Do not stay here. The service was not great - literally no cleaning over a 3 night stay - and rarely available front desk staff... but honestly I could overlook that if they hadn't also overcharged me by more than $200 and are repeatedly refusing to refund me based on the rate I actually booked at. And they never issued me a final invoice making the overcharging even more suspect. Still asking hotels.com to fight for my refund and have wasted way too much time on something that should never have happened in the first place.

Was very happy with the hotel. It is in a great location, clean room and the staff with friendly. Will definitely stay again there when in San Juan.

Overall very happy with our stay! It's a very average hotel- very basic rooms, no hotel amenities like a gym or breakfast. The pool is not heated. No one comes and cleans your room, but we were able to request fresh towels when needed. The hotel is located in a good central area of Condado- close to beaches, restaurants, bars. If you're not too picky, this is a solid place to be for the best price we could find! Four of us stayed in a two bed room which also had some space with two nice chairs.

The room was so bare bones, not even a night stand. No chair, so everything had to be on the floor. It wouldn’t have been that big a deal but I don’t think the floors were mopped in a while.

The staff was amazing. It’s in a great location. But it is way over priced for what it is. Very very tiny rooms. Less than 10 tv channels (I didn’t figure out there was Roku and you can sign in on that). No wash cloths. The pool area was neat but incredibly small and zero sun. Location was good. Very close to all the shops and dining. But when I go back I will definitely pay a little more for the Hilton or Hyatt. But if you’re looking for no frills this is not a bad hotel.

The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly great customer service! Hotel need some upgrading with towels, other than that the hotel was very good for the price and location. I would stay again in the future.

The hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and a few blocks away from the beach. Easy to walk anywhere. My stay was longish so the only downside was that breakfast is not offered.

So so hotel, only single beds, no towels till we asked no phone or iron/ironing board but close to the beach in Condado

Great modern room - very clean as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price. Centrally located.

Not a fan of their bed (no bed frame), no breakfast despite the email of breakfast, available, you would have to request for more towels. There should be daily room service and the hotel needs an upgrade. There should always be towels in the room.

Overall the hotel was great. Very clean, the staff is very helpful, and the hotel is surrounded by lots of dining options. The only problem with the hotel is the thin walls. If someone is walking down the hallway or even talking at the lowest level you can still hear them.

The Hotel provided no cleaning , change of towels . The manager was scarce not very friendly I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to anyone .

The reviews left on this property are terrible. I was so confused to book or not. The property is right in condado where all the fancy hotels are. The concha hotel is 2 minutes walk. The beach is also like 3 minutes walk. The room are very accurate to the photos. I think the hotel can do much better with the cleaning and investing a little more so their guest book the hotel as a good option and not because is cheap compare the other around the area. Customer service is AMAZING !!! Johan and Chris were sooooooooo kind to us. Alexander also great, he called me days before my stay to make sure everything was accurate. Soooo the hotel can do much better with their cleaning services but book this hotel if you want something cheap and close to the beach and other known hotel.

Honestly the staff were Awesome…the girls and guys there were extremely accommodating. Great crew. This hotel is good if your on a budget. The hotel it’s self could use some improvements like the showers and Comen areas.

The Ivy was a great place. I loved how clean it was. Very neat. It’s close to everything I like about Condado. I would definitely stay again. The only concern I had was that there were no towels or toilet paper in the room. I had to ask for it but everything else was great!

My stay at The Ivy Hotel was a disappointment. I only stayed one night but couldn't wait to leave, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Unclean sheets, hair in the bed, clogged bathroom sink, and absence of towels were just a few of the many issues I encountered. The hotel staff disappeared during the day when I needed to collect my luggage from the luggage lockup after checkout. I had to call their sister hotel The Wave to get assistance. This experience was far from the relaxing escape I had hoped for, and I left feeling utterly disgusted and frustrated. If you value your comfort and hygiene, steer clear of this hotel at all costs.

This place is at the Main Street of Condado, it is a safe environment and lot of restaurants to go to. The place was clean and great staff. The only thing I did not like is that you could hear anything on the hallway of other people staying (no sound proof) and the bed wasn’t that comfortable, and that plays a big part for me

Elevator was broken for all the 4 days we stayed. Sheets were fixed but always the same ones flipped over. Door for restroom always kept sliding and would not stay shut. Location was great and interior it looks nice but it wasn’t great at all. Staff was friendly though . Wouldn’t return to be honest

Amazing experience at the ivy! Staff was very kind and accommodating especially, Alexander! EXCELLENT AREA. Very safe. So much to do within walking distance. Minimal need for Uber! If any at all! We will be back!

We didn’t have towels in our room. When we asked for them we had to wait and got just three. No hair, foot, face or hand towel.
Also there where no spots for the towels to dry. The room looked old and needs some renovations.
The area around the hotel is nice and walkable.

This property is a scam not what the pictures showed. Their were stains all over the beds. Shower leaked all over our room. We left in the middle of the night to a better hotel. When asking for refund they still have not contacted us.

Cleanliness was horrible. I had to sleep with the same sheets all 4 nights I was there, limited supplies, no clean towels or wash cloths. My room was cleaned one time throughout my stay. They never changed our bed sheets. I was handed a dirty wash cloth because there wasn’t any in our room. I had to go to Walmart to buy a washcloth and towel. Very bad experience but the area of the hotel was excellent.

For starters this hotel doesn’t even have everything a regular hotel have so you’re better off going down the street. Then they charged both of my cards $133 for a blanket and pillow that they have to clean. Disputed with my bank and got ts back because it’s no way you THOUGHT you were getting that. Try anywhere else. It’s not even worth it for the trouble
