They had charged my Rome three time. That was done on april10… they had promised me several time that the credit will be done soon . April 25th, that haven return the money to my account. Whatch out with the Pre-Authorization process at the check’n … they charged and then they show that they have released but it is false… the keep the money and if you don’t monitories your account they keep the money… please keep complaining….

When was supposed to pay at the check out and was charged before checking after 16 days they didn’t credit the amount charged and we have paid twice. Whatch out when you book there

I liked the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, at least those at the reception were always welcoming us when passing by.
The room itself was rather small, especially the bed and the shower, could barely turn around inside this shower box. It didn't help that the shower itself was right in the center of the wall... The toilet was often flushing from itself, out of nothing, and water was running for quite some time until it finally decided to stop at some point... Very irritating.
The breakfast was very limited, nearly no option that we could eat. Eating sweets for breakfast is really a no-go...
The hotel building could definitely need a renovation...
For what we paid I'd have expected a bit more.

Hotel is located in a good part of the town with great access to metro and harbor with 24 hour front desk. staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was clean and there was a maid service every day. breakfast was served in a room that they had built on the roof and had a view. breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, toast, cheese, sandwich meat, fresh orange juice, pastry, serial, etc. the only problem we had during our stay was the internet. it was slow and shotty. during day several times it would disconnect, and when it was connected it was very slow. the only time we could use it was in middle of night when other guests were sleep.

Michelle at front reception was kind, professional and informative. He provided excellent guidance on sights near and far. Despite the fact that we arrived well before check-in time he made us feel welcome. He even offered us a choice of room/floor, pointing out that one was quieter than the other. All staff were outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.

We stayed for one night. Our room was clean and we had a quiet stay. The toilets are finicky. They don’t flush- you have to try to flush it several times for it to work.

The good parts:
Friendly staff, good location, clean room, nice view from the breakfast.
The bad parts:
Noisy AC/ventilation made it hard to sleep, cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms made it hard to breathe. Quite expensive for what you get.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!
We did have a screaming person outside our window at night, but think she was a mentally ill person on the street. Don’t think the hotel could have fixed that problem.

The front desk staff, Michele, Fabio and the lady working afternoon/evenings went above and beyond to take great care of us with parking, dining recommendations, room accommodations etc. They were always very helpful, friendly and professional. The location was easy to walk everywhere especially to the Port to catch the ferries! We would stay here again!

We were able to walk to everything - great location. It is on a busy street so there is noise in the wee hours. Great location and great staff made up for it.

The hotel is under construction so the balcony is not available they should inform before reservation .there was no air conditioning they close it in this time .beside this all other thing we’re good.the hotel central few minutes walking to all attractions.

DO NOT STAY HERE, WARNING!!! After check in noticed a foul smell in the bathroom. Over next hour smell got worse. RAW sewage in shower! Front desk agent Miguel knew as soon as I went to tell him. This room should not have been used ad obviously an ongoing issue they have. Miguel would not move us to a new room. Tried putting a strong chemical to mask the smell. My children & I were already sick from smell. Miguel called Fabio, a manager. Fabio said he could not move us and had no other room for us. Basically we were stranded. Fabio said if we leave he will just refund us. So my children & I had to find and pay for a last minute hotel room. Few days later, Miguel & Fabio refused to refund what I paid them. Just completely dishonest people. Never experienced a worse hotel experience. Worst management ever! Hotels.com should remove this company and they other hotels they have from there site. Just a nightmare.

This is not a accessibility-friendly hotel. Stairs before the elevator and to get to the breakfast area.
I requested a bigger room and they charged me 5x higher than the rate that appeared on Expedia. Would not recommend it and of course wouldn’t stay there again.

I really liked the hotel, its location and the staff. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and also the hotel is really nice. It was centrally located, in a safe area, with a store nearby. However, our room faced a busy road so it was quite loud, even with the windows closed. Also, the bathroom was rather small, with no bidet.

Lovely little boutique hotel with only 18 rooms. No bar but a very good buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful giving advice and directions for places to visit, restaurants to try and attractions to see.

The staff were all lovely, the hotel is situated walking distance to the train and ferry station. The hotel has good breakfast food selection. Only downside is not all wall sockets accommodate the world wide friendly adaptors that we brought with us.

Stayed 2 nights - Very nice breakfast, very welcoming, good location to main areas, room a bit tight - but bed comfortable and very clean room! Would stay again when in Naples!
