We enjoyed the location on Patong Beach. It was central on that beautiful powder-white sand immaculately clean beach! The staff were always helpful. The rooms are large and have all the amenities. The lighting in the washroom is not the best, but there is a magnifying mirror. There is a shortage of sun loungers, so the early birds win! The breakfasts cater to all nationalities, and are very good. The SURFACE restaurant on the rooftop is the best-kept secret. Dining under the stars there makes you totally unaware of the craziness of Batong Street. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 10 amazing days ,the hotel charged us (3 of us) £500 for New Year’s Eve party that didn’t happened due to rain and had been cancelled. They refused to refund the money !!!!

Vehicle traffic is little slow around the Patong beach. It takes long to reach the otel or the leaving the area for other places.

I like its zero distance accessibility to the beach with private sun-chairs, i like the shower facility in room, the breakfast was good too. However, if the room lighting could be brighter a bit that would be much better, or at least there's a control button to tune the light brighter especially for ladies to wear make-up.

I stayed in one of the pool and Beach front villas. It was amazing. I got a private pool and direct access to Patong Beach. It was located centrally to everything from shopping, restaurants and outdoors activities. The staff were so nice. I highly recommend this place.

Expedia said this hotel was a 5 star rated hotel but the staff claims they don't have have any star rating since it is a "resort". I would rate this a 2 STAR MOTEL USA STANDARDS. My room had mold on the roof and in the closet where water was leaking down. The entire room had a mold / wet towel / dirty laundry smell. It was so unbearable that I left a day early from my booking and the staff did not even offer a refund.

The place to be if you want to enjoy the luxury of direct beach access from the hotel as well as being only steps away from the infamous Patong nightlife. The hotel rooms are facing each other, with a pool in between that can be a bit noisy.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Centrally located to Bangla Road which is the nightlife area in Pa Tong. The price was a little high though for a basic room. Will not stay again due to the price rates. Paid $230.00 for a standard deluxe room. This was more expensive than the Marriott.

"Excellent hotel amazing service from check-in to check-out given wonderful room that was very spacious, clean, snacks and drinks were restocked daily. The staff was one of the nicest staff we have ever encountered in Phuket and Thailand. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the lobby. They also were able to recommend the good tourist spot to visit. Not to mention a fantastic location for a 5star luxury hotel, definitely our hotel when we visit again. La Flora is one of the few beach front hotels in town on Patong beach. All other hotels require you to cross the busy street to access the beach. It us also within short walking distance to many town attractions including Bangla Rd. You are not trapped at some remote resort requiring car access to the town.

Our 2nd visit after 2yrs pandemic. All is fine except for the pillow which needs to be requested for hard ones. Friendly staffs,awesome breakfast buffets and amenities nearby. Great location too. Will be back again for the future stays.

Attention to detail. Extremely good and friendly service from ALL staff. Ocean front location. Unhappy with junior suite accomodation where bathroom had no doors and no privacy while in the commode. Should have been advertised as such in your website
