Planned a family pool trip for Mother’s Day. Only to find out after checking in that the pool was green! Front desk said it would be cleaned the following day but it never was. Kinda ruined the trip. Was only provided 2 towels, asked for extra and was told it would be a few hours!!! My traveler details stated 5 guests! Trash was left on the 3rd floor by the elevator for the whole weekend! Our refrigerator had no shelves! Front desk asked if I really needed them. Not sure how she stores things in her fridge but no shelves is tough. Whole trip was a bust!

Room was not ready at check in, finally got a room only for the AC to not work. Then had to move all of our stuff to another room.

The suite with additional living area is perfect for a family weekend trip because that space is perfect for the kids. Room is spacious enough to being all the gear in.

The beds were very comfortable, friendly employees, the door readers were very old and had to get my key replaced several times during my stay. Also I found someone’s dirty clothes in one of the drawers, toilet paper was cheap and the shower look rusty.

The hotel was nice and the staff, especially the maintenance person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a late check in when I woke to get ready, I had no hot water. I needed to be somewhere and could not shower. The hotel offered to move me to another room, and unfortunately that room did not have any hot water either after I had moved so they moved me to another room the next evening and that water was warm but definitely not hot. Apparently there was a whole section of the hotel that had water issues. Other than that it was fine.

The person who checked us in was amazing. He came up to drop extra pillows and blankets at our door and helped us get on the WiFi.

Very nice staff who were unable to correct things. We arrived and we given a nice clean room with no TV. The clerk came to our room but could not do anything. She offered another room and checked to make sure there was a working TV. We moved and found the TV working but the room smelled of mildew/musty and the air would only run for a few minutes then the fan ran constantly but the room never got below 78 and the humidity and smell never changed.
I asked for a room with a bathtub, and had been told they are standard at that hotel. However, the tub was dirty so i could not use it.
Despite poor sleep the breakfast was nice. We called the hotel company and hotels.com with no resolve.

The room was obviously smoked in. I am asthmatic so it was a difficult night. When I called the front desk earlier, there was nothing she could do. We had to call for sheets and pillows for pullout couch. Blanket wasn’t available. Front desk was pleasant, but her hands were tied. Couldn’t even offer discount or reimbursement.

I paid for a suite for 2 nights and received a regular 2 queen bed.
They took my number but I never heard anything back.
As for refund didn’t get that either….

This is my second time staying at this property. My first experience was better than this go. This time we had a 2 bed suite for myself, my husband and 4 children. The room was clean, however the stopper in the tub was broken, not a deal breaker though. The toilet seemed to have some type of leak, as it would randomly fill. The shampoo dispenser did not work the first night. That was fixed by night 2. My biggest complaint was that we had 2 towels for 6 people. We finally received more towels at 11:00pm our second night. We asked multiple times, and there were none, there was no one to launder them etc. There was also a fold out sofa. There were sheets, but they had run out of blankets. Luckily, one child brought their own blanket, which big brother commandeered. Overall the stay was ok. My husband and children ate breakfast, there were no complaints there. We will be staying again, although I hope they have more towels next time.

The front desk clerk was able to give us late check out which really helped because my daughter and son in law were at the college helping to move in my other grandson and I stayed with the others and enjoyed a little later wake up call. Thanks!

The staff was friendly but short on necessary AT&T like a pillow for the sofa bed hallway was very dirty and breakfast not so good.

When we walked into our room, it was obvious the previous person had not checked out yet! Yikes! Luckily, the person was not in the room, but their stuff was! We were moved to another room, however, the bathroom light over the sink did not work, and the bathroom faucet is almost unusable since it is set too far back on the counter, and to get hot water from the sink you had to turn it to the opposite way! Other than these items, which we did not want to move again, so we did not complain about them, the bed was comfortable.

All good, clean and comfy room, nice and warm breakfast. The bathroom is a bit dated but it’s fine enough.

Remote control was missing and there were none available. Cold shower in the morning due to hotel being booked out. Light out in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfy and clean.

I had booked a double and was told they only had a king, even after I had called to confirm my reservation. Likely my room was given to someone else.

We went to Kingsville for our daughter's wedding. I booked this location about 3 days before. The price was great, the room was nice, and the staff were very professional and friendly.

The lady there was amazingly nice! Our heater was not working on the room and she automatically gave us a new toom she was super nice and sweet!

Seemed room not completely renovated. Handles on furniture loose and fell off, outlets cut in furniture but not installed. Tv in front area worked a day and then had no signal.

We were there for 2 nights and the room was not serviced. They are renovating. The faucet in the bathroom is too small or set back too far. There was no refridgerator or coffee maker in the room although there seemed to be a place for them. The breakfast was good. It just did not meet expectations for the price we paid.

The breakfast selections were outstanding. Big variety, very tasty & delicious, and hot. It couldn't have been any better. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to staying there soon.

Property all around was nice with the exception of some issues related I’m guessing to remodeling (i.e. constant leak in shower Rm 108 creating unsafe, wet floors in bathroom, elevator out of op for 1-2 days, etc).
But outstanding praise goes to staff who never failed to be kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating!
