An excellent hotel, even when under renovation. We got one of the new rooms and we were impressed with the layout. The Team working here was also fantastic. It was a great experience and I wish all my hotel stays were as perfect as this one.

Didn’t stay
I was called 15 minutes before departing for my flight to tell me that renovations had caused them to not have a room that we had booked and had confirmation number for

Under renovation so it was dirty. Our room while newly renovated was nothing special. Room was next to elevators so it was very loud. In the Health club/gym most machines which were few didn’t work. Would not stay again.

The property was under renovation and room had odor of either setting materials for wall covering or paint or adhesive for carpeting in hallways. I didn't understand the carpeting in the room being under the King bed instead of on the floor, in front of the bed, which just seemed out of place.

Key didn't work in door. By the 3rd trip changed rooms.
Got to new room, toilet clogged. Moved to another room.
Rooms are freshly remodeled. Ok on cleanliness, not perfect. Disorganised overall.

The elevator is too loud. (Turn the sound off or at least down several levels.)There needs to be more insulation as you can hear everything from kids running and screaming to the elevator ding every other second. There is also a train in close proximity. They definitely should have spent more renovation dollars on making it sound proof.

Currently under renovation but we stayed in a new room. Very nice, simple but adequate. All staff were wonderful as was the included breakfast. Dining area kept spotless and food refilled perfectly. I’m sure it will be great (and more quiet) when the renovation is complete.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, and was very quiet. The free breakfast had multiple options.

The property was close to a few eating options and close to the major roads. The staff were amazing from the night person to the morning. The lady that sets the breakfast was a sweetheart. Will visit again!

This hotel is under construction, so loud banging all day long. The service people used the same elevator. I wish I knew before I booked a nonrefundable stay. The breakfast was servicable to good. They had coffee and tea all day long, which I appreciated because it was cold when I stayed.

There was a group of us staying for a family wedding nearby.. Major renovations were being done in the property, which may or may not have contributed to our dissatisfaction. No working wi-fi, some of us had unworking tvs, One of our party had to wait for over an hour for their room, there was construction being done throughout the hotel which was very unappealing and possibly unsafe. and it was not inexpensive. If renovations caused all these issues, then the property should have been shut down for repairs, and also we should have been informed. I hope you address these issues so you can improve.

The bed was absolutely not sleepable.
It was the most horrible excuse for a bed that I literally sleep in the office chair. The occasional chair was so dirty I forbid anyone to touch it,
The carpet was filthy.

Bathroom light did not work, cold water, room has no room service, no cleaning, air conditioning was in trouble, the doors did not open with the key card.
Very dissatisfied with the service, we paid dearly for a terrible stay.

I had a friends reunion. The hotel was cleaned and safe. The staff was very helpful with instructions around the area, friendly. The complementary breakfast was great. We enjoyed the stay

Since I was next to the elevator. The Chime of the elevator is very unnecessary loud. especially in the middle of the night. Shower makes a whistling sound when you switch to the upper sprayer. very quick fixes but over all it was excellent the breakfast was great. and the facility is very clean and staff was very polite.
