We enjoyed our stay at Canadiano - great spot for a visit to Ponta Delgada - close to everything

Lovely and modern property with a good breakfast. Comfortable, clean and walking distance from the city centre. Near shops and restaurants and a local bakery(next door). A great place to stay in Ponta Delgada with limited parking and after a day out exploring.

Very comfortable and spacious hotel. Service was excellent and staff was so helpful. The breakfast buffet had so much to choose from. We loved it here.

Room was quite small but had a nice balcony. Hotel in a traditional style building in a quiet street but walkable to all the attractions. Staff very helpful

Always clean the staff was wonderful friendly kind and always there when something was needed also the breakfast was unbelievable I will definitely stay there when ever I visit São Miguel Definitely VIP

Great spacious room with everything we needed, the receptionist help us with the car hire and the on-site parking was free. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this property twice: a couple nights at the beginning of my trip and one night at the end. The design was very modern and serene. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, it was too early for check in, so the gentleman at the front desk invited me to put my luggage in a secure closet, gave me a map and suggested some places to visit as well as a local bar to get some breakfast. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh bread, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. It's convenient to the marina/downtown area as well as the gardens, Parque Atlantique, etc. I felt safe walking solo. And the aroma of bread baking from the bakery next door was intoxicating! Reception even arranged a taxi for me to get to the airport both times. My only issue with the hotel was when I stayed the last night. I was in a room across the parking lot (opposite reception). My bathroom smelled of septic/sewage. Everything looked clean, but it was somewhat unpleasant. That said, I'd certainly consider staying there again if I find myself in Ponta Delgada!

We traveled with our pet dog, staff were extremely accommodating.

We had no working shower during our 2night stay. We told staff repeatedly, but they didn't get it fixed (they said they did). The drain didn't work properly so our whole bathroom was flooded after 1min of shower use.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good, and we even got a packed breakfast to go because our flight was so early, that we wouldn't be able to enjoy it on site.

The Canadiano hotel was super nice, very central location with a great breakfast and spacious room. The staff was also very friendly.

Great experience. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy and the hotel is open air (great during Covid times). Location is 5 min walk to downtown City Centre.

This was an older hotel that could use updating. Breakfast was included and offered a decent range of food. Beds uncomfortable and rooms dingy. On the up side there was on site parking if you have a car which is a necessity as street parking is hard to find.

An elevator would be very good. staff were very nice and willing to help. breakfast was not very good, a more variety would be better.

Staff were really helpful, hotel scrupulously clean, very good breakfast and great central location. Plentiful car parking was huge bonus and nice to have safe in room. Shower could do with modernising, but perfectly adequate. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been good.

It was right down town within walking distance to all the restaurants and waterfront. The staff were very helpful and so nice!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I made a couple of requests and they were done straight away. We were made to feel very welcome. The bakery next door was very useful to get our lunch to take on our walks.

Service was good, staff friendly and the room was spacious. There was no refrigerator in the room - but I didn't really need one (winter, after all).It was off-season, so the hotel was quiet.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Continental breakfast buffet was decent. Don't expect fancy items but it does the job! Croissants were fantastic and the local meats/cheese. Staff is incredibly friendly. Requested a kettle and they provded. Room itself was basic, no frills but you won't spend much time in there anyway. Fast WIFI was accessible from our room, not just in common areas. Free parking on site is a HUGE plus. Will definitely come back!

Do not be put off by the outside view of this hotel. Inside the rooms are spacious clean and have all amenities. The staff are friendly and the breakfast caters for a wide choice tastes. The hot dishes could be slightly hotter but otherwise all was good.

The team at this hotel went above and beyond for my grandparents. They absolutely loved their stay here. Me and my family will continue to stay here every time we visit Ponta Delgada

The entire team at Hotel Canadiano was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable & secure. The location was central & the team helped me plan outings on the island. I look forward to returning.
