Shower needs more pressure. Recieve a cold welcome from the front desk. When asked why they need a credit card number, his answer was "in case we steal something!" Bed was awsome. Best night sleep in days.

I actually booked this hotel stay due to the fact you advertised a hot tub. We came to ice fish all day and planned on using a Hot hot tub with working jets at the end of the day. The water in the tub was lwarm at best with absolutely no steam due to hot water. The jets weren’t any better with very little force. You need to either repair it or take it off your add.

This is a convenient place to stay. The room was very clean, and we appreciated the friendly staff. We had early riser-noisy neighbors who woke us up, which was a bummer. We were disappointed by the breakfast and lack of healthy options other than mini yogurts apples, and oranges. Adding healthy cereal options would be really nice. Also, hotter coffee, please!

The key cards didn't want to work on multiple different times. Otherwise it was a nice stay

We were able to have a little family birthday party and use the pool the kids had a great time perfect little place to stay in town to get away like we were away great customer service the front desk clerk was always prepared n standing at the front desk of anyone needed anything very nice young man

Great hotel with large spacious rooms, all the modern amenities and everything was squeaky clean. The free breakfast included hot egg cheese omelettes, sausage and hash browns. Also included danish, toast, bagels, juices, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit! What more could you ask for?

A got a clean and quiet room for under $100. And the hot breakfast was better than most hotels. Keep up the good work and I would stay there again.

It was a nice facility, and the staff was great! We didn't get much sleep though, our neighbors we very loud up to around 3 am.

We planned a reunion at the hotel and they closed the pool Saturday morning and that was our pool day with the kids . We had 8 rooms and 23 of us and no activity. We sat in the breakfast room and bought games but when you specifically book for a major amenity it’s frustrating

Bathroom was clean and bed was nice the carpets and furniture worn needed cleaned. Entry way into hotel smells of body odor . Didn’t stop me from staying there. Staff was very nice helpful.

We needed to have the keys reprogrammed each of 3 times we entered our room. With each visit to the front desk to have the keys reprogrammed, we were met with a less-than-helpful employee. A sorry would have nice. Then as we left, the elevator was out of service. Not the best stay.

Have stayed here many times before, and was shocked at the decline of the property. My door literally broke. I had to make 4 trips to the front desk while I needed to be working. The bed had stains on it, the desk chair was broken, the bathtub was broken, and most of the plugs didn't work. We go thru Rock Springs probably 4x/year- this is off our list. Just gross.

Came in tired checked in around 9:00 PM. Checked in went to room door was ajar not locked. Toilet seat was up and it really looked like someone had slept on one side of bed. Wife didn’t want to bother going back down stairs and moving everything so she redid the bed. If the bed had not been slept in the maids need a lesson on making up beds.

There was extreme noise at 5:00 am. Ride gursts were filling ice chrsts and our room was right by the ice machine.vother guests shouted on the halls

Whether was good, it rained a little bit temps were in the 70's. Nice to get away from the 90 degree heat. Hotel was great, very clean and beds were soft and comfy

The staff was wonderful, especially the evening staff. Room 303 = entry & bathroom doors wouldn’t stay open. Hinged wrong. Toilet needs new float valve. Bottle opener in the bathroom was installed upside down.
