Location was very convenient for the reason of our visit. Staff was helpful and polite and the room was clean. Breakfast was convenient.

I have stayed here numerous times within the hotel section, this time stayed in the side area. The room was clean however is in need of repairs. Bathroom door did not shut, room could you a fresh coat of paint. I was a bit bothered that I could not park directly in front of the room, guests should be asked to do so. Will stay there again.

The building is old with thin walls so you could hear everything from other rooms. Two days in a row our key cards didn’t work to open our door. The place is in a convenient location with many dining options nearby.

I've stayed at this property before so I know what to expect. It's a decent value for the money, and it's a no frills hotel. Which is fine. Unfortunately, this time the hotel smelled overwhelmingly musty in the lobby and seemed in need of a dehumidifier. Internet didn't work, and the hotel was quite noisy. I could hear my neighbor's morning alarm, toilet flushing, and conversation.

Should just take pride when you own something . The furniture looked like it was dragged out the dumpster. It was old and look like trash . I mean for only 100 dollars for the night I guess it should have no expectation to be a Hilton .

Price was too high for this property. Needs a major update!! We didn’t even have a cup in our room and vending machine was out of order. Would not stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and approachable. I had no issues with them. The issue I had was with the facility itself. The hairdryer was broken and not able to sit in its holder- so it would rest in the very small sink counter. The treadmill literally shut off in the middle of my workout. I tried the elliptical, which was so noisy and literally made clunking noises as I was using it. I actually stopped using it because I felt it was going to wake up other guests at 6:45 in the morning and the vending machine only sold soda.- no water. And the breakfast options were very limited. Overall, it was at least clean and the staff was friendly. However, having it be a peak weekend, you would think that things would have been more up to par for all the guests to enjoy. Especially given that the price was $525 for two nights.

We booked for a wedding near by. When calling to confirm my reservation children were scream and I could hardly hear the person on the phone. Upon check-in there was no one at the desk. I had to ring the bell and wait. No one was actually at the desk the entire weekend. The place smelled of oil/grease food so strong the sheets had this smell. The floors were stained and for 3 people in a room they left two small towels. It was a lot of money for the condition of the hotel.

Room was fine. Seemed clean. No elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Coffee creamers were expired. Orange juice was fake. I would not recommend the breakfast.

Very poor continental breakfast, cereal and waffles every day Coffee machine only served regular no decaf. No fruit or protein options at all.

The property is fine. Basic Econolodge. One wing appears to be "residential," but it's separate from the main lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was nothing lacking. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was adequate.

It’s ok for one night stay, the word economic sum it up, it’s way too expensive in my opinion.

Needing to have a place to stay in between rentals looking around the whole Lakes Region I found the Econo Lodge and whether you book through them or through hotels.com I personally use hotels.com because after 10 days I get a free night they are kind so very pleasant they work with you the rooms are clean 2 years ago no 2019 I stayed there and I left and couldn't get my money back and it's definitely different owners because the place was filthy in 2019 when you look around what's around the local area the price is not to be beat and for the breakfast they give you for the size of the rooms everything is new it's not ready it's not old it's definitely worth the money on the weekends as opposed to spending $500 a night at these hotels but off-season prices definitely can't beat them and like I said the staff the couple and their little boy is so nice and friendly and I definitely will tell everyone that I know that any Econo Lodge in Ossipee is definitely worth the stay worth the money ... yesterday was the most beautiful rainbow I've ever seen when I walked out of the front doors of the hotel the pictures do not do it justice

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even for being one out in the mountains. You can’t ask for extra pillows or even 1 extra sheet without being charged an extra $10 for each item. The hallways smelled like Cat Litter. The rooms were barely cleaned, and the door to the room was so raggedy, it scraped and scratched hard to open and close, you really had to fight with the door to use it. The door was also uneven at the bottom to the point you could see into my room from the hallway. Which was the reason I asked for extra towels to block that opening, but instead they were going to charge me for them making my stay for my family unsafe and inconvenient. So that’s my rant, BS property, if you can do your best NOT to book a stay here, you wont feel like you wasted your time and money.
