Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Staff was good. Rooms are bit old as not renovated since sometime. Room layout are different. Over all not bad for 1-2 night stay.

My sister and I had an amazing stay, the place is quite old, but it's clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When people are nice and friendly, it makes your stay even more heartwarming. So kudos to the staff! The location is good to get around - near the central festival, walking street, etc, and easy to get a grab as well.

Hotel is closing in a few months. Non maintenant, used facilities. Not a MGallery at all. Just save your money. I’ve booked for 4 days and I’ve stayed 1 hour. It’s a shame.

I had to move rooms due to a broken door. The next room had a broken TV. Hotel was dirty and dated. Calling it 5 star hotel is a bold faced lie.

Need renovation very badly! Very bad interior design for the room, not easily usable closet or shelf at proper hight for average height people. Not ok breakfast , small flies around the food , Location is great and staff is great.

The property is very dated .. pool is very nice but walking around on the wooden deck was dangerous.. the internet was great… the gym was very tired… they didn’t tell us that the roof top bar is closed… the buffet was 6 … on a busy street so expect loud music at night but overall okay… house keeping was prompt … over looking pool was beautiful

The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear what your neighbor is doing or saying, and the amount of light switches are a little too many. Overall however, it was a good place to stay.

Great location and the hotel was clean. The staff were excellent and friendly at all times. The roof top bar was not open which was disappointing during myself and two friends stay. The rooms are also becoming just a little dated.

1. Warm service from staff
2. Good location, walkable to key points
Cons:
1. Not so clean as my case, there's removable stains on toilet
2. Weird room layouts and design
3. Fault in shower system which drop cold water droplets from the top even didn't switch to it
4. Noise at night after 11pm, have to use my AirPods Pro 2 for better go to sleep.

Nice, central location. Easy to walk to most area's and inspite of being in such a central area it was still pretty quiet at night. I also had ordered off the room service menu a couple times and the food was great. Also the swimming pool and area look exactly like the pictures.

PROS: Friendly staff, nice pool, nice gym, rooms reasonable priced, great breakfast,location good. CONS: TV didn't work, Mini fridge didn't work, 2 clothing hangers, No clothing iron, AC Unit needed duct cleaning

The staff was very friendly, exceptional service. The room was beautiful and it was very easy to go to and from whenever coming or going. Can’t imagine a better property based on other 4 and 5 star places I’ve stayed in Thailand, all of which weren’t nearly as nice. Will definitely be my place to stay when coming to Pattaya.

I have always wanted to stay at Baracuda as I usually stay at Mercure hotel. This trip Mercure was closed due to road construction so I opted to stay at Baracuda. Most of the staff from Mercure were working there and recognized me which was nice after being gone for 2 years. Breakfast was really good and the pool was amazing. All staff treated me very well and great friendly service. Will Definitely stay again.
