Rooms were clean. The parking was convenient and close to LaGuardia Airport. An overall pleasent experience.

Let’s start with the person at the front desk. He was great very friendly informative. Let us know how to get places. The breakfast was wonderful. The lady was super organized. The room was clean. They did have a water issue with our restroom, but it was in a big deal. They try to fix it. I was really impressed. I felt like this hotel really excited my expectations

Be advised there are rooms in the basement. And it feels like a basement with tiny windows near the ceiling that you can’t see out. I felt really uncomfortable and requested another room. The second room had a terrible odor – a combination of body odor, cologne and someone trying to cover up the smell of smoke. I was reluctant to ask for yet another room, so I went to the front desk just to let them know about the smell, but they were willing to give me a third room. In forty years of travel, I don’t believe I’ve ever felt the need to ask for a different room, so this was odd. That being said, the staff were lovely. The woman who tended to the breakfast buffet was so meticulous about keeping everything spotless – if I owned a restaurant I would have hired her on the spot. Front desk people were lovely and patient, and the shuttle driver was very kind. The location really worked for me, but I would not return.

Delayed check in. Was there at 2:30, check in was at 3 , but I could not get in my room till 4:45.
No compensation or even explanation. I needed in to get ready for a commitment.

Awesome hotel! Everyone who works there is over the top kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport is easy. Would definitely stay again.

As ours was a last minute booking, we were accomodated to our utmost satisfaction with understanding and friendliness. The front desk representative, AJ, could not have been nicer, a true asset to the company. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying at the Fairview Marriott at LaGuardia again

It was a great place for a 24 hr trip to New York. Super close to the airport and affordable.

Convenient for La Guardia and staff very welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately my room was very cold - with icy draught coming through under the curtains even when closed. The heating sounds like a jet taking off. Blasts hot air, and then when you turn it off it blasts cold for a bit before turning off. So overall, pointless. Thin duvet and no spare blankets so ended up sleeping under my puffa jacket to stay warm.
Not good enough for what I paid.

This hotel was clean and very convenient to driving around Queens and getting the subway to Manhattan. I liked the breakfasts and really appreciated some vegetarian options.

This is the second time we stayed here. Very convenient and clean. Staff are great too.

Clean room. Nice free breakfasts. Reset room daily. Friendly staff. Greeted us nighly with complimentary cookies and small bottle of water. One night they ran out of small water bottles so we had to purchase a regular bottle for $3.00 which is what the hotel probably paid for a whole case. It hurt our feelings. They could have just given it to us since they had already spoiled us the other nights. Kind of felt like we were repaying all the complimentary things they'd given. Yes it sounds petty, but its the principle.

I like the cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast had great options, both cold and hot ( I’d like the recipe for the oatmeal 😊 ).
Me and my neighbor kept coughing. I’m guessing the a/c filter needed to be cleaned, but other than that I enjoyed my stay

I experienced complete loss off water pressure in the shower more than once during my stay. Had to wait 5 mins for water to come back on. Happened about four time over a three day stay. I did inform the front desk.

It was ok for what we needed as being close to LGA but for a Marriott I was disappointed on how outdated and bit run down it was

Overall the staff were nice but when we checked in we were only handed one key when our reservation was for two rooms. The front desk staff indicated that the staff who were there earlier in the day (we arrived at the hotel before check in and left our bags) only thought we needed one room which didnt make any sense. We eventually got a room but to be told that you didnt have one available was unacceptable. The continental breakfast offered the standard options but the eggs on the bagel were probably the worst that I have seen. Also none of the charging stations worked in our rooms.
