It as very nice! I would loved to had a better view of the Harbor. ( on the 2nd floor) however it was clean.

Amazing place as seen in the pictures always wanted to get the chance to stay here and finally i did for my bday weekend

Front desk manager and employee were horrible. Charged twice for parking because girl at desk failed to properly explain how to get in and out privileges without being charged multiple times.

Automated blinds and shades were nice, but shades didnt work. Bath toiletries were also empty. Was able go check in a little early though.

Although I have stayed at this hotel before, I’ve never experienced such an unclean room like I have in this most recent trip. My biggest pet peeve when I book a hotel room is when I walk into the room and I see there’s an unclean shower I wanted to point this out because, amongst everything else in the room, The bathroom and the showers should be the most cleanest. Although I was only staying for one night, I could not take a shower at all. It was very disappointing for myself and my wife. Sadly, I don’t believe will be attending this hotel Any other night we decide to go to the national Harbor.

Hotel was very clean spacious beds comfortable check in very easy great service. The only down side was I wanted adjoining rooms but was disappointed about not getting them.

Nice view, nice looking room. One table was broke and dirty sofa.
Soap dispenser in bathroom was not full of body soap. Had to use my own soap. For the price very disappointing..

This was my first time ever staying at this property but not in this area. my check in was easy and allotted me a let check out. The room was clean and spacious> the bed and linens were amazing. I especially enjoyed and appreciated the black out curtains. I would definitely stay here again. Traveling on business so it works

We stayed here the night of our wedding and it was perfect. The room is nice and cozy. We were able to go to the Harbor where we ha our first date! The concierges are friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Parking is not included, and the parking garage is not connected to the hotel so be prepared to haul your luggage. You can't get into the building without a key which makes check in challenging. The rooms are quite small but very clean and modern.

We visited here in 2020 and the stay was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself smelled really good, even on the elevator and the same this time when we stayed. I enjoyed staying here and will definitely return to AC Hotel. Staff was pleasant as well.

My initial room was “crappy”! I expressed my
disappointment to the front desk receptionist and the situation was resolved! I was able to get a room facing the waterfront and was able to enjoy the festivities from my window view!!!

Room layout bad. Inconvenient to get around. Parking horrible. Pricing excessively high for EVERYTHNG.
However, staff was nice and professional.

Best hotel at national harbor! Manager went above and beyond for me and my family. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Easy access to everything and right beside my favorite restaurant the walrus. Trust me go get the crab cakes!!!! Can’t give this hotel enough praise and thanks. Especially to the manager that was there on the 18/19 of December 2023. The best!!!!

This property was very convenient and parking was right across the street. However, for the money I paid for one night, I was very disappointed. The hotel didn’t have any Christmas decorations, the rooms were very awkward and our view was looking at the AC unit on the roof. The hotel staff weren’t very friendly and they even took the coffee cart away after 4pm. I’ve never been to a hotel where water and coffee are not available 24/7. Breakfast was not included and there was no pool (we knew this booking but was still disappointed). I would not stay here at $400 a night ever again.

The coffee in the room was horrible. There was one regular coffee and one decaf. No sugar substitute, not enough creamer but it didn't matter. So bad I had to pour it. Everything else was perfect.

It was clean and the room was nice. The staff was all polite. But super bummed they didn’t have complimentary coffee in the morning :( kinda silly if you’re paying over $300 a night for the room I think you can afford to have complimentary coffee

The property itself does not have parking, but the Mariner Garage is right across the street. Ask for a room facing the Ferris wheel and you will get an excellent view of the Christmas Tree when it is up. Had a great time, also an easy walk to the Gaylord ICE event.

Decent hotel. The WiFi was on and out. Very hard to watch anything on tv due to WiFi going out. Parking wasn’t that great a breakfast was questionable. Not a lot of options for 12.95 a person. “Buffett “ was VERY limited for the price. But it was an okay stay. Have to work on WiFi signal for Netflix and YouTube. It went out for a few hours at a time.

I had booked an assessable room in error but I did notice it was missing some things that should have been in that room - like grab bars for example . I brought it to the staff at the front desk’s attention & she said she would look into it. I felt the staff were extremely kind & helpful.

Everything at this hotel was great. From the easy parking to the friendly staff when checking in. The area had different spots for dining, shopping and sight seeing.
