Junior suite was amazing!! I love LES

For the price of this hotel I would not stay here again. The room was spacious for NYC but very average and the mattress was not good. Also it was loud with the parties at the rooftop and the stuff besides the checkout were not very friendly. 2/3 of the treadmills at the gym were not working either so even at 6am it was hard to find the only working one free

Couches, Pullout mattresses & main mattress + pillows should all be replaced. Don’t think I slept well once in 7days. Which negatively impacted my work as a public figure

Had a fantastic stay at Sixty LES in the king suite. Beautiful lush and safe hotel. Highly recommend

The sink and shower made a loud obnoxious noise when they were off? Not sure why but was very disruptive when it was time to sleep. Nice hotel outside of that.

This stay would of been wonderful but the walls are so thin my neighbor was screaming and it was like they were in my room. This happened both nights with the first night being the worst. I call reception twice and the guy wouldn’t stop yelling. His yelling and laughter woke me up all night until like 5am. I have never experienced such thin walls and I travel every week for work. Just for this, I would def not stay here again as sleep is extremely important to me.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sixty LES and they did not disappoint. The room was very clean and spacious for NYC, the location is perfect (close to some of the best restaurants in the city), and the staff was always friendly! My family will continue to choose this hotel anytime we travel to the city

the employee at the front desk was trying to sell us an upgrade for $30, without us asking, when as a member of gold, it should be complimentary. after refusing the employee suggested it several times and it was very uncomfortable.

The staff is so incredible at this property, Danielle at front desk is Awesome so helpful from check in to extending our stay to helping me in parking car to unload my baby boy etc. I enjoyed this property, and the value is there. Thanks!

Great staff! Shout out for Nazar at the front desk who was particularly welcoming and helpful!

I love nyc. I regularly travel there for work. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a hotel, especially for this price point. I ended up only staying one night of my 5 nights booked, and paid around $550 for a single night in hell. The building is dirty and the “modern” features are cheap, often broken, and not even aesthetic. The pool and all amenities are closed. There is no water or ice.
The bathroom is connected to the bedroom in a bizarre way that does not provide any privacy for you/travel companions. It is incredibly loud in the room due to the elevator, hallway noise and poor insulation to the outside. The view is far from attractive from the hotel.
I actually hated this place in every way except the bed was decently comfortable.
Don’t stay here.

love the lower east side! First time staying at a Sixty property! The staff at check in was super fast and friendly. The room was nice/ shower was great! Had a couple drinks with friends at the restaurant bar and enjoyed all the activity the club was bringing in! I'd definitely stay here again. Also, as we arrived, a parking spot opened up right in front of the hotel! Bonus! free parking on Sunday! Walked right in! no fee!

Good spot very nice. Pumping music from the bar. So be happy with the vibe if you want to sleep.

The room is big and clean, and the location is also perfect.
But the noise at the social club inside the hotel keeps me from sleeping till 2 AM. It is not suitable for my meeting the next day. The guy at the check-in was timid and wouldn't say extra words to me, so I did not know the hotel offered $10 credit daily from the Mimbar, and there is a spa, etc.
There is one day when the water turns yellow and I have no shower in the morning, The hotel only credits 4 day experience fee but still charges me one day ( even though I don't have any experience ).

Poor lighting in my room, no coffee/tea service. Only had espresso. No luggage stand, I had to leave my luggage opened on the floor which was very cumbersome. Shower was hard to figure out and I never did figure out how to set the alarm clock.
The Hotel was going for the Modern look but neglected to take into consideration ease of use. I would not stay here again.

Noisy social club next to our room
$450 deposit is extremely unreasonable and limited spending while in the city

This is the second time my family and I stated at Sixty LES. They loved the location and room so much, they wouldn't let me look at other places.

Jimmy at the front desk was very helpful and is easy to talk with. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel.

Sixty LES was not as luxury as it claims to be. First let me say the staff were LOVELY. They were so nice and extremely helpful. The young man who held our luggage before checkin so we could explore the city was so sweet and the front desk lady was kind. The interior of the hotel is beautiful in the lobby and the restaurant area but my room left much to be desired. All of the furniture was very much worn with obvious wear and tear and even scuff marks on the wall. The desk could have used a wipe down and the leather overlay of the desk chair was cracking and peeling on the back. And there was a small tuft of long blonde hair on the carpet which clearly wasn't mine as I have dark brown hair. My mom had stayed here previously for New Years and boasted about it so when I wanted to do a quick trip to NYC she recommended it. I think their saving grace was that amongst the few small special requests I put in for my reservation, the only one they honored was giving me a high floor room with an amazing view. I know special requests aren't guaranteed so I was grateful for that but a personal touch to the room would have been nice. My mom said they put a welcome message on her tv screen during her stay & I did not receive that. Our room was also RIGHT in front of the elevator so once we were in for the night, we listened to people coming in and out of the elevator until we fell asleep. Might come back but would definitely opt for an upgraded room, hopefully for a better experience.

The room i booked on expedia doesn’t look in reality like it did in the pictures .. the pictures show a couch and a bath tub and it looks large
However in person its a tiny room with no couch nor a bathtub
Also they didn’t reset the alarm in the room so i had an alarm that I couldn t turn off from 6 am till 11 am and it was horrible !

I stayed in a king suite on the 6th floor and had an excellent time at Sixty LES. I did not have any noise issues, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and informative. Though no one was around to help me with my bags during check-in and check-out as they don't seem to have a very large staff and the staff that were available were swamped. Not a problem for me, but might be if you have tons of luggage. Cleaning staff were friendly and products were good. I would definitely stay here again!

Sixty LES is like a nightclub with some rooms where people can lie in bed and feel the bass reverberating for hours while trying to sleep.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CANNOT SLEEP WITH LOUD BASS SHAKING YOUR BED!
We stayed on the third floor and the nightclub is on the seventh floor and the bass was so loud, we could feel the bed shaking.
We asked about moving to a more quiet room and were told that the higher you stay, the louder it gets. We maybe got 3 hours of sleep each night we stayed there.
Also, I asked for two extra sets of towels FIVE TIMES over the course of 48 hours before they were finally brought to our room.

Great location. Hotel room and sheets not very clean. Front desk staff hot or cold. Large rooms! Guest experience fee $35USD/night!

Loud hotel if not facing the entrance side of the building. Pool is tiny, as is the entire pool area.

Not the best value but that’s NYC. Good ratings in all categories.

Terrible beds, terrible chairs, great showers and great aesthetics, great food and great staff.

Booked it primarily for the pool and enjoyed it. Perfect amount of day beds. Great that there was a bar on sight. My only recommendation would be to have the bartender walk around to offer drinks vs having to disrupt my comfort and having to get up each time. Same with food.
My room number was 501. The outlets weren’t working. Had a hard time finding outlets that kept my phone charged. Bed weren’t comfortable. Thankfully the bed had 4 pillows so I just had to do trial and error. But the space of the room is fantastic. Very big room for a NY hotel. Shower was excellent. I’d stay again for sure! There was nothing majorly wrong that would deter me from recommending or rebooking.

Overall this was a really good property to stay at. Very clean and maintained. Staff was super nice. We asked for a room away from elevators because of noise but we had a room facing a rooftop bar behind the hotel and it was really loud from Fri-Sun. Room was not soundproof. Also our showers would bring in a lot of water in front of the shower door and we had to put extra towels down to soak that water up from floor. But the hotel was close to restos, metro, shops and groceries.

I do love this property which gives the guest big rooms for the price also a nice pool, gym and social club

Overall we were pleased with the hotel.
The elevators were a bit slow but the rooms were a great size for NYC.

We arrived at 9pm. You would expect hotel staff to say at least, “hi, welcome”. Not here. We were greeted with a flat, emotionless and somewhat annoyed “when did you make a reservation?” Which I found odd when she did not even ask our name. As if, no one would come in at this hour with a reservation even after I called the day prior saying I’d be arriving at 9pm. When we checked out no one said thank you.

Will Return next trip to NYC. Reasonable Rates. High Quality Rooms.
