Nice staff. Since we had our dog with us they put us on the first floor. The problem the room was next to the elevator and the breakfast area so there was a lot of noise. It was a good room but poorly placed. A conference room would be a more appropriate use for the space. In addition to the crowd and traffic noise, we had a family with an over active young child who stumped for over 4 hours the first night then started early the next morning. Thankfully they left. The child made so much noise the front desk staff could hear it but did not do anything until my wife asked them to call the room.

The hotel is a little far from Savannah and is located in the middle of nothing. For one night stay was ok, breakfast more than enough and staff friendly.

We only stayed one night. The hotel and staff were fine but the bed was very hard which we are not use to so that was disappointing. We both woke up sore from the bed being like concrete. On the upside, the free breakfast was good.

Good hotel easy on off from I 95. Decent area. Will have to drive about 10 miles for food other than fast food.

Very comfortable stay in two rooms for a family of 6. The two adjacent rooms had two queens and a sofa bed in each! Very spacious and comfortable, with microwave and fridge in both rooms. Nearby restaurants are easy to get to, and staff is friendly and helpful. Our 4 teenage boys definitely did justice to the free breakfast buffet!

First of all we only just arrived and it is dark outside so I cannot tell you about the exterior of the property but the room is very nice and clean. However, we were not told about the $35 pet fee which I feel is pretty high and in my opinion it should have been mentioned when I booked the room.

This was convenient to I-95 and the rooms were large. Our room included a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and had a large desk as well as lots of storage for luggage and other items. The beds were a little on the soft side and the water pressure was very low in both the sink and the shower. Our toilet also had an issue with running on and off throughout the night. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout and they said they would put in a maintenance request so I can't comment on the follow through with that. The breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast - nothing special. The convenience was good but it was also located behind a busy convenience store. Overall, it was clean and I would probably stay there again.

The floors and carpet need to be replaced and the rooms are worn even though sinks are new . It smelled of mold to me .

Generally our stays at holiday inn is good!! However, the airconditioning unit kept cutting on and off when changing temperature. It kept us up. Also, the whole second floor smelled like pot..it made my daughter sick. Other than that the staff was nice and attentive. Also, the bathroom floor creaked which was very odd.we were in room 216

NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
The room carpets are stained, there is mold in the shower, the corners of the bathroom floor were never cleaned and were dirty and had hair. The same white tiles in the lobby and elevator were grey/black in the room and especially in the bathroom, the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and shifted when stepped on. The water running through the drainpipe from the room above was loud enough to wake us. The air conditioner sounded like a jet, the top of the air conditioner as well as the window shade were heavily stained and some of the furniture in the lobby breakfast area were dusty.

Checked in at 2:53 and was given a room on the first floor. For privacy I asked for a room on an upper floor. Was told it wasn’t quite check in time and we would have to wait. Then given a room on the second floor that reeked of dog urine. Finally given an acceptable room. It had several tiles that were buckled and sticking up and catching dirt. The floor was dirty behind every door and under the bathroom sink. Sad!!
Breakfast had my favorite but the sausage gravy was not cooked long enough and was still very floury. Was wondering why everyone was dumping it. The rest was ok.

We reserved 2 months in advance we were put in a room next to the lobby, with poorly insulated door. Me, my wife and the 3 kids really needed some sleep between 2 long traveling days. Then, people have been talking loud and drinking beer, kids yelling until midnight. We asked 3 times to the person at the lobby to ask people to be quiet at that time as we were hearing as much as if we were in the lobby, didn't do anything, and the 3rd time gave us a few ear plugs, obviously not what we were asking for. The next morning we asked why there was not a "quiet hours" sign or something. They gave us a 75$ cash back payment, which was appreciated but too late still.

Pros: The young man at the front desk was nice and made sure we had a quiet room on the backside of the hotel. The beds appeared clean and were comfortable. The host at breakfast was very friendly and the breakfast was warm and well stocked.
Cons: The hotel was right behind a gas station and had an eighteen wheeler parked out front with motor running (Thankfully, they had a room available on the backside.) The lobby smelled like weed as soon as we walked in the door. The floors of the hotel lobby and elevator were really dirty and needed cleaning. The bathroom in our room looked like it hasn’t been well kept. There was mildew and rust around the tub and on the shower curtain. The outlet by the bed didn’t work, including the alarm clock.

Excellent check in process! This hotel is literally right off the interstate, same parking lot as the gas station and subway. Perfect place to stop in your travels for a nights rest, gas and grab a sandwich. Hotel is very nice, updated and great breakfast.

Overall stay was fine, stayed one night. Only problem was when I turned on the tub water it came out brown. Turned it on/off several times but no change. Turned on shower and appeared to go to clear.

Although the front desk got us a new room and even an upgrade, this is a dirty hotel. Our original room had filthy walls (I think blood) and the carpet was full of sticky stuff and stains. Our next room was cleaner, but still not great.
