The room was great.

Nice, quiet hotel with its own beach and restaurant overlooking the water. Was not impressed by the food at dinner, but it may be due to the end of the season and things winding down. The only thing to be aware of is there is no elevator, so my elderly mom had an issue climbing the stairs to the fourth floor. Overall though, would choose this place again.

The hotel was way below my expectations in terms of quality and service. The rooms were quite old and needed renovation. However, given the price discount we got, this was not my main issue.
My main problem was the reception behaviour. We checked in around 8:00 PM on 30th September for an unplanned stay in Marmaris. I noticed that the air conditioner does not work, the lady receptionist asked me to check that the window is locked and try again, so I told her that I will check it when we come back. So we came back around 12:30 and couldn't get it worked. We asked the new shift receptionist, HĂŒĆno, to help us with that, he asked me to find GĂŒney (very nice guy) to help us with it. Long story short, he couldn't fix it. Since the room was very warm and impossible to sleep in, I asked HĂŒĆno if they have other rooms empty, he firmly said that they have no room available ( It was a lie). Then I asked for sister hotels that we could go to, he gave me the name of those hotels but rejected to refund. He claimed that AC is solely an extra option and we can open the window and sleep. Then he asked where I come from, I replied Sweden. Then he stated that I should be originally from middle east because I like to complain and make problems!!! I don't understand what requesting an AC for a warm room has to do with origins? He also threatened to call the police which we warmly welcomed. The issue only resolved when he learned my girlfriend's father is Turkish and he offered us another room!!

Beach was nice and serving staff in restaurant were pleasant. Managers of serving staff were unfortunately slightly unprofessional while speaking to staff members assuming guests don't know how to speak in Turkish. Overall it was a good hotel for the price paid. Rooms were nice and clean. Lack of parking was a slight issue but nothing major.

Beach was nice and serving staff in restaurant were pleasant. Managers of serving staff were unfortunately slightly unprofessional while speaking to staff members assuming guests dont know how to speak in Turkish. Overall it was a good hotel for the price paid. Rooms were nice and clean. Lack of parking was a slight issue but nothing major.

The bartenders kept catcalling me and that made me uncomfortable because I was traveling alone. Most horrible hotel experience of my life.
And really just disgusting.
I would not recommend it. I would particularly not recommend it.
The proximity to the beach doesnât even redeem it because just about all the hotels are close to the beach anyway.

Hotel offers a great value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, location is very good and staff is vey friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Excellent comfy bed only disappointment was sea view was covered with flowers and plants that gave me hayfever would stay again but in another room without out the flowers

We arrived quite in the night and we were greeted with smiles and someone ready to help with our check-in and with our bags to our room.
The room was very spacious, clean and super comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower. There was air conditioning which worked perfectly, the beds were very comfy.
The hotel offered free buffet breakfast with hot drinks, omelettes which were freshly made, fruits and bread.
All the staff were amazing - all very friendly and made you feel valued as a guest. Galip, the hotel manager was very welcoming and took the time to have a number of conversations with us. I spent my 30th birthday in Turkey and the guys organised a little surprise for me! The kitchen staff made me a cake with sparklers and bar staff made me a cocktail. They were very sweet!
The hotel itself was right on the beach - perfect. The dining area is located outside right by the beach and in the evening, you can watch the moon rising. Beautiful.
We loved everything about our stay at the Orsmaris and will most certainly be staying again.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marmaris :)

We stayed here for a week. The staff were all very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. There was a positive atmosphere in the hotel and very clean. Ideal for people going on holiday for a relaxing break as there are two pools and they provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. But also has a private beach on the otherside. There are many shops on the main road as well as restaurants nearby. Easy access to catching buses from the hotel to the main town too.

I agreed to pay 175 tl for a night, hotels.com informed me on this price, also in the confirmation e-mail it says 175 tl. Although, when I checked my bank account details I saw that the amount was 201 tl! Our stay was lovely, however the breakfast was a problem since our reservation didnt include breakfast. Service employees were all good in the restaurant but the front desk worker were hesitant about whether to give us breakfast at all. But my main concern is to trust hotels.com again. Even if it is about the currency, either they should update the prices fast or inform me both on turkish lira and dollars/euros. Otherwise I cant see any reason why I paid 40 tl more than the price I accepted to pay in the first place.

Small Hotel with a nice & helpful staff specifly in the reception / it has a nice view
to the peach however the the weakness werw the Lift or elevator not available and
the restaurant close early at 10 PM

The hotel is one of the last hotels at the coast its beside the beach. Great location, close to the stores, boutiques and restaurants. Nice stage, great food at the hotel. But the breakfast are poor. Its only coffee, tea, juice,sallad, cheese, honey, butter, jam and eggs mostly. We bought turkish coffee everyday instead for 7 lira. We ate once dinner at the hotel and it was great, but the kebab wasn't good, the meat wasn't fresh but the seafood was great. The seaview was excellent. The air-condition worked excellent. But the Wifi did not work more then one second. So that was a disappointment. The room wasn't cleaned in a week. When we got the room it was cleaned. They didn't change the sheets until i removed them from the bed. The cleaning lady only removed the trash from the hotel room and left the room dirty for a week. I asked them to tell the cleaning lady to clean they told me that they would tell her. But they didn't. So i took pictures of the room so they could take it seriously. If people want to live in a hotel without cleaning they would instead rent an apartment for a cheaper price. The pillows wasn't comfortable. And the single beds are to small. Overall the place was good but could be better.

What I found most disappointing is the hotel gave a fridge inside our room which had some beverages and snacks in it. We opened it and assumed that it was free and comes with the package. At the end, we realised that they charged us for having the drinks and snacks. This is completely unfair, as we should have been informed when we checked in, that there will be a charge for having the drinks and snacks. Anyone with food/drinks inside the fridge will assume that its free or comes with the package. This was a complete deception. I had to at the end pay 80 lira for it. For this reason, I may not reuse your hotel or recommend it to anyone else.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable but male staff is something else.all female employees were lovely to us but most senior members were patronising and rude not only to us but other holidaymakers.

i stayed 5 days in the hotel and was extremely happy by the stuff and their customer service they were friendly and helpful. swimming pool and the garden were amazing and provide a good relaxing atmosphere, the room was nice and comfortable with clean toilet that makes you feel you are in home. i was disappointed by the wifi strength in my room, the signal was too low and sometimes disconnecting so i have to go to the lobby to have a good signal, and i already payed for half board package but there was no option to chose what to eat from the menu, everyday there was a different selected dinner and i had to pay for any drink in the dinner even if it was still water.

Hi,
By way of good about the hotel , There were a few nice things:
1) The location is pristine.
2) The hotel staff was pleasing. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The restaurant staff was good and hygiene sensitive
The bad though outweighs the good :
1) The hotel is not a 4 star worthy hotel. It is at best a 3 star hotel.
2) The Room was good (spacious and Sea-fronting) but the bathroom wasnt very clean. The drainage system didnt seem to be proper as there was stench coming out of the plughole. the shower door was also broken. No Ventilation/Exhaust available and we had to sit through extreme heat :( while defecating.
3) Toileteries had to be requested each time. They werent replenished. We ended up using our own eventually.
4) The Food options during dinner were very very limited. Even though we were half-board we had to eat plain rice and French fries once because we dont eat beef and there were no other dinner option available and charge was being levied if we ordered something else.
5) The breakfast was repetitive to a very annoying degree.. All 4 days we had the same old thing. No variety AT ALL. Even a small additional request (outside the menu) was charged extra. Most disappointing part of our stay.
6) The Restaurant area wasnt properly shaded and it was difficult to find a place in the shade.
7) Communication with Hotel staff was a bit tricky due to their obvious deficiency in English language.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are all marvelous.
A particular mention to Thomas, who has looked after us each day, and attended to our every need.
Breakfast is perfect, with so much choice.
