There was a homeless man between building under the deck above. There was a car sitting in the parking lot with someone inside and its lights on who pulled in just ahead of me and then sat there for over an hour. The person on duty didn't care and told me I could go somewhere else if I was not comfortable. It was too late to go somewhere else.

The room was very reasonably priced. The air blew cold, water was hot, towels were clean, as well as the bedding. The water drained properly in the shower and the toilet flushed just fine. Room.didnt smell.like smoke although it was a smoking room! Overall great stay!! Would recommend!!

Mold in the Bathroom above the shower.
Had to ask for more towels, was not equipped with enough towels for 2 guest.
Place was clean but needed updating , painting, new bedspread(had cigarette burn in it) and was a non-smoking room.

There was an extremely strong odor in the room & the bottom of the door was bent out wouldn’t close leaving a gap & draft. They keep the front desk lobby locked so you have to communicate through a window outside. I was told there were no other rooms. I really need a refund!

The place was alright, for a cheap hotel. I was upset that they did not honor my reservation, even after I called twice, and emailed them to inform them that I would be late checking in because my flight didn’t arrive until after midnight.

On the plus side;
Location was convenient, property was relatively clean, plenty of hot water.
Not so good;
No elevator, coin operated washing machine was not working.
Overal trip was okay, would consider staying here again.

everything was ok, bed liens had a burn hole in the sheet, the bed was comfortable.

Room is very dated and desk was stained and chipped and A/C didn't work very good.
I asked for no room service but they don't allow that, so they wasted 5 towels and the maids time for no reason.
Front desk was very stand offish and would let me check in 1 minute before 3pm. Not a big deal, but means they don't manage their time properly.

Hotel was not branded OYO and is operating under a different name…Bedding was uneven from the frame making the mattress flip… uncomfortable sleep… coils felt through the sheets.

The room was good. Pretty basic and clean. The woman who checked me in was rude and insinuated that I lied about calling about an issue. Her words, "You didn't call but whatever."

Reservation was cancelled by hotel for not checking in by 6pm and I was charged then worker said we could stay but charged again and increased cost by about $22. Original charge was credited back. Pool was not open...false advertisement. Sketchy area.

The only positive note to staying at the Hotel was the closeness for shopping and restaurants. The Pool was closed, which was upsetting. My room was on the 3rd floor, the people next to us was constantly argue and hitting, banging on stuff, and every night at the same time they smoked weed because the smell came into my room. The beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the hard floor, the ice machine did not work. The air conditioner made very loud sounds, but it blew cold air though, we made reservations for July 1st, 2023 til the 4th of July, but it was so disappointing my daughter and I left a day earlier. I wanted a refund for the last day I didn't stay, but the manager told me that was impossible.

Did not save the room I originally booked. I received a smoking double bed room and cockroaches on the floor. I booked a nonsmoking king. When asked if there there was nonsmoking, I was told I was wrong and it was “impossible” that he did not make a mistake, until I showed the original reservation.

Stayed here only of power outages in Houston from storm that came through the day before and limited availability in the area. The hotel is very old and is not good shape. Beds were uncomfortable and seemed like old mattresses in room, bathroom was was not great either bathtub was dirty and rusty faucets. Asked guy at front desk for extra towels and he only gave me a bath towel when I needed more wash cloths. Would give a negative 5 stars if I could 👎

Horrible I didn’t sleep in that hotel for two nights they said I couldn’t book but kept my money ! Terrible area and always have junkies at the hotel.

The hotel is sketchy, lots of random people in and out frequently. They didn't even let you in the lobby, you checked in through a window,. Beds were hard as rocks, it smelled, floors.were sticky to the point the linoleum lifted when you walked.

Good location near multiple restaurants and an outstanding roller skating rink. You get a little spooked by the outside check-in with thick glass windows and the small peep hole - gives the impression you are in a high-crime area.

If you’re looking for a cheap option, this is a okay hotel. Don’t expect a comfortable bed or a good shower.
They took care of the roach infestation.

It was not good stay. The bed was so hard i got no sleep. My back and neck hurt so bad I didnt know if was going to make my flight. Only stay if u have to
