Had an issue with the bathroom. A bad leak from above. The manager was quick to check it out and offer us another room. Overall good experience.

Ceiling was pealing in shower shower was picked to gather had to find a clean room well after checkin time checked in went and grab dinner came back looked at the room and checked out and did not stay the night.

Front desk agent was not very helpful while checking us in, bathroom smelled of rotten eggs from the pipes, sheets were clean king bed was comfortable the Mattress on the pullout was may 1” thick.

This is a very clean hotel - I got a great sleep - different pillows to select - breakfast was nice

I eventually walked out when there was no one to book a room with. Came back, was told they didn’t have what I needed. Looked online and found that there was a room I asked for. Booked it, looking back probably shouldn’t have. Shower didn’t work right in the room. The breakfast there wasn’t much and things that didn’t work to make what we wanted. Slept well and was comfortable, just didn’t care for the whole experience.

Took 30 minutes to check in. They have a new system. Phone is broken in our room. Walked down there 3 times since I can’t call from the room. Called from my cell several times to phones listed at property. No answer on any calls

The only problem was elevator was being serviced at check in time so had to use stairs but was fixed later. Also ice machine on 2nd floor was out so I had to go to 1st floor. Staff was extremely nice.

Stayed one night. You can hear absolutely everything. The doors have huge gaps in them. The bathroom had black mold and rust stains, some towels had hair on them from previous guests. The bed stands squeak soooo bad its hard to sleep.

First thing we go into our room and the key doesn’t work properly. I asked the staff before we arrived to please not have feather bedding or pillows in the room due to allergies to feathers that all that was in the room we contacted the front fest the lady working said all they had was feather and wasn’t concerned about it at all the sink in our room was stopped up and the water was standing we couldn’t use the sink also told front desk and nothing was done trying to shower in the morning with no hot water was very dissatisfying. My family will never stay at this hotel again! I’m calling the corporate office because the whole entire visit was a nightmare!

Crystal at front desk was excellent. Very helpful. Went out of her way to fix a minor problem for me. She was 5 stars.

Ya'll should really let people know thatthere is also a $50 deposit that you get back in a couple of days so people can plan for that.

I booked a room for this property and they denied me to get my room for the night. I was out of town and they were extremely rude about their policy. They said I cannot stay here because I’m not 21 yet. I’m 20 by the way. Online they never said anything about age restrictions and I had already payed for my room. They didn’t refund me either they were very unhelpful and I really don’t recommend staying here.

Our first room had no hot water and the door lock was broke. Front desk was nice and very apologetic, changed our room and the next room had about 12 feet of water stains on the ceiling, black mold in one spot, and sticky carpet, likely from a pop spill by the mini-fridge. Mother-in-laws room had mold around the toilet and shower.

The bathrooms had mold under the rem, and over bathroom was not wiped down, the lamps were missing bulbs, lamp shades were torn and dusty, room had a mildew smell, remote control to the TV was missing the back cover, floors looked dirty, no sound proof whatsoever and just an outdated look to the interior of the hotel. I understand prices are cheap, but being in a college town where family visits often it should be a more appealing hotel.

Hotel was clean and check in was easy, however our room key cards were not working. We had to get them reset multiple times and even then they wouldn’t work for the side door. Extremely inconvenient when you have a pet with you.

We loved our overnight stay at this property. The front desk personal were simply terrific. The housekeeping was equally great. She went above and beyond. The property was very clean. The breakfast on Saturady morning was really good. The options were a bit limited from other hotels we've stayed at but the food was very good.

It was suppose to be non smoking but the bedding smelled of cigarettes. The non in the shower was hard to-adjust. Furniture needed to be replaced (console where the refrigerator and microwave).

We were ready for a good night sleep. But the shower the next day was extremely disappointing. The towels had makeup on them and we had to dry off with hand towels.

It was fine. Just wished breakfast opened at 6 or 6:30 Sun. My son had a baseball game at 8am and we had to be their by 7.

Overpriced for the quality. Bed was comfy but squeaky frame, also noticed the metal lamp next to the bed was dusty and sticky. Bathroom was not well lit. Did service the room daily.
