Can’t fault the staff and the privacy , but the place is very outdated and expensive for what it has to offer.
I had accidentally bookends a coffee cup and got charger $10 on the bill, bed got made every day but sheets did not get changed even after the coffee spill on it ( on the first morning)….
Lovely and friendly staff though !

Our stay at Bali Islands Villa and Spa was amazing! The villa was super clean, very quiet although it's next to Potato Head. The staff were very friendly and the food we ordered was great. It was my first time in Bali and staying here was definitely a great choice.

I really loved staying here. I would have stayed longer if I would’ve known how quiet and convenient it is to restaurants, bars, & shops. It’s also walking distance to Potato Head Beach Club. When I got to my room after checking in, they surprised me with a piece of cake and song happy birthday to me and I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday. The staff was really nice. I’m a solo traveler and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here. This villa is really nice.

We had a 6 night stay in a villa and it was fantastic. The villa was very clean, and the housekeepers are super quick too - we stepped out for breakfast for less than an hour and they had thoroughly cleaned the whole place, including many dirty dishes! It’s located in a great spot with many restaurants/cafes/bars nearby, but it’s also very quiet inside the villa. Never heard any noise from Potato Head or other venues.
Shower pressure is good enough and great temperature. Pillowy mattress, great blackout in the room. They provide a 19L water cooler which will dispense hot, room temp, or chilled water - so convenient as you can fill up your own water bottles from it.
The pool was my favourite part, great cooling temperature (but never freezing) and a great size. The whole villa feels very private.
All staff were very nice and helped me a lot when I accidentally left some items in the room after check out. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.
You do need to keep in mind that the villa is not new. It’s worn around the edges but still very comfortable over all!
They could improve their eco friendly status by having liquid handsoap and refillable shampoo/conditioner/shower gel rather than single use bottles.

My partner and I loved staying here! The highlight for us was the pool and the location, you’re right next to Potato Head and close to a lot of great dining options. The villa was beautiful and well maintained, staff were absolutely wonderful, polite and attentive to our needs. Wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again, we LOVED it & can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking to stay in Seminyak 😊.

Perfect location, and a beautiful peaceful oasis in my favourite area of Seminyak.
Personally, I didn’t love the decor but that’s just my personal taste and has not impacted my rating as this was a wonderful stay.

Villas are spacious with large pool. Staff are wonderful. So helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Vlllas are very quiet and peaceful and location great.

Staff super nice and helpful. We ordered the room service every single night, the food for breakfast and dinner are super yummy. Highly recommend to try their BBQ menu too. I love it so much. Do not miss their spa and massage service. My husband and I spent at least 2 hours on massage everyday.

This place is right in the heart of Seminyak with one of the best beach clubs (Potatohead) right next door! The staff are friendly and professional.. security is great and they really personalize their service which just makes it all that bit more special. The rooms are huge, plenty space to relax and unwind after a day of eating, drinking, swimming and people watching. The cleaning staff leave the place immaculate everytime. I’ve been around the world a lot and this place stands out. Definitely recommended! You will not be disappointed.

Nice, spacious private oasis tucked away in a very central and convenient location in Seminyak. The perfect place for a quiet stay, but close to everything.

It was like being in your own private oasis, complete with private pool, breaky delivered to your door daily, handy to many great shops and restaurants, and the staff are extremely welcoming and nothing is a problem. We will definitely return, as it was a great introduction to Bali.

No milk left for tea in the fridge so could probably do with making sure that was done and ensuring there were more than 2 tea bags each day of English Breakfast which would likely be the most popular tea flavour for guests.

This was an amazing spot right between the W hotel and Potato Head and walking distance to the beach. The villa was well maintained and everything worked well. Service was great and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic service. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Enough choice for breakfast for the time we were there for the week. Villa was always clean and tidy when we got back after a few hours out. Private pool for each villa. The location is excellent. Close to the beach, the beach clubs, and the really good restaurants are all within walking distance.

What a relief to find this place after our previous dissapoinment. Huge place with everything you need and great service from the staff. Usually can’t be bothered leaving reviews but wanted to as highly recommended. Massive bed, soft West and comfiest we have in three weeks travelling to date. Great little pool, totally secluded and private (you could walk around naked and no one know). Food decent and cheap, staff eve so helpful.

The villa has spacious living, bedroom and bathroom areas and the pool area was adequate but the lounge seats cushions need a strap so you don;t keep sliding down and having to adjust. The pool is a great size and even though doesnt get a lot of direct sunlight was warm enough to swim and the two provided floating seats are a fantastic and well used addition.It was quiet and well located and even though next to Potato Head we never heard any noise, it was peaceful but near to the beach, good cafes and some of the better restaurants in SeminyakMy only comment would be that the bathroom needs an update around the sink area but otherwise its excellent.

I almost don’t want to write an amazing review because then everyone will know how amazing this place is. The villa was in a perfect location, it was spacious, clean and so comfortable. Staff were so polite and attentive. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

Recently stayed 9 nights and I would highly recommend these Villas, the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The food was great, daily breakfast was fresh and very nice choices.

Good location, facilities, and staff. Initially I booked a different hotel but ended up staying here due to some system error. Expedia customer service was quite helpful and I wanna thank them for recommending and helping me all other things.

Was such an amazing stay, so peaceful. Staff respected privacy and location was so close to great food, local and international. Pool was great and room clean. Breakfast was well cooked and presented.

It was amazing stay, everything is 10/10 and the customer service rendered was prompt and sincere. I even got a complimentary birthday cake for my kid 1-yr birthday.

Location (next door to potato head) was fantastic. Easy walk into seminyak centre. Fantastic dining experiences close by. Villa was very spacious and clean. Service from the staff was very helpful and efficient. Decor is a little dated, but still a very nice villa stay.

This place was perfect for a romantic getaway. Excellent facilities and attention to detail. Staff and service were outstanding. Next door to Potato head so in quieter part of Seminyak but not too far to walk to square. Just perfect really. We will definitely stay here next trip to Bali
