The rooms are nice and comfortable. And overall the hotel is clean. You can tell that the hotel has been there for a while, when you look at things like the wallpaper, the grout in the showers, and even to the point where one of the two elevators seems to have been broken for the last two years. All this means is it is time for a little Tender, loving care and some major updates. The work staff and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job ensuring the customer is treated correctly and efficiently. I look forward to my next day at Wingate Lagrange.

This hotel was not up to standards. When you walked into the room it had this smell as if it was shut up for a lo g time. Discoloration of the walls/carpets throughout the room. The bathroom door panel coming up.Bloody female hygiene product left under bed. Prior to going to the room, the front desk had a sign up to upgrade to suite for $35. plus tax, I asked about it and front desk lady with her rotten teeth was so rude how they she spoke to me about it "no we no longer offering it all suites are taken now" I stated if that was the case why its still up there. She stated she will take it down when she have time. It one of those school plastic stand anyone cam reach out and sit it behind the counter. I have video of this room. I had to buy air freshner let alone spray my perfume.

The hotel seems to be a little bit in disrepair, there were cracks in the caulking, some old growing in the tile, grout, stains here and there, etc. We arrived and checked in without fair, the staff was welcoming and nice and helpful. When we went into the suite and Opened the sofa bed, we found that as we tried to make the sofa bed, the sheets were dirty, and there were no pillowcases. When we grabbed the second bag of bed linens, it appeared that those had been opened and potentially used and stuff to pack in the bag , as nothing was folded. Also, in a room that was booked for five people, there were two bath towels, so we had to go down to the desk and get more bath towels in addition to clean bed linens. also, there were clearly dried spills on the control panel for the HVAC, there were dirt stains on the bathroom door inside of the mini fridge. Also, one of the outlets had a working lower receptacle, but not upper receptacle.

Got in late, around midnight. Check-in was ok, although the front desk attendant acted like we were inconveniencing her during the check in process.
On our second day there, housekeeping went into our room while we were gone, and took all of our towels and wash cloths. Yes, they had been used but they were hanging on the back of the door to be used again. We did not ask for turn down service, so there is no reason they should have even been in my room. When I went to get more later that evening, I was told that they did not have anymore. The night attendant finally found some pool towels that were slightly larger than a hand towel.

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We traveled as a family of five and found our room to be spacious and comfy. Would definitely recommend 100%

The overall stay was good the staff was very nice and friendly, the smell of the rooms you could tell were clean by the maids very well.
My issues was one of the elevators was broken. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The floor in front of the air conditioner was messed up from where condensation or it had gotten wet. The nightstand on my wife side of the bed was broken and would not hold anything. All of the furniture in the room was pretty worn and needed to be replaced, except for the TV, the refrigerator didn’t get very cold in the room either.
So staff get a 5 star.
Cleanliness of what was able to be taken care of 5 star.
Condition of the building 2 stars, definitely needs repairs.
I don’t think the stay was worth 376$ and will not do it again, and honestly would like half of my money back since the building was half functional and not worth 376$.

The room had a very bad urine odor that we didn’t notice right away due to the overcompensated carpet deodorizer. My children asked me later in the night what the really bad smell in the room was and it was so strong that it prevented me from sleeping on that side of the room next to the occasional chair that was very soiled. I’m not sure if the urine was in the chair or carpet but it needs immediate attention.

We had roaches in our fridge the bathtub was stained and the staff when I needed something were awful there was only one lady who was sweet as pie but the others were so freaking rude and couldn’t help me out at all.

A very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel, with a good hot breakfast.

Only one elevator was working. The hallway on our floor smelled like dead seafood. Someone had cooked crab legs in their room then placed the box with leftovers on the floor outside of their room. It was left there for several hours. The carpet in the room was in bad need of cleaning. There were numerous stains. I didn’t notice until morning that there were what looked like mold stains on one of the pillowcases.

Spider web was in the shower…room thermostat (on the wall) was on heat. Unit at the window on cool- didn’t notice the one on the unit until after we came back from our engagement. The room was extremely cold!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms needed a little updating. Overall was a good experience.

Many of the lightbulbs in the room were missing. The toilet paper holder was missing. The thermostat was broken and the room was very, very cold. Possessions of the previous guest were left in the room. This was one of the higher priced properties in the area. They should have done better.

Property ok. There are way too many semi trucks parked in front of hotel. Makes it look a cheap hotel

I have been visiting every year since 2016 for business trips.
It's quiet, clean, spacious and nice.
Now the TV has been upgraded and I am very satisfied.
However, in the past, rice and white kimchi were provided for breakfast due to the large number of Korean business travelers, but these are no longer available, and it is unfortunate that other menu items have been greatly reduced.

When we first went into our room there were piles of hair on the floor, and we killed multiple cockroaches in the room during our stay. We have stayed at the hotel multiple times over the last 10 years, and had great experiences. However, it has been about 2 years since our last stay and the property’s upkeep and cleanliness has definitely gone down hill over that time.

The staff was excellent, but there were a couple of maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. The HVAC equipment in the room made a loud clicking noise after it reached temperature and shut off the fan—it was loud enough to wake me up several times. The elevators had signs posted recommending you have a cellphone on you, if you take the elevators, because there was a higher-than-usual chance you’ll get stuck! There were additional signs inside the elevator cabs listing the front desk phone number and highlighting the call button for emergency service! I didn’t get stuck but think a better elevator service plan would probably be a more effective “fix” to the problem.

The elevator has a sign that says to be sure you have your phone on you & then when you get in it has a sign that has the front desk phone number on it 😳
The breakfast was greasy & lacking in variety. The gravy was burnt looking.
Just horrible

The first night I wanted to sit in the lobby and just relax. There was only one chair in the room. But there was a group of like 40 man taking all available seating. Not certain who they were but I was not comfortable about that. They were there for several hours.

I recently stayed at your establishment for 12 days, occupying three rooms, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While I acknowledge the change in ownership in August, I find it challenging to accept this as a valid excuse for ongoing issues months later.
My primary concern revolves around the security and privacy of the rooms. Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, my room was entered, and personal items, including my yellow washcloth, electric toothbrush, shampoo, and soap, were inexplicably removed by housekeeping. This breach of privacy is deeply unsettling, and despite my daily attempts to address the matter with the manager, I received no response. It was only after reaching out to the Director of Sales that I obtained assistance, although he claimed ignorance of the issue, contradicting information I received from the front desk staff.
Additionally, in one of the other rooms, I discovered the door left ajar and unlocked, creating an unsettling sense of vulnerability for two out of three guests. While fortunately, no belongings were stolen, the mere thought of potential violations leaves a lasting negative impression.
I appreciate the gesture of comping one night in acknowledgment of the issues, but it does little to remedy the underlying problems. The front desk staff, while commendable for their kindness, seem to lack the authority to address and resolve issues effectively. The evening personnel, in particular, lacked cs skills

The Staff was kind and helpful. The facility lobby was clean. The room was not clean. There was a thick layer of dust on the nightstands and the desk. The refrigerator door grip was dirty. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper and some green discoloration on the lower portion. The tile grout was not clean in some places. The door to the room did not close all the way. It remained ajar and required quite a bit of force to close completely.

I will never again stay at this out dated hotel. The decor needs an update and the whole place is hideous. I paid $218.00 and once we got there please explain to me what the $25.00 upon arrival is for? All that money to take a cold shower, have a stale breakfast, no vending machines, and it just wasn’t comfortable at all. We were ready to get home I think we checked out at 8:30. The rooms is ridiculous with a small bar of Dove soap to do your business and what happened to shampoo and conditioner. Who ever owns this hotel is putting all the money in their pockets and doing nothing for this hotel at all. The staff is nice and thank you Julie for great hospitality. That’s about the only thing that was good. Never Again!!!! Mr. Hotel Owner get this hotel together. It’s not right at all. People want a good hotel to stay in when traveling, people I suggest you go to Comfort Inn and enjoy your stay. This hotel is not what you want to put your money in. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I had to with this place. Don’t do it!!!!!!

This property is right across the street from an industrial park and there were several 18 wheelers parked at the hotel when I pulled in. Truckers gotta sleep too but maybe there could be a spot around the back for the big rigs. I didn't know the area at all and wasn't expecting it to be a hub for truckers. However the area is beautiful and the Cracker Barrel breakfast was great.

Comfy bed. Outdated. Not super clean. Breakfast was very minimal!

We feel like this room was a left over - wet floor near the wall AC/Heater and wood floor was water marked before - wallpaper peeling in bathroom. The comforter had the fiberfill in lumps or nothing. It was two sheets together. The Toliet paper holder was a locked box ( who does that since the 1970’s) No USB port anywhere. No pen or paper anywhere. They gave us a handicap room but requested our reservation two months ago for a reg king room! Room seemed very dated
