The staff shared a room across from me on the 3rd floor. They were very loud and I could hear them talking between 11pm - 3am. There was mold around the bathtub and the carpet smelled moldy.

The entire room was on a very noticeable slope and it was very unnerving being on the top floor. The mattress sunk to the middle and was very uncomfortable. TV only had basic cable and no options to stream, complimentary shampoo/conditioner bottles were half full and not enough to use for one person. Staff was friendly! Check in was really slow but they were nice. We stayed in room 310. Be prepared for there to be a $100 hold on your debit card for a week too.

The check in process was quickand friendly. Our room was clean and the aestetics of the newly remodeled room were amazing. I love that the room and hotel have and murals of our local landmarks.
We will stay here again.

We got there late and checked out early but our stay was nice. The room was clean. Comfortable beds and breakfast was good. I like that they have hardwood floors in the rooms. The only complaint is that you can hear noise from adjoining rooms.

Overall stay was not bad but wasn’t great either. Breakfast was terrible. The door to our room did not feel safe. We constantly heard noises but that could have been just the guests. Cleaning staff starting cleaning our room before we officially checked out and had to get our stuff from another room while we were still packing up to go. It was very difficult to find a parking spot due to large construction vehicles parked. There was an odd smell in the hallway on our floor and elevator.
The desk staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and water in shower was hot.

The overall room appearance was clean however the bathroom shower and tub area was nasty. The mattress was rundown every time you moved it made noises like it was gonna fall down, so we couldn’t get comfortable, for fear of falling of it falling apart.

I was very displeased with the fees from the hotel without having prior knowledge. They held an additional “incidentals fee” of $100 per room & we booked two, that was not aforementioned when I booked!

My room was located next to a large party that kept me up ALL night! I heard talking, laughing and doors slamming the entire time. I dont know why they could not have put me in a room far away from this party. Everything else was nice but i needed REST!

Upon check-in the indifferent, unfriendly clerk gave me a room that had not been cleaned. I went back to the desk and had to endure another 10 minutes of indifferent service, before another room was given. This room had a dirty floor, and I woke up in the night to discover a cockroach crawling on my wrist. Under the circumstances any Hampton Inn would have immediately refunded me my money... The clerk at checkout could have cared less when I complained. LaQuinta used to be pretty nice. I'll never stay at another one again.

We visited Rome and stayed in the hotel one night. It is pet friendly hotel and worked for us very well because we had our small dog with us. Unfortunately Expedia did not inform that we have to pay extra for pet which I don’t mind but it would be nice to know upfront. Hotel seems in good condition and remodeled; however our room was smell bad due to outdated filtration system. It was moldy smell and then we found mold on the curtains. Towels also did not smell fresh. Location is convenient. You need a car to get to Rome downtown. Downtown is about 5-6 min away. We visit Rome once a year for Schnauzer fest hopefully by next year they fix filter issue.

The foreigners that worked there are not friendly. Check in was horrific. So very long. They had hot breakfast Monday but not Tuesday. They can’t speak English or give good customer service.

The sheets were dirty. There was blood from a previous guest on the fitted sheet.

Property was fine. Check in was not good due to Expedia problem. The issue was resolved, but it was very inconvenient.

Check in and out easy. Hotel and room clean and inviting. Bed very comfortable. Only negative observation was that we came down about an hour before end of breakfast time and there were no eggs.

Need ice more convenient than going to 3rd floor

It was a great experience during a difficult time for my family. Even though I was solo on the trip, lot of family in town to see.

The staff was helpful and the room was spacious. Don't expect much on the "breakfast". We tend to stay at Wyndham properties because of the breakfast offerings but, this one was pitiful. You could tell management was skimping. The room was nice sized but dirty. The phone was nasty, the shelves in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in months and the base of the toilet was dirty with pubes around it. Definitely wasn't worth the money. Will not stay here again.

Air conditioning was not properly adjusted. It would come on and get the room cool then shut off until the room got sweaty hot!!!!

Checked in. Person was very friendly and welcoming. Got to room after a very exhausting day. Blood on sink handle, trash in garbage can and wet hand towel in bathtub. Pulled covers down and a big brown stain on the sheet. Too tired to swap rooms. Slept on top of covers.

Breafast was not what ut was supposed to be. No coffee, no waffle mix, no muffins, no bagels & no butter. Had to ask front desk as there was NO attendant for breakfast. He did what he could but had to wait for everything & was out of a lot of stuff only thing hot was a few sausage links

Good value. My room was clean, as was the facilities. Convenient to downtown Rome at approximately 5-7 minute drive. Plenty of dining a short drive away. Note- there was a bright flood light outside my window. I was able to knock down light coming in with the blackout curtains. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay here again.
