I liked that the staff was pleasant and the room was spacious.
I didn't like the sheets, pillow case and bed had stains that made me feel unsure about the cleanliness. I also didn't like that the amount the room was advertised and the reason I booked was not the price on my checkout bill.
Not sure if I would use this location again.

This was a 2 night biz stay. Service and staff good and room/ bathroom clean. Will recommend to others. Convenient to stores and a Denny’s next door, which offers take out/ delivery!

The staff here are excellent. From the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was decent as well with the usual things offerered. It’s the hotel itself. I know it was updated within the last 10 years but something about our room felt dingy. It was dark, the pillows weren’t great, the bed was ok. I didn’t feel unsafe so I may stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff are excellent. However, the woman who makes the breakfast is terrible. One of the mornings, she got out the serving utensils and some of the items a half hour after breakfast opened and some people had eaten and left. Some of the food, too, is barely passable. The woman who takes care of the coffee is superb. They should let her get the breakfast ready.

Pros: updated decor, comfortable room, clean surfaces. Comfortable mattress. The in room fridge is very cold (a con if you have medications that require refrigeration, they might freeze)
Cons: Checked in to find no luggage carts and that the pet fee was $65 vs $50 as listed on hotels.com and the hotel’s own company site for this location. Receptionist initially issued one key card even though the reservation was for 2 adults, so we had to request another. Just felt like a waste of time. Checkout was a different receptionist who was engrossed in a non business related conversation and couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge other guests. Complimentary breakfast attendant was nice but the food was just ok.
Overall 8.5/10 would stay again if the price is right but will consider other properties

We loved our spacious room, friendly staff , and the offering of breakfast. We had a very comfortable room , quiet, and loved the toiletries offered, shampoo, body wash, Conditioner, hand soap, and even lotion. Coffee was available when we checked in the lobby, if needed, plus a coffee pot in the room. Was given complimentary bottles of water and could put them in the mini fridge provided in our room and a microwave, if needed. We were a bit concerned after traveling from Richmond, Va., and not seeing quality hotels along the way. So glad I chose Hampton Inn. A great decision.

Staff is very friendly. However, we brought our small mini-doodle with us because it is pet friendly. The charge was listed on-line as being $50 but I see on my receipt I was charged $65. Our room appeared very clean on arrival but we later found there was a very bad smell of cat urine by the side of the bed. Breakfast was ok, coffee was very good. This was stop over on our way home from visiting family so we arrived late and left early so did not want to ask to change rooms just get to sleep. We travel this way to family frequently but will probably not stop here again

This is so convenient to Salisbury University. Will be using this for overnights when visiting our son. The breakfast was good and Ms Cindy was very friendly. Room was perfect.
