Room smelled like mold. A lot of noise from drunk patrons at all hours. Will not stay there again.

Staff was good. Room was pretty dirty. Jacuzzi had a faucet leak so couldnt use it. Was the only reason for coming here. A bit disappointed.

We rented rooms for our employees that were working in the area. I didn't receive any complaints from anyone who stayed at the Wagon Wheel, which is excellent.
Thank you for your services

Very, very old and run down. Heat did not work in my first room so they moved me to another room. Hair dryer did not work. Large spider in the tub. Pillows like bags filled with random rags. Everything VERY, VERY OLD. Lingering smoke smell in room. Price was very low too so I did not expect top notch. I would not stay there again

The man who checked is in presented high (but not my business), the no smoking room smelt highly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom where cigarette burns on the tub still exist. The bathroom tub was filthy. There was a roll of old toilet paper behind the nightstand along with tons of filth. My husband and I slept and got the hell out of there!

Non smoking room smelled if smoke, room appeared dirty, bathroom door would not open. We left requesting a full refund. Not only was the entire conditions of the room well below basic standards, we felt unsafe.

I loved the horse out front and everything else was pretty much not good. The room had a smell, I went across the street and got a candle immediately. The doorknob was a little too loose for comfort. The guy working there was nice but hard to get a hold of when I was checking in/out.

the room was very small, hardly any space without furniture. other than that, it was quite comfortable. the staff was accommodating and friendly. some other guests complained there was no one in the office after hours, but i found it very easy to communicate with the staff when necessary. shower wasn't very strong, and we lost hot water at one point. i found it a good, solid hotel - nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. Easy parking. Staff was friendly. Mattress/Bed could use updating.

The “non-smoking” room reeked of stale smoke. The bed was a lumpy coil spring. The Wi-Fi sucked, the AC worked, but was wicked noisy. There was sloppy patchwork on walls as apparently they haven’t heard of sandpaper. Dead spiders in bathroom. Clerk was ok but couldn’t do anything for us. All for the “bargain” price of $199.

Good place at a lower than average cost.

Very out of date hotel. The bed and bathroom were clean, but that's the only positive points. When I moved the office chair, there was someone's socks from the previous stay under it. Both chairs in the room were stained. Wallpaper was peeling and some of the trim had been repainted so many times that it looked like it was 1/4 inch thick paint. Small window unit AC struggled, even though it was set on 68, it never got down below 70. The cable was awful, so much snow it reminded me of my childhood in the 80's when the TV set was on channel 3. There was a fella out of the parking lot drinking beer out the back of his SUV for at least four or five hours after I arrived at 5:00 p.m. In sum, It's better than sleeping in the grass alongside the road but just barely. For the rate that they are charging, it's ridiculous, $177 after taxes. Maybe that's the holiday weekend rate?

Very very basic. When we got there the air conditioning was at 60 degrees (it was only 65 outside). It was very cold at night and the heat didn’t work at all, appeared to be disconnected.

All I needed was an inexpensive, clean room with a bed and bathroom for a brief overnight stay… Wagon Wheel fit the bill … no frills , but clean and comfortable…plus across the road from Guidos, a fabulous fresh food market….

There were cigarette burns on the tub, which probably explains the suffocating scent of room deodorizer upon arrival. It was like shopping in a candle store with burning incense at the same time we had to open windows for a couple of hours to air it out. There was a continuous whirring sound on the rhythm uo about every 10 seconds all night long from some thing in the building it kept me awake all night. The outside light from the parking lightened the room too much It was the worst night I have her head to sleep in a hotel . Will never return here again.

The property is fine, though sort of a low-end motel. It’s too pricey for what it is.

The Wagon Wheel Inn and property needs to be condemned. It's run down and has seen better days. My clothes still smell moldy from the room. A/C didn't work properly. At 6:59am drilling began right next door where a new hotel is under construction.

There was no room service. We had to search for clean towels.

This place is ... fine --- just that $199 was WAY overpriced. I knew it was be but other places around were booked and we needed a place to stay.

Place was clean, beds were good. Office was not welcoming. Did not like talking to a remote voice on checkout

We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep. It was fine but not exceptional.

Wonderful, clean; helpful staff. Good AC, or you can open the windows for fresh air
Convenient to Tanglewood, swimming holes, all that the Berkshires have to offer.
Has plug ins for both regular EVs and Tesla - a plus!
It is on a major road, but the rooms are set back, and the noise was not distracting

Like? The price.

Very tidy little place. No fuss. Thanks for the AC too!

Wonderful motel, super comfy beds, nice air conditioning, super friendly staff and very clean and welcoming campus feet away from shopping plazas but also very quiet. I love staying there multiple times!

Although the person at the front desk was nice, there were some oddities, They gave us a key, and we couldn't get it into the top lock, only the spring lock. When I went to ask about it, they said that they don't have keys for the top, deadbolt, only for the spring. It was a flimsy spring that any amateur thief could pop. When I told him this, he sent someone to our room and gave us a key to the top lock. The room smelled like stale air freshener. Although it was a nonsmoking room there were cigarette burns on the bathtub and in the blanket. All that said, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. But I wouldn't stay there again.

The property did not match the pictures. The room had a smokey smell.

The room smelled smokey. The smell dissipated somewhat when we turned off the AC. Management should check the AC filters.

The mattress was old and hard as a rock, the sheets were low grade and smelled of chemicals. The carpet was old and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom wall. I was given an "upgrade" that I did not ask for and charged top dollar. There was traffic noise all night. Fleabag is the word that comes to mind to describe this place.

Noises at nite; close to highway

Room smelled. Sheet stained. Toilet ran. No outlet next to bed. Looked like water damage on bottom of bathroom wall. Had stayed here in 2017… place has not aged well.

We liked the price but the saying goes "you get what you pay for." We were disappointed with the dirty room and the allowed smoking outside of the rooms. This really was not a non-smoking area. This place needs Netflix "Motel Makeover." However, the staff were helpful and responsive to our requests.

The picture is deceiving. The picture is shot looking at the sign and across the street. I would stay here again! Here are my first thoughts; when entering the parking lot is that place is a little old and tired looking. The front office is all about security and you pass your ID through a tiny slot in a window. Not a friendly atmosphere. The staff I met was friendly. The rooms are non-smoking, but as I found that does not stop customers from smoking in the door way of the room. Once you enter your room, it is clean, and the linens are clean and fresh. The room and bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the rooms clean. If you need a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable this may be it.

Old motel. Cheaper than others. Small room. Ok for a place to sleep and shower.

Good price and was able to add more days to my trip was very clutch
