The facility is very clean and quiet. The staff are very professional and very friendly, they help you having a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I was impressed with the whole staff how friendly and professional they are.

The room was missing towels at after I've checked in. Plus they've attempted to double charge me for the breakfast while I've paid for that upfront at their desk. The rest of the experience was quite good while the area around the hotel is full of panhandlers and feels unsafe.

The place is conveniently located on the main sea road with plenty of dining options nearby. But it is very old and in dire need of significant renovation. The carpets smell of smoke, and from curtains to windows to faucets, everything seems to need attention or repair. The bar at the entrance brings all the usual looking-for-something guys who seem to smoke away their lives. That smoke seems to permeate the entire property! Breakfast is terrible and not worth the time or effort, even free. They seem incapable of making a single omelet without either leaving eggs uncooked or burned!

This hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and the outside restaurant staff were wonderful! But unfortunately the hotel was having renovations which were happening right outside our room the entire time of our stay! I am not sure why the front hotel staff would put us in a room with renovations happening right outside our door! We did ask a couple times about the noise and were told by the front desk that it would only last a few hours more but this was not true! The hotel as we witnessed was not very busy at all so they could’ve easily put us in a farther away room. The only conclusion my husband thought of was that we booked through Expedia so they gave us a crappy room!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They do a great job at keeping everything extremely clean. Security is always on stand by around the area ensuring everyone’s safe. Taxis gather right out front of the hotel ensuring quick pick ups and drop offs. The restaurants in the hotel and around the hotel are some of the best and all with views of the ocean. Shopping was super convenient since it’s a short walk to 2 of the biggest and nicest malls in all of Morocco. If you’re thinking about staying in Casablanca this hotel is it!! don’t even bother looking anywhere else at this price point no one else can compete with them.

Would not stay at this property again. There was a musty smell in the room and when brought it to the attention of the front desk staff they offered to spray “ perfume” in the room. It is very outdated, dark and dingy. The furniture and carpets are very old. The front desk staff were not very helpful.

Hotel right in front of the ocean with pools, bars, and good restaurants. The food is really good and the restaurant has a belly dance show every night. All the bars and clubs are 2 minute walk away. Staff was amazing, very nice people. Only thing i didn't like was there was no suana :(

Very nice furniture in Marocain style with oriental flair. Beautifull view towards the beach and ocean from the restaurant and the room. The pool area is a bit to small for a hotel that size, no activities at the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered was good and all fresh. Perfect service of the staff and very friendly, also at the restaurant. Good choice of menues, delicious and well priced.

Front counter staff was rude. There was a lot of noise in the evening when I was trying to sleep, sounds like furniture being dragged around, some thuds and construction type sounds from what seemed like ceiling (not construction outside). Bathrooms was dated and on the dark side. Shower in tub - shower curtain separated hooks in places. Room was booked thru Travelocity and not directly with hotel. But- on-site restaurant was excellent and food was good. Restaurant service was good, hence two stars and not one.

Great hotel, staff and service. Well organized and very accommodating. Great location. Very reasonable breakfast which provided a good selection of food. Great staff from housekeeping to frond desk, bell hop to reservation staff. This is my second stay and will return for sure.

The location of the property is great! Rooms are clean. Service staff amazing. Property is located on the beach, however the alleyway are very congested. Private parking is huge plus . Morning breakfast was very good ,great selection of continental or traditional Morocco . I highly recommend

Front desk and pool service was great. The building is a little older with a specific charm to it. Although there is AC it's not great which I think is standard for the area so overall a nice stay and would recommend over some of the other choices.

Friendly, helpful staff - helped with luggage, bus directions, taxis, scissors, shopping, sight-seeing, getting change. Pool looked great but we didn't try it. Comfortable twin beds. Small fridge. Tea-making facilities. Bottled water provided. Shower in bath.

Beautiful room and beautiful view. Staff were very helpful to get me taxis. I wasn’t a huge fan of the restaurant, not good service and food was overpriced and average tasting.
