops and restaurants. I won't stay here again due to the noise.

Location was perfect. Walking to downtown was easy, as was walking to lighthouse and beach. Hotel breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. Our room was just okay. Seemed a bit outdated. Bathroom was in need of updates. Lots of dust/hair along baseboards, and mirror was rusty/corroded all around edges. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t appear to have enough parking.

This hotel to focus on cleanliness more. The room hadn't been vacuumed so the carpet was really gritty and full of debris, the shower drain was slow, the wifi was slow, and the iron was broken so that it spilled all the water onto my shirt. Good property in a great location, and a decent sized room, but needs more TLC and attention by the management.

The hotel and location were perfect! The room itself was in very poor condition. Walls were cracked and peeling, kitchen was terrible. Very old and absolutely no upgrade. Learned each room is owned individually. Will stay in a different room next time. Room 215 is bad.

My husband and I loved our stay here. Staff was so friendly. I enjoyed being able to choose the room that we stayed in. We were in an excellent location being right across the street from the lighthouse, museum, and beach. We were walking distance to downtown. We will definitely stay here again when our granddaughter plays in her golf tournament.

Always enjoy this location. Have stayed here many times over the years. Internet was down. And their breakfast is carbs only. No protein which is challenge for diabetics.

Parking was an absolute nightmare! Some people that were parking their cars of course wanted to protect their cars and parked and unique ways. There's a sign in the garage that says we are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or to your personal property parking is very close. Other than that it was wonderful literally walking distance to the beach to the lighthouse to eating to the playground area at the pier. Would definitely stay again I would just park somewhere else.

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! The staff at Saint Simons Inn could not have been any nicer! The complex is perfectly located behind the lighthouse and blocks to the main strip of SSI! Restaurants, shopping and more! The unit was clean and very comfortable. The only negative is the walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper you may have some issues. This did not affect our stay though! We will 1000% be back!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was dated but well kept. Coffee machine in breakfast area made excellent coffee with several different brews available. Will definitely put this stay as one of our better stays on St. Simons.

My stay here ended up being amazing. When i checked in they gave me a room upgrade. The location of the hotel couldnt have been more perfect. I have stayed in saint simon before but this was my favorite place i have stayed! The room had really nice beach decor and was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The staff was nice. However, the walls are very thin. The people above us stopped around all night on our first night and neither one of us could sleep. The second. night was better, but we could still hear the people in the adjoining rooms. If you're a light sleeper you might want to consider someplace else. The room was comfortable and clean.

My family stayed here for one night during off-season. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. She recommended good food within walking distance, talked about the lighthouse tour, and provided walking directions to both the nearby pier and the beach. I liked how the inn offers free coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. We filled our cups with hot chocolate and took them on a walk during a brisk night at the end of November. It was the prefect treat to keep us warm while we checked out the nearby area. The rooms were clean, but they felt very dated. I love how there was a little kitchenette in the room (with fridge, microwave, and sink that was separate from the bathroom sink). The beds were really tall though (a challenge for my wife and son) and they had a horribly noisy creaky sound to them so we occasionally woke each other up when we turned during the night. The breakfast was your typical continental meal with cereal, muffins, orange jice, etc. Unfortunately, one of my muffins was a little moldy and I had to throw it out. The staff were all super friendly and helpful though, and they didn't ocmplain when my son spilled some milk. Overall, this was a great trip. It isn't as comfortable as some hotels in the price range, but it's clean and the staff are great. It's also in a prime location on St. Simons Island. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely consider staying here a second time.

Staying at this hotel was by chance due to the one we had chosen had a broken elevator,althow I had review this hotel before deciding. Breakfast is totally basic. They do not do housekeeping, just give us fresh towels. Location is the best,2 blocks from the little local shops and some restaurants. Nice walk by the sea. We stayed al the penthouse, so elegant and spacious, nice balcony for a coffe or a glass of wine but you will only fing paper and very thin plastic cups😢

We really enjoyed this property. It was very much as pictured. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for the area around the property is for parking. The spaces are too narrow to be comfortable that doors aren't going to ding your car. Luckily, everyone else was very careful with their cars as much as we were. The staff was very accommodating and personable. The housekeeping staff were incredibly nice. The complimentary breakfast was simple and doesn't offer a lot of items but the coffee machine, available 24 hours, was worth it! We walked everywhere we wanted to go, all weekend, especially Mallory St. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely little hotel in walking distance of everything on the island. Very close to the water in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are very spacious and each one is different. More like a B&B than a hotel. Free continental breakfast, although not much for choices, but there are tons of good restaurants in the area to have a nice big breakfast! Free parking under the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. Great price too!

We found cockroaches in bathroom. The facility had only one ice machine, it broke down on our second night, no one attempted to repair the machine or bring in ice, the person at the desk had no clue. The walls are paper thin, you could hear loud noises, voices, on both sides of us. I would not recommend.
