The hotel was clean, convenient to public transportation and there were many good restaurants in the vicinity. The room was a little small but about average for rooms in Japan. The service was good. The only thing I did not like was the bed; it was too hard!

They provide complimentary coffee and tea at lobby area.
This hotel is close to shopping mall and a short distance from Sakae station. The room was clean and standard size for Japan business hotel.

Just okay. The room had no operable window and no A/C just a crappy air recirculater, and the bathroom had no extract fan so after two people having a shower each the room was stifling! Too hot to sleep in as well with no fresh air, felt like you were suffocating.

Central location that close to the subway station and shopping mall. The entrance is at the 2nd floor and there's a convenience store at the 1st floor. The rooms are nice and clean and their beds are bigger than the standard beds in Japan. The staff is very accommodating and for sure will recommend to my friends and relatives.

Nice location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room size is quite big comparing to typical Japanese hotel rooms. Free coffee at the hotel and staff are very helpful. It would be perfect if there's free water bottle in the room.

The hotel does not offer anything out of the ordinary. It’s a very much a business hotel. Rather boring. Especially the breakfast. However, it’s nice, clean and efficient. Well located close to Sakae station.

Location of the hotel is good. But the cleanliness of the room could be better. I found the desk in the room not so clean with some greasy stain.

The bathroom sink leaked which results in slippery floor. But overall it was a nice stay.

The woman at front desk is really rough, room is small and aged, it should be renovated before but only the room not the washroom, the washroom was smelly and not clean at all of all our 3 booked room!

Our first two nights in Japan were spent in Nagoya, and the b was a great hotel to base our stay. We were a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much everything we wanted to see, which was a huge sell for us. The rooms were great, though the bed was a bit hard as I discovered most beds in Japan are. Free coffee in the lobby wasnt great, but it was good enough and was available 24/7, which was a huge help for us with the jetlag. Staff was very friendly on check-in. Convenience store right at the ground floor.

Overall the stay was good, staff very friendly and hotel room is clean but a bit on the smaller size. Location is excellent, close to Sakae station, the Nagoya TV tower and most of the shops.

Location: Its located within walking distance to Sakae station, however we did have to spend some time looking for lifts to get from the subway level to the ground level, as out luggages were quite heavy to carry up the staircase. The subway can be quite crowded as well. The subway shops at Sakae station is big enough to meet our shopping needs.Hotel rooms: Decent amenities, . The room is quite small as of all hotels in Japan, however large enough to spend a night in. Breakfast: Simple buffet style breakfast, enough to keep us full=) Mixture of western and japanese food.Waiting area: Quite comfy, and even offers free coffee

Located at Sakae station exit 13. Right where all the shopping and Nagoya TV tower is. Nagoya castle and Nagoya station just two stops away. Spacious room by Japanese standards. The window lets in a bit of noise from the wind and other outside noises, but its not too bad. Didnt bother me after I fell asleep.

Efficient check in.close to shops and restaurant.Clean and comfortable room.Has 3 washing machines for guest to use. but you may need to wait for sometime as the washing cycle is very long. The night staff at the hotel is very helpful, he rang me at my room to let me know the washing machine is available and also help me to fill in the forms for the takuhaibin which I will need to send my luggage away the next day.

FUunky hotel right in middle of town. Well priced. Better than many.

Hotel is located near the train station and easy access to many places in Nagoya. The single room is quite small, just barely fit for 1 person stay.
