The staff was ok not overly friendly. The room was not that clean floors never washed, lots of smoking in and around room both cigarette and other, alot of homeless around, have to pay for ice, bed was ok, had a fridge and microwave, and breakfast ok, as a travel agent I would not recommend this hotel it just did not feel safe.

No smoking facility. My room reeked like ciggarettes. Like intensely bad. Breakfast was subpar, most things missing. Sausage dry and disgusting. Nothing to drink.
Bums in the parking lot. Drug dealers and thugs just milling about in the hallways.
Worst stay i've ever had.

The male employee at the front desk yelled, smacked the glass wall with his hand, tried to force me to check out early simply for telling him the room was dirty when I checked in, and told me he would not refund my $100.00 deposit even though there is no legit reason to keep my money. He made a scene in the lobby and described me as "mixed race" when he called police. His racist comments constitute discrimination, were designed to elicit an immediate and potentially violent response from police, and made me extremely uncomfortable even though I was a quiet, respectful, non demanding paying guest. He made a statement about how he was going to get police to force me to leave even though I was not doing anything illegal and was a paying guest, which constitutes harassment and making a false police report in California. His actions and statements prove he called police to deny service when there was no actual emergency. He should be fired. When I checked in, he told me a room located in the back of the property was available and that he was going to give me that room, but then he rented me a room close to the highway. I have video and audio. He threatened to call police when I informed him that there was feces in the toilet in the bathroom when I checked in. I did nothing wrong, and filing a false, frivolous police report is a felony in the State of California. Services were not rendered as promised.

The room was filled with flies, the water barely came out of the shower . People were yelling all night, drinking, screaming, partying and with the paper thin walls it was horrible. Guys were working on their cars in the parking area yelling to each other, every day The breakfast was horrid; stale cereal and funny weird tasting scrambled eggs. The place was dirty, loud, and uncomfortable. The room smelled of stale smoke, young people getting high in the parking area. I would tell you to go somewhere else and feel safe. Pay a couple dollars more for better accommodations. We regret staying there and never will again!

This hotel was very spacious, it had a couch , table with 2 chairs to sit down and eat. A microwave and a small refrigerator was also included in the room I selected for the trip. The restroom was large as well, this is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in overall in my travels. They also provide breakfast , oatmeal, eggs, sausage, coffee, fruits, waffle making machine. I must say I was impressed. Great place don't hesitate to book, we stayed here due to a cruise we took San Pedro.

The lady in the breakfast area was the sweetest and the check in was great I felt very welcome will definitely return
