It was comfortable, safe location and mostly clean. There was something gross in the tub that either didn’t get washed down or the drain backed up and deposited stuff. Otherwise the room and bed was clean. And I’m a picky person when it comes to “clean”. There were two bags of trash in the hall next to the elevator on our floor. Didn’t think too much about that until they were still there the next morning. Gross!
Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The breakfast and eating area was clean.

Stayed for one night. Clean room. Only complaint is the thermostat wouldn't go under 70°, and I prefer it cooler at night to sleep. Quiet and comfortable.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Saturday evening the lady at the desk went out of her way to get me an ice bucket and ice (our was missing from our room). They were all super nice to our dog too.

Bathrooms & kitchen areas should be update. Quiet but dated. Toilet seat needs to be replaced peeling. Carpet ripped at bar area. Pans worn. Electric burners twisted & uneven. Kitchen faucet spray water everywhere. Bath tub worn & stained. Hotel mgmt wouldn't honor rate upon arrival that was $20 cheaper. They could have credited us for hotel credit or future travel.

The only problem we had was the pool was down,and book there to swim. The breakfast was great, the room was like an apartment, it was a good place to stay. Hope next time we visit the area they have the pool going.

We booked a stay a couple days out, and expected a standard room. This hotel is right next to the interstate, and our room was on the corner of the building next to the interstate.
The wind blowing that night seeped through the windows and whistled. I double checked that they were closed tightly and they were. The highway noise inside of the room was so loud that my wife and had to wait for a break in traffic to talk, and we were 3 feet apart. Otherwise we couldnt hear. I got about 2 hours of sleep because the semi-truck noise was so loud all night. The only time we got a break from the traffic was when the AC unit kicked on and muffled 80% of the outside noise.
Breakfast sucked! Those were not real eggs as advertised, and were still ice cold when they were just brought out.
Carpet in the main halls wasnt stretched and it looked like it was just placed there and left. (Ripples and all. It is a tripping hazard)
The rooms were adequate for the age of the building, and they were clean. The staff was friendly for the little interaction we had.

We were staying with some friends and their kids. Going to the softball games at Mizzou. Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed which we did not find out about until we got there. 1/2 the doors in the hotel did not work. This hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. We were very disappointed, the staff was great but the accommodations were not.

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa. Spacious space for family of 5 with 3 teens. However the pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on for son. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in nice staff. Breakfast was typical. Always love Residence Inn.

The room I stayed in had multiple maintenance issues and I was not offered a satisfactory solution to the problem. Still haven't received a call back for resolution.

The property was pet friendly and allowed both of our large labs with additional costs. The overall condition of the room was dated and the shower was rusted but everything worked fine and was a adequate room for our family.

I've stayed here before and like the hotel but this visit customer service wasn't the best. I traveled alone and the check-in guy didn't even hold the door open for me even though I struggled with carrying everything, he just watched me. I thought it was clean until I found a dried up contact lens stuck to the bathroom counter. Gross.

Convenient to get to, parking well lit, clean, VERY nice room. Staff is friendly and considerate.
If I go through Columbia again I'll be sure to stay here. This is the best hotel we've stayed in on the whole trip so far. I wish we could get this quality and value everywhere we stay.

Everything was good until the next morning when a family had a dog lose in the back of hotel I had small dog on lesh I didnt go back by the big dog, the big Pit Bull ended up coming after us my dogs eye got bloodie from the dog I got bit by the pitbull trying to get my little guy
I called the police reported it to the hotel
the Animal control came outthe family had to put the dog at a friends. They received a warning.

The service was good but we had lots of problems in our room. The toilet paper holder was broken with only a single arm on it, the living room tv would NOT shut off and the remote didn't work so we had to unplug it, the fridge froze our food, and there was a light bulb that was out in the bedroom. The breakfasts were premade but they had a wide variety of items. Good coffee, starbucks.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is that the AC unit is so loud you can’t hear anything else. I’d have to crank the TV volume to max to hear it. I’m glad I didn’t have neighbors because I think they would have been upset with me. And it’s right next to a busy Highway. The AC drowned out that noise but it did get annoying after a few days. Hotel also had a great breakfast layout.

We had a good stay there. The only negatives were several items that were in disrepair in the room and not quite as prompt responses as usual to some requests that we made. But overall it was a good stay.

Good stay. When checking in, the gal who checked me in was friendly, personable, attentive and really tried to make sure I had a good stay even if it was for only one month. not to mention, she does math and keeps things clean. :) Thanks for everything!

This place sits right beside the interstate. You will hear the loudest road traffic and Jake brakes all night. Just be prepared for it.
