Very close to TF Green Airport; wish I knew about the Sky Walk when I arrived. It's an easy walk to the hotel. Train station is very close also. Restaurant/bar is attached to hotel. I did not need to rent a car. Very clean hotel. Rooms are quiet. Staff was great!

I was in a rush but that night the service decided to forget how to do their job I’d waited sometime to get check in.

Hotel was nice enough. We only stayed one night. Super convenient to airport and to turn in our rental car. Front desk person on our arrival was a bit cold and seemed annoyed. Evening and early morning staff were great tho.

Everything was perfect except the room was a little chilly so we turned the hest on BIG MISTAKE. The noise it mafe was soo loud we did not sleep well. As it came on every hoyr or so and sounded like a freight train.was inthe room
Otherwise no complications
We ❤️ staying here. We'll be back next weekend

Upon checkin there was nowhere to park. Evidently the restaurant was having an event and their guests had taken all available spots. had to drive around and wait. Have up and created a spot on the end of a row but had to go back out 90 minutes later to grab a spot as they opened up. the check in person wrote room number incorrectly so i spent time trying to unlock and had to go back down to get the right key. Not an auspicious beginning to a stay or my vacation

The hotel itself is good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One thing we didn’t like was having to pay $12/day for parking and you sometimes didn’t know if you would get a parking spot or would have to “park behind the fence” which seemed a little sketchy. For $12 you should get a parking spot or have an option not to pay and take your chances. The other downside was the breakfast. $12 or $17 for a “buffet” style which didn’t work well. Should just be included for the nightly rate.

Room was dirty. Found someone’s hair band on floor. Found used contact lenses on floor. Found earring backing on floor. Room was just never vacuumed. Fridge wasn’t plugged in so took awhile for it to cool.

You have to pay to keep your car there $12/night...thats ridiculous it should be free for guests. Also, my tub in room 318 did not drain well and was up to my ankles in water during showering. Room comfortable and clean other than that. The television was too low to enjoy while in bed....had to prop myself up or strain eyes to see the screen.

Stay one night, as a rule we always stay in the Hilton honors group, very nice hotel and all but the charging extra for parking and then charging $17 dollars for breakfast on top it really ends up not worth the price.....stay in one of the other places that are just as nice but don't nickel and dime you

Not bad for an airport hotel, but for the nickle and dime charges - $12/day for parking, wifi login indicated unspecified charge (free for members but no place to enter my HH number). I made the mistake of opening one of the water bottles before examining the attached Welcome tag showing a $3.00 charge at the bottom.

From the time I walked in, the staff was warm and friendly. I had the wrong day on my reservation, they were able to get me a room for that evening. Everything was clean from the outside, the entry, elevators, room, and pool. It was so refreshing. The Resturant that was connected was wonderful food and great service. (the hallway getting to the Resturant needs some love on the concrete floors.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable--close to airport and attached to an amazing restaurant (Iron Works). The evening check in staff was a little blah, but the morning staff saved my day with a complimentary sewing kit.

We stayed at the property as it is located close to the airport and offered shuttle service (in description). We were informed that shuttle service did not start until after 7AM.
The room was not cleaned properly. Tables had coffee stains, tile floor had some spilled stains, beds smelled like dust and had hair.
Two good things about the property: (1) location (walking distance to the terminal) and (2) Iron Works restaurant with great food.

I liked the maid service on my 2nd floor. I wished that the Iron works had a brunch menu for late sleepers.

We stayed for a tournament in the Providence area. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff. The restaurant is great with good food, cocktails, and service.

My husband and I drove 14 hours to come back to the area to attend a funeral. We arrived exhausted and were greeted warmly. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed two dinners from the restaurant in the hotel. The food was fresh and well-prepared. It was a wonderful experience at a very difficult time. The only thing that could have been improved was parking - but it was free so that’s a positive.

I arrived at this property to check-in after my room was paid in full/already withdrawn from my bank account, to have the front desk rudely tell me my reservation was canceled. With zero explanation, support or sympathy. She offered me to pay for another room, a room with one king bed for two adults, two older children and a puppy. Knowing this- she did not offer a cot option. $1,700 for a two night stay, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with my customer service at this location.
After spending hours over the phone, trying to get things straightened out, management tried to make it right. I would not stay at this Hilton again.

Invited to the Brown graduation 8 miles away and stayed here. Used rideshare to get to and from downtown Providence and the school, average ride $25-30. Desk staff was super friendly. Room was fresh. We declined housekeeping so can't comment on that. Could not figure out how to recycle. Fitness center was very decent, stuff worked. Loved the independent unaffiliated restaurant adjoining, farm to table type food, what a great neighbor. Hotel breakfast was not free and looked like an average buffet, but coffee and tea were free all day, that was great. Saw ppl w kids enjoying the pool. A little noise from outside areas that settled down at by 10 pm. Plenty of free self parking including disabled and other spots large enough for my pickup. I'd stay again.
