The hotel was perfect for staying in DC for the weekend. Location was great, cleanliness was great, the restaurant/bar was perfect and we very much enjoyed breakfast. We were there with friends and families and everyone enjoyed their experience.

The DC convention location is excellent. The building is in superb condition. Our room was very clean. My kids appreciated the breakfast with an omelet bar.

Great location and very nice hotel! Safe area, close to good restaurants, walkable to White House, Washington Monument, Mall. Nice for the kids to have an indoor pool at the end of each day. Standard free breakfast fare, but still a really nice add on, as is the two free cocktails at "happy hour" each evening. We did have a bit of an odd situation with our standard room: offered the presidential suite upon arrival for just $100 more per night; at first, declined but then quickly changed our mind and went back and asked if that deal was still available; were told it was and gave up our standard room (which was lovely!); then put not in the presidential suite but in the hospitality suite (windows looking out on vents, nearly street level, above restaurant and smelled like it). Did not want to be major pains and dispute, but it was kind of odd and disappointing and we felt a bit like a bait and switch occurred? But overall, staff was nice, and the location really cannot be beat.

The room was excellent. Very spacious corner room very clean. The hotel was close to everything ! All the staff was wonderful and friendly except for the gentleman who checked us out about 4 AM on April 18. It was a big tall black man who was so very sarcastic and rude. I didn’t catch his name. I wish I had. Overall, hotel was very nice.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and very spacious. The location was perfect, close to everything, White House, Museums, Fords Theater, and plenty of good places to eat! The breakfast was amazing too, it was a full breakfast! I would highly recommend staying at the Embassy Suites.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff is wonderful. It is centrally located. It is family friendly. My one complaint (but not a deal breaker) is that the breakfast in the morning is a complete mad house. They need to have it better organized and have somewhat of an order. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will be back. Thank you!!!

Amazing stay. Hotel breakfast was incredible. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a 10/10 stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Pool was noisy and crowded.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Each morning there was a full complimentary breakfast that did not disappoint. The hotel was within walking of the Convention Center, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend booking your next visit here.

Property is beautiful - very clean (I am one to clean the room with wipes when I get there, and this is one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in), great location, incredible breakfast spread. The room was ideal for a family of 4 with two double beds plus living room. Extra perk was that there were tables in both the bedroom and the living room - so when I needed to work remotely for a day, I could close the door to the bedroom and work on the table in there, and the rest of the fam could come and go and do their thing without disrupting me. Really great overall!

The bed was super-comfortable, complete with great pillows - not those thin, flimsy ones! The room was clean and the breakfast was fabulous! My only suggestion would be to give guests additional information about the Happy Hour times and the start and end time of breakfast - easy peasy stuff to fix. I would highly recommend Embassy Suites!

The overall property was great. I hate that they advertised parking and didn't state that I had to pay $60 and mainly my only problem was the dirty towel they had for me to dry off with. 😒

Nice staff and good breakfast. Convenient to nearby attractions. However, during our stay, the showerhead flew off when the shower was turned on. Luckily, no one (including my toddler) was in the shower when it was turned on.

One of my beat hotel stays. I stayed in the corner room and it was super spacious. The hotel is centrally located to upscale restaurants and stores along with the museums. As soon as I arrived. Mike G greeted me and gave me a ton of suggestions and recommendations. He went above and above to make sure my stay was amazing. Oh and the free happy hour was also great. The Washington Apple beverage was so good.

The door men are the most rudest people, if you don’t like to serve people don’t work in hospitality. They would just stand there and not even hit the handicap button to get the door open. Which is telling and explains why they have landed that kind of job at their old age in the first place. The pool was underwhelming and like no one came to wipe the floors and it was like food partials ..it was ghetto and you all can do better seriously.

This property was very nice and very clean. It was close to shopping and restaurants.
Micheal G at the registration desk was extremely helpful with suggestions on great places to eat and park. He also volunteered to keep our luggage since our room wasn’t available at that time.

I didn't like that we upgraded our room only for our kids to see adults having sex right across the street at the moxy hotel. So if you have kids dont get an room facing that hotel!! They purposely leave the blinds open for people to see i guess. If we would have known we wouldn't have booked.

The staff was nice however the room was out of date. The room was cleanliness was okay. There’s only cable tv meaning you cannot use a streaming sites unless you bring another device, and the view was terrible!

We were upgraded our room and were given a much larger corner room. Besides the space, the hotel is in good conditions and in an extraordinary area. I would only recommend to have a better in-house restaurant.
