The hotel is at a great location but rooms are quite old and basic. front desk staff did their minimum anytime we approached them despite our statuses with both Hotels.com and Hilton Honors.

Very poor housing keeping. New towels just left in the sink. Not hoovered every day. The coffee machine broke , it was replaced on the day, but still didn’t replenish with decaf coffee what we specifically requested. Bottled water in arrival… according to some receptionist.. Merlyn P and George at the reception were great.

Great hotel. Quiet, convenient location. Great amenities - secure luggage storage, immediate hot water, awesome shower, convenient microwave and even a fabulous little store that’s open 24hrs. Helpful staff who were polite and friendly. Plenty of good food options close by too.

Lovely stay here, staff were super helpful and polite, couldn’t do enough to help you at reception. Lots of tea and coffee in the room which was definitely needed! Great toiletries and really well cleaned each day. Big TV in the room with lots of channels. Even though the room was right outside the lifts, it was quiet and the rooms well sound proofed. Right outside a subway stop too.

I went to NYC for a quick out of town stay. The hotel is very conveniently located and my room was surprisingly larger than most other rooms I have stayed at in the city. The room was clean, I had a great view from my room at night and the shower was hot, so i was a happy camper!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy check in and they store luggage prior to check in if you arrive early, which allows you to start exploring. Rooms are a good size for New York and the bathroom was great. Shower pressure was fantastic even though we were on the 23rd floor. Subway outside the hotel.

For new york this was one of the best experiences weve had. Nice size room, clean and very great staff at the check in and the bell man. We will definitely stay there again.

Very happy with our choice of hotel - decent sized room on 26th floor with an excellent view of the Empire State Building. Very clean, and polite and welcoming front desk and room service staff. Great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied, and hand wash and body lotion by the sink. Room had aircon, a coffee machine (with tea and coffee pods provided), a fridge, a hairdryer, an iron and board and a safe.

The location is EXCELLENT for shopping and the use of mass transit. Macy's is only a few steps away as are the subway stations. Madison Square Gardens is a very short walk away and Times Square is only one stop away on the subway. Eats are plenty and diverse. Having visited NYC many times, this is one of my favorite hotels. The place is clean, up to date and the staff go about their jobs in a warm, knowledgeable and efficient manner.

If you’re a person that likes to be close to everything and are out all day discovering New York (and don’t care for high and luxury ) this hotel is perfect . It’s safe, clean , walking distance to Rockefeller, Times Square , Broadview shows , 5th avenue shopping , and it doesn’t break your bank.

We were so pleasantly surprised to have such a quiet comfortable experience here! We were on the top floor but still, it was so quiet, great view, comfy beds, clean, and very friendly staff. (Thank you!) Excellent location that's walkable to attractions or take the subway. Many various food options.

Subway is right outside the hotel -- so convenient. Lot of restaurants right around the corner, and Macy's is just a 3 min walk. Can't beat the location. Room was comfortable and quiet with the windows shut.

During our stay my wife picked up the remote control and there was strip of eyelashes stuck to it. Therefor it made me wonder how poorly anything else in the room was cleaned. Not a great feeling. My mother stays here every year and was very disappointed in this as it was our first time staying there.

It's near a convenient area, Herald Square, which contains a lot of good businesses for shopping and eating. The hotel isn't in a desolate area, so you feel safe walking there.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to K town and other food places and it did not disappoint. So location wise, it’s quite walkable to Times Square as well. Staff are nice and open to suggestions. It’s not the top of the line Hilton but could definitely use a room refurbish. It’s as basic as you can get! Room does not smell clean when we walk in. Smells stale and old. Smell is very important to me. Bathroom tub does not drain well. This is obviously very smartly managed and as basic as you can get and don’t forget your toothbrush and toothpaste! Don’t look for food service as it is an external service much like ordering Uber, no in house food service. Just saying and how many times did I say basic?!
