We love this Marriott. It is close to family that we come to visit. Has always been nice, but we discovered it was recently remodeled making it extra nice. Has a really nice vibe to it.

Very frustrated as I booked a room with a King Bed.. got a room with 2 queens without notification… room was next to the elevator which is absolutely horrible if you’re trying to get some rest at night! The refrigerator was not working… they did fix that. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

The property was under construction but they were doing a great job making it comfortable and accommodating for our stay. Can’t wait to come back and see it when it’s finished

Stayed here several times and always liked it. This time it wasn’t great. They charge for parking now, only $5 a night but it’s ridiculous for Meridian, Idaho. This is not downtown Boise. Rooms are being renovated and there is some boise for sure. Rooms are definitely tired and in need of updates. With so many other options that are cheaper near by, I think I’ll try somewhere else.

I needed to book a room for a friend who was coming in from out of town. The hotel was lovely and the room was very comfortable. My friend said she slept better there than in her own home! The staff was lovely. And it was a great help to have a restaurant onsite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was near where I wanted to be, the hotel was clean and mostly quiet, the staff was friendly and there were nice amenities.

They say pet friendly. A $75 non refundable "cleaning fee" is not friendly in anyway. It is simply a cash grab.
I called and ask and was told the $75 was a deposit. So the afternoon clerk needs more training.
I feel ripped off and will NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND a Marriott property because of this policy.
The staff was great and property was very good.
The manager will get more communications from me on this rip off.

Shower tiles had mold and mildew growing and grout missing. Our room was next to the busy street and the room was loud at nice. They should really put another set of windows in to blow the noise.
There is no place to charge your electric car. However, the hotel a block away does, so it was a bit of walk to plug in

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed
my room on the third floor for a second year in a row,
and I am looking forward to my next stay. I might
request the same room 303, which was perfect for
my stay. I found the room clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The grounds are lovely, and I will take advantage of the
back patio and seating area when I return.

Housekeeping knocking on my door at 8 am on day of check out to see if I was out of the room was less than desirable. Maybe wait until check out at 11.

The receptionist was so friendly when we arrived and was super sweet answering all my questions. Our room was clean and temperature was easily controlled so we felt perfect sleeping there.

I had two problems with my stay this time. I had two reservations for a coworker, and I, and they divided us up on two different floors really far a part which was inconvenient also, the hold amount placed on my credit card was really high and pushed me up against my corporate limits for travel. It should be a much smaller hold amount.

We are locals and have had out-of-town family stay in various hotels in the area. This hotel was by far was the best! The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Nice restaurant in the lobby, close to local eateries. Will only use this hotel from now on!

Nice property- very clean. Sirens were very loud and went by every night making it difficult to sleep though.

We chose the property because it was dog friendly, At check in they had a gift for our dog , was a nice touch . The food was very good. Location was an asset.

It's a very lovely hotel. We had a suite so it was nice we had a separate room for our daughter to sleep in. The room was very nice and spacious and the hotel was nice and clean. We got breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. I wish it had a hot tub and that the pool was bigger, but that was my only (minor) complaint.
