Clean, good amenities, easy to get to. The pool area was clean, fitness room hit the basics, the breakfast was good.
They could do a little better on the disposable plastics. There was a bit much (plastic utensils, coffee creamers, etc) and room for more improvement.

When we asked about possibly checking in early, the women at the desk was very rude about telling us we couldn't do it. We were just asking if it was possible, she didn't need to be rude. Also when we checked in, the person never asked us about what CC to charge our rooms to so my cc was charged multiple times, then when we went to fix it the next morning, I was charged a 3rd time, with only 1 credited amount, not 2 like it should have been.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Nice lobby, good breakfast, staff was nice & helpful at the front desk, bathroom was little dirty in the shower along with the vent above the shower looking like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages and the shower curtain would get soaked and get the bathroom floor very wet when taking shower also had a tiny bit of toilet paper on the roll left in the bathroom with no extra toilet paper in bathroom when arriving and I asked for extra towels and pillows before arriving and this was not done. The pool area was also pretty unclean in the hot tub and the pool was freezing cold. Over all, it wasn’t a bad stay just probably wouldn’t stay again.

They booked the second floor to a kids hockey team there was stomping all day and night from the second floor to the first. I called to address it and we where told oh well they have no other rooms and there's nothing they can do and that they asked them to "stop" . Given the last complaint we didn't get to use the pool/hot tub all weekend because they're large group dominated it. And when we tried to we where meet with 3 kids at least jumping into the hot tub. Won't be staying here again . Also they have a rule now u can't live within 30 miles of the hotel great way to thank your community for years of business. Yuck avoid this place !

I stayed at this same hotel a week prior and haven’t slept so good in a long time. The front desk clerk remembered me and was very friendly. He overheard my son asking me about the pool hours and offered extended pool hours because of my late check in. He also gave information about what was available for food and the hotel was in close proximity to stores for things that I needed for my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who ask where to stay in this city.

Great hotel for a few nights. They did run out of towels but I was able to track down house keeping to get a few. Only down side was there was a boys hockey team also staying and the boys were running around the halls and knocking on our door at 9:30 am. not the hotels fault. otherwise it was a nice stay

We booked hotel, couldn’t access property due to ridiculous construction around the property. Circled property numerous times and could not find the detours to get to said property. Gave up after an hour. Found a sister property and stayed there. Called original hotel and said we had to cancel our reservation, which they happily did and said they understood. Now trying to recoup $$ from Wxpedia

1) I was surprised with the general class of guests considering the cost/room. An unusual number of laborers.
2) Found a bedbug crawling on the comforter. The manager was insistant it wasn't a bedbug although it was identical to photos on internet. They did clean the room but count me out as a repeat guest.

I was confused by the GPS getting to the property, especially when it directed me down a deadend street in what looked like a neighborhood. May that's because Hwy 10 was under construction?

Elevator was broke so used stairs at the end of the hall to get to top floor. Towels were laying at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived Friday night - they were still there when we left on Sunday. Room was very clean; however, only enough to make one cup of coffee and no one replenished the coffee for Sunday morning. Coffee was available downstairs.

It was very loud, as the hotel is in close proximity to the train. Additionally, the hotel has little sound proofing, as I heard everything going on around me.

Asked for towels to be brought to the room and was told “You can come and get them yourself”. It was said in a condescending tone and wasn’t appreciated.

Informed desk person. Was not quiet at all. Stayed 2 nights and both nights children were running the floors, some type of laundry type large crafts were rolling up and down the hallways and overall, not very quiet. I have children and grandchildren,so I ma use to their type of noise. This was beyond normal activity.

The hotel staff and hotel was great. No complaints except for location. It is intermingled with a housing edition and with that being said vehicle vandalism and if you leave your car unlocked for a minute it will be ransacked and any personal belongs will be gone. They even have a sign in the hotel regarding it. Enough for me to not stay there again and yes my car was a victim to it.

The property was great! I do with you had more water bottle filling stations around the hotel- 1 on every level instead of just in the fitness room, otherwise it was great!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and really enjoy the quiet. It's off the beaten path (you drive you a residential area to get there) but still close to shopping and restaurants. Nice breakfast. Clean pool and hot tub area that is never crowded.
